Absolutely amazing family vacation

Amazing location within the Nat’l Park. Downtown Gatlinburg, Anakeesta, and Ober Mtn. only a beautiful 5 min drive on the mountain

Nice place

Everything was very nice at the location. My family and pet felt comfortable there. Had a great time there and we will return.

My wife did not like the small curvy roads lol.

Our stay was unbelievably unforgettable. Hated leaving

Everything was awesome! Even saw Bears Friday morning. Love the location (so close to downtown Gatlinburg) and the chalet was so beautiful. Looking forward to coming back next summer😀

Best stay every the owners make you feel so welcomed.

The view fall leaves from every window you look out. location an adventure in itself winding mountain roads.

last minute changes chalet without hot tub. unavoidable when we walked in the place took our breath away. Best birthday ever. pet friendly too

The owners were fantastic. Excellent communication. Loved the location! Off the beaten path, but a very short distance to everything; food, attractions, and shopping.

Loved the bears!

I loved the location! There is a nice creek across the street that bears love. We got to see 2 black bears walking from the creek to our cabin. One was trying to get into the neighbors garbage can! It was awesome! The owners were also extremely nice, always available, and helped us with any questions!

I did not like the bugs in the cabin. There were some dead bugs on the bed and then a lot of centipede looking bugs crawling in the hot tub and on the floors downstairs. No bugs upstairs (which is where I was)!

The property is in desperate need of TLC. We did not use the outside area at all the deck is old and looks unsafe as wel

Location- I would like someone from booking to contact me regarding this I have tried calling and cannot get through.

Needs major updating and rodent/bug inspection. The home owners were very nice through email with walking me through how to work the washer however they did not respond to my text messages regarding all the other issues. This is my first time doing an air bnb so I do not have pictures to send in.

It was a cozy place to stay. Also the owners were extremely kind.

There was no where to actually get out and about. There was a busy road right in front! Also the website is misleading. The pool and other facilities are not very convenient to get to.

Every detail was well thought out from the kitchen to bathroom, to easy access to internet.

We never had moon pies before. Thank you. Otherwise, there was no breakfast included that we are aware of.

The property was fine. The traffic on the road was annoying- way too many buses going back and forth. But, the owner can’t control that.

Great place for the price

It was well equipped, the kids loved the game room. Clean for the age of the place. We were extremely happy for the price

Sofa bed uncomfortable, older place With older furniture. Game table nearing its end, but all this being said. For the price we were very pleased.
