Great staff and would book again.

Staff was incredibly supportive of my needs. The hotel room was very nice and in a good location.

Bed could be softer and the doors are incredibly loud. You can feel doors closing from down the hall.

Las habitaciones estaban más bonitas en fotos, pagamos una suite junior por el comfort y nisiquiera nos limpiaron la habitación, aunque pasamos el día fuera del hotel, llegamos y estaba todo como lo dejamos nisiquiera toallas limpias y tuvimos que llamar para sábanas extras, se supone que nos recibirían con aperitivos de bienvenida pero no recibimos nada, el bar estaba cerrado por remodelacion y nisiquiera nos avisaron cosa que importante por la que nos alojamos en este lugar, la verdad venden un servicio que no ofrecen.

Excellent hôtel proche de Manhattan

Super hôtel proche de toutes commodités ! Nous avons réservé à la dernière minute et avons été très surprises par la qualité de la chambre !! Super lit très confortable, belle et grande salle de bain. Personnel à l’écoute et très compréhensif Je recommande cet hôtel à 100%!

Worst staff ever, overpriced, don‘t go!

Spacious room

Forgot some shirts in the room. Called 2 hours after we checked out and they said they would check but it was impossible to get them back. Super unhelpful staff, talked to them 4 times, then I gave up since no one was able to go look in the room ever, nor was there ever a „high enough manager“ who could handle the issue. The house keeping said they couldn‘t find anything which is simply a lie. Also, on two days there was dog poop in the hallway and then we got accused twice (twice!) that it was from our dog. Our dog is a well trained service animal (!) that doesn’t do this. It‘s ridiculous! Cannot recommend this property at all mainly due to the staff

Disappointing and overpriced

We used to love the Tillary but it’s definitely gone down hill. Very sad. Location is the only benefit.

The staff were very rude - front desk, the bar person was terrible… we asked for fresh towels and it took two days? Then we went to the front desk to ask for coffee and they couldn’t give it to us and asked housekeeping (again), still nothing.

Superb

I enjoyed my stay at the Tulary Hotel. The location was great, and everything was walkable. The executive suite was very epecious. There was no microwave in the room, that was the only downside, other than that I enjoyed every minute of it. Ross, Justin and Jalissa were exceptional. Thank you, Tilary Hotel staff

A good value hotel that does what it needs to do

What I liked best about the Tillary was it's proximity to NYU Engineering school, its very good downstairs gym and its homey feel. I liked that the staff became recognizable after a couple days (not an ever changing rotation of people), that my room was compact but efficient and that staff was helpful.

For some reason my room wifi did not work well, though I didn't have a problem elsewhere in the hotel. There is some roughness around the edges at the Tillary, but that seems understandable considering it is very good value.

Very clean and comfortable!

The location is great! Metro station and city center are within walking distance. Spacious and comfortable room and very clean bedding, towels. I stayed here for 21 days, the staff is very friendly and helpful, they are multilingual in English, Spanish and Chinese, especially Jiastin, he quickly helped me solve the problem of changing rooms.

Sometimes I ask for cleaning the room in advance, But the room service didn't do it.

Getting to the location is easy, and the bed and pillows are comfortable. The hotel has a nice design and decent size rooms. The staff was also nice and accommodating. Management comp the stay for the water issue.

The guest can't control the heat pass 74 degrees and there was no hot water. Also when you open windows the traffic noise from the bridge comes in.

The hotel was very nice and very clean.

I booked this hotel 5 days ago and I called to verify that my booking went through and I was told “yes, you booked a room for 2 people” I said “yes”. I come to the hotel the day of my check in and they told me there’s no rooms and that they are sold out. Why would they confirmed that I had a room but when I get there is a different story? thanks to this I had to sleep in my car.

The room was not ready at 3pm. We have waited 1.5 hours for that and still they were not ready. We had to come at the evening for the room. They also charged 80 dolars more than what booking.com stated in total !

Overall, I was pleased.

The layout of the room was well designed. The bed was very comfortable.

Did not like the way the shower was designed. Could not enjoy taking a shower for fear of getting water on the floor. Would love to have had a shower door. No place to hang towels and the complimentary soap was way too small.

There is no parking at the hotel. I had to try 4 different garages before I was able to park my car. Then had walk a number of blocks with luggage. They should really sort out the parking situation.
