Overall the study was good for the price.

The breakfast was really good one of the rooms was very large

Had booked identical rooms but one room was vastly larger than the other that could fit two twin beds. The other room had barrow walk way and was very tight for three adults.

The hotel provides good hardware in term of gym facilities, breakfast place, good WIFI and ample

1) Very well equipped gym 2) Breakfast start from 6 am and good spread 3) Nice coffee - with decaf 4) Nice layout of the breakfast place

1) Front desk receptionist attitude is poor and not helpful - lack of passion on the job. 2) Housekeeping is very poor - room is not clean on a daily basis 3) No free water drink unless you ask

Nice place with a great breakfast

The breakfast was great and the room was clean and comfortable.

There was a facilities person at our door at 9:30 pm. He was there to change the batteries. We were a bit unnerved because we were already ready for bed.

There was an amazing staff, the breakfast was great! And everything was really clean.

It was a convenient location with plenty of things around it. I liked that Carowinds was only 14 mins away.

I didn’t like how small the refrigerators were and that there was no microwave in the room

The A/C filter has to be replaced. There is bad smell coming out of A/C unit. When we turned off the A/C the smell gone.

We stayed here previously and liked the quiet and location.

Lack of cleanliness in some areas: ft. Entrance carpet, our floor hall carpet. Room couch dirty. If you are going to allow pets need to sanitize more.

Superb

This is a new facility in a newly constructed district at Ballantyne. Charlotte downtown is actually far from this place. we were in transit from Washington to Florida so one night stay in the hotel fully suited our purpose. Quite location, nice sleep and everything was new. Park my car just next to the entrance, the parking is big enough and I saw a multi storeys garage on the parking.

Asked for complimentary turndown service. It was horrible. I had to make my bed, had to replenish my coffee and towels. Nothing appeared to be done except empty the trash.
