the website said breakfast was included. It wasn't. This is a very small facility.
Proper description of amenities. Photos of rooms were stock photos and not actual photos of rooms. Understaffed. No coffee maker in the room. No service desk in the building!

I liked that the restaurant was right on the property and open 24 hours.

AC was cold. Bed was comfy. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Staff was friendly and efficient. Had a 24 hour diner.
There was no staff in the actual hotel, they operated out of the diner. The rooms were very dated with furniture that was past its prime. There was a lot of moisture and humidity in the room causing the carpet to feel wet on my feet. The price was reasonable, but a bit high for what you got especially with no breakfast included.

The location and being close to our travel destination was the reason we chose this hotel.
1. Very limited handicap parking.
2. Handicap room was quite a long distance from the handicap parking. All the employee areas and fitness room were BEFORE the handicap room. Why?
3. The room was not very clean. Thick, dark dust on the sprinklers, dirt and peanuts under the chair cushion.
4. We could not lower the temperature in the room. Since we were only staying one night, we lived with it.

location
there was a black washcloth on sink and small blood splatters on wall.

A not so far place to stay while reconnecting w someone
Nothing
Everything was great
Nice staff clean room

The location was good for us and the room appeared to be well thought out
This motel has little to no soundproofing, so every noise an conversation can be heard, making it impossible to sleep without earplugs.
3.6
It was close to the place I was going

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff was super nelpful and polite. The room was updated and clean. The restaurant was super convinient and the food excelent!!..

location
a bit dated

It didn’t include a Continental Breakfast. Penny’s Diner right beside it was open 24/7 and we were able to order Breakfast which was good,
I really didn’t like going into the Diner to check in and out of the Hotel. I definitely think it should have taken place within the Hotel.

Room was big and clean. Dinner on site was very convenient.
Mattress was too firm for our liking and pillows were flat.

No elevator. Oddity of check in at the next door Diner
3.6
it was right off the highway with a nice
diner for a bite to eat and very clean.
bed could have been a little better but
not bad
3.6
quiet and convenient place off the interstate. not much around other than truck stop
no breakfast. no where to get extra towels or linens. no comforter so we slept with a sheet because I wasn't sure if blanket was clean or washed daily that was folded up on the shelf. diner was very pricey but open 24 hrs

the property was very clean, felt very secure, and the
rooms were very nice and clean. the property is right off
the side of interstate 64, but it kept most of the highway
noise quiet and we could only here a few vehicles going
down the entrance ramp.
the property does not have an actual lobby. the “Penny’s
Diner” restaurant pictured actually serves as the hotel
front desk, which isn’t a big deal, just caused some
confusion when we arrived.

Not enough Handi cap rooms. Normal rooms could have at least had hand rails for toilets.

The shower worked well.
The room smelled of cigarette. The commode didn't work most of the time, you had to take the top off of the commode to hold down the flap for the tank to fill. Management knew about the commode not working like it should, said to giggle the handle, well, they need to replace the flap in the commode. Under the bed had a water bottle (not ours) cheerios under the bed as well. There was a very sticky spot to the left of the chair (facing the chair and ottoman) the carpet was dirty, behind the door hasn't been vacuumed behind in quite some time, and Housekeeping used the lid off the ice bucket to hold open the doors of the rooms to clean. Very Unsanitary. Lamp shades were stained, in need of replacement. Will not stay there again.

Can’t think of anything.
Check in was in restaurant beside hotel. No lobby. One entrance with two floors. No elevator. My husband and I are in our late 60’s. We had to carry our luggage up the steps and then to the far end of the second floor. We stayed two nights. The second night we returned to room and it had not been cleaned. Very disappointed with the hotel and room. Beds had one cover sheet and no blanket or comforter. Two blankets were folded on shelf. Had no idea if these had been cleaned. Chose not to use them.

Nothing.
Horrible facility! No staff onsite. No security. Had to register at diner next door. Room smelled bad. Should have gotten money back and left.
3.6
It is a perfect hotel if you’re visiting the area and looking for a place to sleep.
There was no pool.
3.6
That there was a diner to get food 24-7
3.6
Pennys Diner was right there so that was convenient.

The location was great. The nearby restaurant was great.
Had a stale and damp smell. Need fix this issue.
