Eden Roc or Nobu are both top tier

The service is top tier & all the restaurants on the property have great food...ideal for a day you want to stay in to enjoy the pools & beach

Would be hapy to go eat at Nobu which is always delicious but the service at this hotel and them off

Rooms were spacious and well decorated. Beach was beautiful and food was good.

Staff was unbelievably rude and they added 22% service charge to everything and asked you outright to tip over. Beach service was partcularly bad. Every hotel on the strip had umbrellas out and on a sunny saturday they simply refused to put up any citing wind which really just felt like an excuse to do less work.

Amazing hotel well equipped for conference and work trips! looking forward to a vacation there!

Rooms where very modern and spacious, appropriate for the price and luxury one expects at a hotel of this level. I left a set of headphones accidentally that were kept safe for a couple of weeks until someone could pick it up.

Only inconvenience was when I made an order via uber eats that was delivered at the front desk. When I came to pick it up I was told it wasn't received so I spent around 20 minutes trying to locate the delivery guy. I went back to the front desk to ask to check again and there was the package.

I got charged for things that I didn’t even do or get on my bill at the end. The room was small. Everything was overpriced at the caffe downstairs. Horrible experience.

luxury pricing w/mediocre facilities and service

the view was amazing!

it was overpriced and not at all as luxurious as it should be for the price. I was scared of riding the elevators. the hotel shares a space with Eden Roc and pools and amenities are divided between the 2 hotels.

Absolutely avoid this hotel! I am not happy with their client service and approach at all. You have to share pool with more hotels. They are not answering phone calls when needed. Big NO!

Staff and service was amazing! Everyone who helped us throughout our stay was very nice and accommodating from the front desk to the pool/beach attendants and bars.

Only bad thing about our stay was the room unfortunately. We upgraded it to an ocean view but found that it was not thoroughly cleaned, there were stains on one of the pillows and curtains, burns in the carpet, empty liquor bottles in the fridge, and the coverings on the bathroom fixtures were peeling off.

It was a nice hotel overall, but have stayed at better

Manager Derrick provided us great service and allowed us to check in early based on our challenges with our flights that kept delaying.

Not much stores in the area, cafe not open long enough to get drinks, everything overpriced as far as drinks in the hotel room as well as the restaraunts and beach amentities
