We loved everything about this property and will book here again on our next visit.

This stay exceeded our expectations! We booked last minute to surprise our children for spring break. The location was perfect, the room was super clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay! The view gorgeous!

There really wasnt anything we did not like!

The apartment, and the people at the building are great. The company renting the apt is horrible.

The people at the building are great. They helped me with all the problems I had. Allowed me to stay at the building until my flight departure. Contacted churchill to help me out.

The company that was renting the apartment could be better. You need to call them if you have some issues. Hardly ever answer. I wanted to do a late checkout, and the apartment wasn't available, I asked them for another apartment with an early check-in. They asked me to pay for 2 nights, Which is ridiculous considering I would stay only 10 hours in the apartment. They made no effort whatsoever to help me. Also, I pay extra for a central location and a high-view apartment; they gave me the 7th floor (the building has 17 floors), and not centered. I didn't complain because I didn't want to spend my vacations on the phone waiting for someone to answer me.

This is my third time in this property. I like the location and hotel. But this time the management was poor. The rooms are not clean. We cleaned the room when we checked in. We couldnt reach to the staff when we needed. Even we reach them they say they can not do anything we should call the renting company.

Not clean.Mis organized staff.

Very nice accommodation at any time of the year

The view from the balcony is spectacular. The heated swimming pool is a big plus during the stormy weather in January 2023.

The fact of the early check-up fee should be better explained in the description of the property.

the apartments are in need of repair for a long time, loud air conditioner, loud refrigerator. old frying pans that are unpleasant to cook in. frontdesk does not help to resolve any issues.

Love the location. Right on the beach with huge balcony with ocean views.

Needs a table on the balcony. It was a huge balcony but only had lounge chairs. I would've liked to eat outside and enjoy the views.

Monte Carlo Si, Churchill Suites No.

Location in Mid-Beach area. Ocean view.

Wanted room without looking at the A/C units on the roof of the building next door. All photos of rooms of the type rented appeared on the north side and with unobstructed view and with different layout, .Not so with room provided. 1/4 of room provided was a useless long hallway, and there were kids on balcony next door looking into our appartment due to location of room and Churchill Suites was unable to provide desired room. Parking was additional and daily resort fee additional. Churchill Suites is one of several providers offering accomodations at the Monte Carlo Hotel. I would go back to Monte Carlo, but will use another provider who provides more benefits, such as free parking, resort fee waiver, better price on rooms, etc.

Disappointing

The view was amazing.

Cheap appliances that were falling apart. The toilet kept on getting clogged. There was no hook to hang clothes or a towel in the bathroom. The sheet was so worn out, I thought there was sand in the bed before I realized yhat the sheet was just so old, the blanket was clumpy.

The condo was clean, the view was beautiful but customer service was not good!

It was frustrating trying to communicate with the host to get things needed during our stay. For example we only had 2 washcloths in the place and we booked for 5 days and 4 nights. I requested more washcloths from the front desk and was told we need to call other number. We made several calls for wash clothes and we finally recieved 4 more wash clothes 2 days later. We ended up buying our own to hold us over. Also when I opened the sliding door to go onto the balcony the blinds fell down and hit me in the shoulder. We called a reported this but never heard anything back regarding fixing the blinds in the living area.

Loved It!

EVERYTHING was really clean and nice, loved the balcony and window few of the city and beach...

Room temperature was too cold sometimes, I was unable to adjust it to fit my needs.

The convenience. Everything that was needed was there and in a good location. Felt very private. Didn't feel bothered.

Liked everything. Probably would have preferred an Ocen View better though.
