Incredible location. Up to date appliances. Very comfortable beds.
There are 114 steps from the parking lot to this unit. My dad is 78 years old. He was able to do it, but man it was tough. Wish I would have known this before booking.

The location was close to the main village at Crystal Mountain. It had a lovely view. It was nice to have a full kitchen.
There were a lot of stairs to climb to get to the unit. The beds were not comfortable and the bedding was old and worn. The unit had not been updated for decades, (but that was not a surprise). We thought the price was a bit high given the quality of the unit.

The living conditions were well set up, even with four people. The view and deck were nice.
For us it wasn't a problem and we were also warned about it, but there is a large amount of stairs to deal with. You have to go through the bedroom to enter the apartment which can be an issue with people coming and going.

Close to Mt Rainier
I understand the owner is carefull with renting his condo. But the welcome message with the amount of fees for not being compliant with the rules gave me an unwelcome feeling. I understand there are probably a lot of renters who are not compliant and give a lot of worries, and that you want to take care of that. But this comes also when you want to rent a place out. I really got a very uncomfortable feeling of the large amount of fines which were stated in the welcome message which didn't give me a welcoming feeling at all.

Great views and the gondola ride was great.
If your not a hiker their isn’t much to do at this location. So maybe not a great place for family things but a great place to get away with the wife and relax. A lot of construction right now so you have that type of noise going on right now in the mornings.

Was charged extra $25 fee for using a third bed for two person reservation.
Three beds in room should be available to use regardless of number of people in reservation.

Proximity to slopes.
Furnishing was barebones. Beds all in one room.

Close location to lifts allow you to ski back to car. Kitchen. SAT TV, wifi so so.
Oversized furniture in living room didn't allow movement. VCR, Why? No ability to cast video to TV. Second person who takes a shower gets lukewarm water. >90+ stairs up from car to condo is a chore. 300 bucks a night midweek with 2 night minimum will keep us from coming back.

all that long stairs to the room with luggages was not expected but I can understand where is the condo located.

The location is awesome!
It’s actually insulting the price you pay for the condition of the unit (unit 525). When you first book you get a “welcome” message that is more of a “warning” message of all the ways you may get fined. The tone of that message made me reluctant to reach out with any issues but future travelers should be warned; hence the review. The bathroom had long, dark hairs stuck to the walls. It has nail/screw holes where it looks like once were different towel racks and they didn’t bother to repaint the wall before sticking up new ones. Also, mold. The “couch” is a DIY job with thin, old cushions and is crazy uncomfortable. The tiles behind the stove were peeling off. The side of the “bar” is unfinished wood. And under the bar was spray foamed and left as is. The bed is uncomfortable and there is a creature living in the wall behind the large bed (whatever it is, it’s very loud and unnerving in the middle of the night). It’s unfortunate because $1000 and a couple days work could easily make the apartment so inviting and a great retreat. Instead they know people have limited options in the area and are squeezing everything out of the run down lodging that they can. We went during summer for hiking and there were only 2-3 other cars in the parking lot. I would not suggest unit 525 to anyone. I took lots of pics but can only attach a few: awful couch, mold, hair on walls, peeling tiles in the kitchen.

Close to gondola, clean
Bathroom fan was not working, therefore humidity was high in unit after showers

Near hiking and Gondola
Currently not operating all amenities. Could not get food or drinks after 5pm.

The location was very good. The facility was very adequate. The apartment was also very well stocked. There was confusion about our room, however, the staff on site did a good job fixing that issue in spite of being completely booked.
The only real issue is that there are multiple flights of stairs to get to any room. This is an issue mostly with luggage. However, anyone unable to take stairs should be aware of this issue. Also it is a bit more like a VRBO than a hotel in terms of self-clean up. It was not an issue but good to know ahead of time.

Location was great
Very old furniture - had a musty smell. No elevator - lots of stairs with luggage. No noise control between rooms and outside. Had to walk through the bedroom to get to the kitchen and living room

Clean and a full kitchen that helped a lot with homeschooling
It was a hike definitely get ready to put some work in wouldn’t recommend it traveling with small kiddos in winter snowy times
