Location
Apartment we were in was not at all what was described or what was shown in some of the sample photos online while booking. Furniture was extremely old and worn, there were old pieces of furniture and tv's stacked in a corner of the living room area. We had to kill SEVERAL bugs, but were unsure what they were. No one explained how the property worked, I was told that they had been trying to call and email me, but I never received any calls or emails. And on our last day there was a pretty good storm that came through and water began pouring in through the ceiling in the living room. We had to use our cooler to catch the water. The apartment is in desperate need of some TLC, paint chipping off the walls, toilets running constantly, carpet worn and torn on the stairway, one of my kids got their foot tangled in it and almost fell down the stairs. The property has a nice beach on site, and a basic pool. Luckily we spent so much time outside touring the city that we didn't have to spend much time in the room........don't think we will be returning to this property though.

I do like the location I do like the ocean fronts I like the room was extremely big plenty of space. a little outdated but it has a lot of potential. The building is in a great location not too far from anything
I wish there was better communication between the owner of the apartment and the building security/ customer service meaning the owner of the apartment head out information I needed but I had needed to receive it from the security and they had no clue what I was talking about then the security doesn't know the proper procedure to get valet so that was the issue between them two.
Even though the apartment is big and spacious it's time for facelift it's time to paint it's time to redecorate and remodel just a little bit I felt like I was in the'90s hotel room. but with a little upgrade it'll be really really awesome. I guess the housekeeping forgot to leave us some wash rags we had towels but nothing to wash with the front desk Securities stated I needed to contact my host and I'm like housekeeping is right outside my room like that makes no sense

There was a lot of room and sleeping beds, everything was great about the stay.

the beach
the cleanliness is so poor.
there is no facility for the beach.
2.8
just the view
the room it was very dirty, the beds really bad and sheets were dirty, bathroom brooked and dirty
2.8
Dirty, Late, Expensive, and never kind.
Nothing is normal. Never visit here.
Nothing to expect

The floor was slippery. Other family members complained about the bed. The mattress was thin. I didn't like the elevator. It was confusing. I wanted a balcony for that price. I paid too much for the mediocre room

The unit looks so spacious with its high ceiling living room, clean and beautiful.
I requested for an ocean view but were not available that time so we were in a unit with a city view and it's fascinating.
ATM in the lobby. Restaurants, groceries and clubs are nearby and in driving distance.
Beach is literally our backyard.
We didn't like the valet parking system at all. It's a long, long wait.... long, long line. So between waiting in line-unloading- valet parking-check in, we spent >1 hour . There's an obvious need for a bigger, wider loading-unloading zone; it causes the traffic and the long wait.
Got to unload the car first (of course), hand the valet the keys, get the white ticket from the valet, then finish checking-in.
Checking in...got to have your valid pic ID, confirmation code, and the white ticket from the valet. For rental units, it is imperative to communicate with your host before checking in coz they make things happen quick in the receptionist area.
The receptionist gave us a wrong floor, wrong room number; we have to call our host for the correct info.
Our host, Juana, was quick to respond to our call, our questions and concerns. Grateful to her for that.
To use the luggage cart, gotta give your valid ID to the receptionist; once you return the cart, you'll get back your ID. There's an obvious need for a ramp for the luggage cart; there's a ramp for the luggages but it's rarely used
The unit is spacious, beautiful but outdated and needs repair. Bathroom fixtures are missing, faucet is loose, wall paints peeling off, under cabinet-attached microwave was broken and not working but a smaller microwave on the counter served as substitute. Silverwares---only 2 forks available vs spoons; pots and pans with missing/mismatched lids.
Parking...only one car is free valet parking; the 2nd and 3rd cars are $36 per day per car (if valet parking ). Our host told us about a public parking south of the hotel (5300 block near the fire station ) but it's quite a walk and not okey if you have a lot of luggages to carry.

great location and amazing views
the bathroom and kitchenette is in need of an upgrade. the bathroom sink faucet was wobbly but still usable.

Nothing, unfortunately.
The room we got was completely different from the one we booked: Contrary to the photos on Booking.com the room was shabby and rundown. The smoke sensor was dysfunctional and beeped. The faucet in the bathroom was loose, the walls mold-infested. The advertised futon bed was a couch that could not be converted into a bed, also no sheet and blanket was provided. The agency could not be reached (call history shows 44 min in the queue before call was dropped), a fact confirmed by other tourists on site and flatly denied by the agency. Our stay at Miami was sorely affected by the sentiment of being ripped-off.

Room clean and all works well.
There is not open wiew to the see or city. But not so important for us.
2.8
Everything the place is un maintained, unclean and we got bed bugs! We had no idea what it was because we never dealt that nastiness before I told Lola when I arrived home and she acted like I was lying and blew me off DO NOT STAY HERE ITS NASTY

the building is great! the beach is right outside. close enough to south beach but far enough to be away from the chaos.
The host was rude. The room had no view, the bathroom had a standing lamp bc the light didn’t work. The remote control didn’t work.
2.8
Great pool and the beach is just steps away and beautiful!
Long line to check in and only one person checking people in. Got there at 1, check in wasn't until 3, so I had to either leave and come back at 3 or pay $12 to park there. 4 elevators but only 2 worked and were very slow. No signs for hotel - I guess 7 different hotels are at this site.
