Clean room
At reservation time I asked for a 1st floor room which they didn't have when I checked in. There was no parking available so I had to drive around the neighborhood to find a spot on the street. In the morning I had a luke warm shower. No breakfast. 2 coffees.

Very clean. Very nice Front Desk folks. Safe neighborhood. Loved the diversity of food and local restaurants. Great Ethiopian food nearby. Walking distance to the Lafayette if you want to pool day pass.

Property was clean & affordable. Rooms were a decent size. Staff was friendly.
Parking is LIMITED! There is only like 6 spots in front of hotel & no designated handicap parking. There is on on the street but when we came back for the evening parking was difficult yo find & the handicap spot was taken by some one who didn’t have a placard or plates. Our room had a window facing the street & unfortunately you can hear the cars pass by

Very well maintained, up-to-date furnishings, many electrical outlets easy to reach.
Parking: Only 6 spots for 20 rooms. TV remote needed new batteries.

Parking is not ideal, but not bad, very few spaces, so have to park on El Cajon Blvd if you come in late.

Rooms are clean & organized. They made the bed & cleaned the room every day for 6days of our stay. Hot water was available early morning & late evening (maybe available whole day) They give u soaps, shampoos, body lotion, coffee. Overall we enjoyed our stay & exceeded our expectations. Wont mind staying here again when visiting San Diego. It's very close to restaurants, shopping, attractions ( zoo, sea world & Balboa park) Uber was like $7-12 per trip to these places. We didn't rent car

The location of the hotel and the room cleanliness was great. Everything else was downhill from there.
The parking situation was awful. Never again will I use this hotel for that reason alone. My rental car got towed because you have to rely on street parking in Southern California. What a waste.

I don't have anything bad to say, just to suggest having dishes if your stay will be longer.

only 6 spaces, only 1 washer and dryer.

It was clean and close to the Georgian restaurant we like.
A wall air conditioner is always somewhat drafty and noisy.
Also we had to park down the street at night, as there were no spaces available
next to the motel.

No parking. I spent a lot of time finding where to park my car on the street. The receptionist was not welcoming.
They charged me twice and refund me the second one but they didn’t apologize for their mistake.

Centrally located to all the places we needed to go for the wedding we attended. Found parking easily. Access to food is great. Large bathroom!
Street needs more lighting but property was well lit.
