L’emplacement.

Immeuble très vieillot. Climatisation qui fait bcp de bruit s’arrête, repart (très désagréable). Des cafards dans la cuisine…

Big disappointment

The only thing I like that was close to the Beach

Not what I expected, dirty, old, smells, sliding door don't lock and I have a toddler, we couldn't use the balcony, the dinner downstairs is nasty and old. Outside by the pool is not clean, cat poop, very old furniture and broken , I can keep on . Never again

Peut encore mieux faire

Un endroit super, face à la mer et avec une belle piscine. L'appartement était propre et très spacieux. On voit qu'il y a eu des travaux de rafraîchissement.

Le parking est à 40$ par jour et vous devez le payer en arrivant. Le personnel pas très sympathique et la sensation d'être des vaches à lait qu'il faut traire. Au delà de 2 transat c'est 15$ par transat supplémentaire et le parasol est à 20$. A la piscine vous ne pouvez pas boire de l'eau d'une bouteille que vous n'avez pas achetée au bar de la piscine à prix d'or.

the cafe/store had the best caffe con leche. You follow the rules and no problems, I think alot complain because they expect to be catered too and be able to break the hotel rules. Dont and have zero issues like we did

El departamento es hermoso! Muy buena ubicación y muy linda vista.

No me gustó que no había absolutamente nada! Pero nada de limpieza! Ni un simple trapo. Y un baño no tenía secador de pelo!!

En general estuvo muy bueno!!!

La ubicación. Las vistas espectaculares (a la bahía). Las camas muy cómodas. Las instalaciones del departamento y el hotel muy bueno. Me dio miedo los malos comentarios de la limpieza pero el apartamento estaba impecable. Dan toallas para la pileta y dos reposeras por departamento.

Que retiren las reposeras a las 5 pm. La falta de vajilla en el apartamento, éramos 8 y no fue suficiente. Nos dejaron pocas toallas de baño. Ni una por persona.

Old outdated furniture and t.v. Thin walls in hallway, you can hear everyone's conversations. Not all amenities are included for what's listed i.e. alarm clock, desk Looks like apartment was slapped together the cheapest they could from big-lots. $40/day parking

Will book elsewhere next time because of deposit issue

Spacious rooms. Great views. Easy beach access.

Checked out may 13 and it’s may 30 and I still have yet to see my deposit released. It’s showing as pending still on my card. My card company says they have not received notice to release but it will automatically be released after 30 days. Have stayed here multiple times but this will probably be my last. Property needs refresh. The “private beds” by the pool are a joke. I don’t see anyone wasting money on them. Place needs a market store or at the very least some vending machines.

Belle expérience mais quelques bémols...

Belle unité au goût du jour, l'emplacement près de la plage et de South beach, la gentillesse du personnel, propreté des aires communes et le service 5 étoiles de Lourdes au Tropical Lounge.

Le manque d'équipement de base pour la cuisine ( pas de savon à vaisselle, pas de linge à vaisselle, 1 seul couteau de boucher, manque de coutellerie pour 8 personnes, pas de plats allant au four, pas de ciseaux, pas d'ouvre-boîte ), le manque de nécessaire en papier ( nous devions demander du papier de toilette et essuie -tout aux 2 jours mais la livraison à notre chambre était faite lorsqu'on le demandait), la lenteur des ascenseurs et le gym ( si on peut appeler ça un gym. 2 appareils sur 12 fonctionnent, un peu malpropre et pas ou très peu de climatisation).

Muy lindo piso con hermosa vista a la bahía

Nos gustó mucho el piso, muy cómodo y bonito, lo único que diría es que las camas de la habitación que hay dos que dicen son queen son pequeñas, las queen son de 180 y estas eran de 135, el resto todo fantástico , volveremos sin dudas !!

Not enough elevators, pool area paving was old and rough. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. No cable TV and no Netflix or streaming service Only 1 bowl for a room that sleeps 6. A slow 2 person coffee maker for room that sleeps 6

lækker bellingenhed ved stranden. dog uden andet end kun hoteller. desværre det eneste godt at sige

beskidt i lejligheden. chokolade på gulvtæppet. våde gulvtæpper. lejlighed til 6 personer men kun 4 stole v. spisebord og 2 på balkon, samt en 2 pers. sofa. køkkenservice manglede. er glad for vi kun havde 1 overnatning der.

Apartamento sempre gelado por causa de central de ar-condicionado, apesar de estar desligado no apartamento. Café da manhã ruim e não há serviço de limpeza, não tem menu do restaurante para o serviço de quarto. Colchão muito moles, muito desconfortável.

El lugar tenía muy mala mantencion en el exterior y parking del hotel, el personal de check In al momento de nuestra llegada muy mala atención, no nos proporcionaron toda la información. La entrega de toallas muy mal sistema, al momento de solicitarlas no había disponibilidad.

We recommend this property for family vacation, this is the best

Comfortable location with private beach, very quite area, big room, beautiful ocean view

prohibition on opening the balcony door, very late pool opened, the property was renovating , 3 days fitness room was out of service and last day staff coming from 8-8:30 every hours and told about our check out….

El Check out ,horroroso el mal trato ,me equivoque n el horario ,pensé que era a las 12:00 y era a las 10:00 ,llame a recepción y le pedí last check out de 30 minutos, me dijo que se lo que le solicitara a la camarera ,al llegar la señorita le explique y solicite 15 minutos , lo mismo ya que estaba algo atrasado ...al rato llego un señor de seguridad para "invitarnos " a salir ,note que iba armado ,nos dio temor ,nos apuramos y bajamos a entregar llaves Denigrante y cuestionable legalmente Asimismo el subterráneo donde esta lo estacionamientos esta inundado de agua ...peligroso .No volvemos mas a este hotel

Not great.

Terrible. 1 restaurant that was closed too early. Had to walk 4 blocks to get lunch for my family. In the room, every time the AC went at night it made a loud buzzing sound that kept waking us up. Eventually we just turned it off but were so hot an uncomfortable all night. They offered no late check out so the entire hotel was checking out at the same time (10 am) so the elevators were so slow, and the ATM was out of order so had to leave the premises again to get Cash.

Very dissapointing and over priced for what you got.

Location and the size of the suite

The rooms were very tired and old it was like something from the 50's probably when the place was built. The beds were uncomfortable and noisey. The sofas were very hard and the chairs were even harder. The bar and restaurant were closed already at 7pm.

We were unhappy, did not like the stay and service

Not much. The beach access was good but rest was not!

We didn't find value for money at this hotel because service was very poor. The hotel rooms didn't have any items for bathing essentials or kitchenware - such as shower gel, milk or tea and coffee. There was no room service provided at all and also staff was unresponsive. Another issue was wifi- very bad connectivity and we had to keep requesting the reception for codes to connect, however... we were unable to get connection.

Seeing my family which had nothing to do with the hotel

The room was outdated and smelled bad, housekeeping never came to do turn down only to kick us out of our rooms, the food was not good and overworked, loud people partying at 4am, the construction by the pool, the prices for everything in general... Check out at 10am is ridiculous
