The property has a good vibe to it and has all the facilities. The location is perfect for any tourists with all Transit stops available closeby
Cant think of anything negative about it
4.3
The location is so good. It is very convenient. It is near the cable car and Powell station. And there is a shopping mall cross the road.
The door to get into the hotel is not conspicuous. I'm not sure if it is because the room I lived in is higher, so the water pressure is not enough.
4.3
Clean and modern facilities and great location
You could here the trams down on the street, but it wasn’t too disturbing.
4.3
Clean, comfortable, quiet, and close to all that Union Square has to offer. Fabulous, friendly staff.
Nothing to dislike.
4.3
- Renovated rooms and facilities
- Decent gym
- Housekeeping (very efficient, room always cleaned in a very convenient time)
- Nice breakfast at the café downstairs
- Very central location (sometimes it is a disadvantage though in SF... many homeless around)
- In general cleanliness of the bathrooms could be a little better, now when most of the facilities are relatively new it may seem ok, but it will age much faster. It also gives an impression of an "older place"

The stand out for us was the Incredible customer service. We had some negative experiences initially, but the manager immediately got involved and was so helpful. All the staff we ended up working with were wonderful and really went above and beyond.
Axiom has a great location, the rooms and facilities were lovely and clean, and there is a robot who delivers the room service, which is kitsch but awesome.
Honestly, with some of the issues we had this should have been a poor review, but the staff all really stepped in to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

Great location; Very Helpful and Hospitable Staff, Clean and Comfortable rooms.

I had no a/c
4.3
filtered water and ice in every floor.
rooms too dark. the lighting is very moody. also our room had a giant portable AC unit taking up a ton of space. maybe just install a window unit?
4.3
The location was great, just in front of Powell Cable Car stop and a few steps aways also from Nordstrom shopping centre.
Also about 15 minute walk to financial district and 30 minutes to the Ferry Building
Staff was friendly and helpful, and there was good security in the building to avoid any uncomfortable situation
Everything was great!
4.3
The personel of the hotel. The room.
The car vallet gave me back my car with some dirty papers, some food disappeared also. Not acceptable.
4.3
rooms are beautiful and comfortable
Lobby bar/coffee shop has a weird set up , hotel entrance is very discreet/unassuming.
4.3
Housekeeping was good. Proximity for public transport is excellent. Front of house staff were nice.
There's a decent sized communal area on the mezzanine with a microwave.
This hotel is so weird. It's so dimly lit in the corridors and in the room it felt very claustrophobic and quite miserable to spend time in the room. The window also didn't open which was horrible.
The pillows and mattress were uncomfortable. The fan/AC was ineffectual; always too hot or too cold.
The flashing light from the smoke alarm and the standby lights in the bathroom were annoying.
The hotel lacked any character at all - it was very corporate and dystopian feeling.
The room service wasn't clear on the hours they actually served food and the cafe downstairs was pretty awful.
4.3
Hotel design, amenities
Lack of soundproofing. Sound from outside comes through the air conditioning panel and wakes you up throughout the night.
4.3
Location is great, very convenient for the airport/BART. Rooms are quite small, but thoughtfully designed. Hotel itself is quite dark, and not much of a view from many rooms, but overall a good experience.
Only issues really were minor things that can't change, like the size of the room and the (lack of) view. But honestly was a good experience overall, would consider staying again but would compare to other similar hotels in the area.
4.3
Location was aweome.
The first room I was placed in was freezing cold. The wall thermostat did not work and they had placed a space heater in the room which did not work either! They supposedly had someone come up to fix it while I was out to dinner. Came back and the supposed space "heater" was blowing cold air. I asked to be moved to another room which they finally agreed to. Room was small but ok for 1 person.
4.3
Location
Room had a weird smell. But the worst thing about the hotel is how thin the wall is. You can hear guests from the rooms beside and above yours.
I could hear the guests walking in the room above mine, and the sound of the heavy footsteps woke me up several times!
I don’t think I’d stay there again.
4.3
clean and comfortable
No heat, blowing circuit breakers, some nonsense about conserving energy, tacky portable A/C heat units in rooms.
4.3
good location and nice hotel - everything fine!
4.3
The location is very good, very close to Powell Street Station.
I was able to check in before the check-in time.
A little cheaper would have been better.
