My husband paid for a $300 package that was supposed to be set up before we arrived and it wasn’t. He had to ask for it.

Great boutique hotel for a romantic get away.

The room was nice. We also enjoyed the intimate ambiance of the hotel- it was perfect for a romantic get away. The restaurant/poolside staff was SO friendly.

The rooms could have had a fan to help with the heat. The AC could only get to 72F.

Wonderful, romantic and great location! Very comfortable and we loved the bathtub on private patio!

The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch and it was great to have options besides breads. We had either a small breakfast burrito or frittata with fresh berries.. delish!

It felt like the hot water heater must be across the street but there was always enough and it was good practice to just slow down a bit and wait 😊

Elegant, private, elevated boutique villa stay in the heart of the Tennis Club neighborhood

Beautiful and quiet property, elegant, and private. My villa had its own private patio with its own fire pit and outdoor bathtub! The indoor space was roomy and charmingly decorated/furnished. Loved the big bathroom suite and hot tub outside the spa very close by. And the breakfast delivery in the morning was delicious, thoughtful, and convenient! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would love to stay again.

I don’t think there was a private parking lot (I parked on the street) in front of the hotel, and with how close the location is to busy areas and lots of people wandering around day and night, I would have liked that.

Superb and relaxing stay at a beautiful little boutique hotel

Second stay at this property after trying a different one last year. So glad to have returned. Everything is taken care of and every detail is great. It's so relaxing and wonderful to have easy access to everything you need on one property - pool, spa, restaurant - so you can just chill. Service is exceptional, everyone is so great. Loved the food, service, and massages and facial at the spa.

Not what I was expecting at a high end boutique hotel in Palm Springs.

The hotel was darling, the decor was super cute.

They were doing construction right outside of our room, apparently the replacement of an AC unit next door, but the noise level was unbearable. It was my birthday, and I didn’t enjoy my stay that much. We talked to the manager, and she actually told us, they were going to do something nice to make it up for the noise, and the unfortunate situation, and they didn’t do anything. At this point not only we were disappointed with the situation, but also with the customer service at such a lovely establishment. It wasn’t what was expecting, I actually had better experiences in Palm Springs at other boutique hotels.
