The breakfast was amazing! The location is great! It is near all the fun and excitement of Gatlingburg, yet far enough away for some quiet and relaxing time also!

In town with a Float in the July 4th Midnight parade.

In the middle of town, no need to pay to park in town. Clean *Needed a favor after the parade and your night crew came thu for us. Thank them for me again.

Great location, kids loved the pool.

The pool was great! Our kids had a lot of fun. The location was outstanding, steps away from the aquarium, Anakeesta, and many restaurants.

The location was our favorite thing…we walked everywhere we went as driving in Gatlinburg is difficult. The king sized bed was very nice and firm which we appreciated. The room was basic but clean.

The breakfast was our least favorite thing. My husband prefers some type of meat offering and there was none. The eggs were very bland and did not seem like real eggs. A better selection of pastry items instead of just donut holes would be nice. We only ate there one morning during our six night stay. A hand towel holder in bathroom would be appreciated.

Looked at a lot of places, glad I chose the Greystone.

Perfect location right in the middle of everything and all in walking distance. Beds were extra comfy and the room was spotless. Highly recommend!

Continental breakfast was good but definitely wish there was some bacon on the menu..

Excepcional y fabulosa

Todo excelente ubicación, precio, atención del personal. La habitación muy cómoda y todo muy limpio. Tan pronto tenga otra oportunidad volveré nuevamente a quedarme en el lugar. De verdad quedamos muy sorprendidos de todo lo bueno que resultó nuestra estadía.

Close to everything, walking was easy! Nice view with balcony overlooking the river.

Love Love Love!!!

I absolutely love this place!!! The lodge was spectacular I love how it was decorated for Christmas. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, bathroom clean. We had a balcony unfortunately ours was more of an ally view but it was so cold we really didn’t use it. Oh my stars y’all this location is absolutely perfect if you’re coming to Gatlinburg and want to be down by the main strip this is the place to be! It’s located right next to the aquarium and across from anakeesta. We literally walked everywhere. The free breakfast was even good. Had great internet- my son was able to video game! This will be the place we return to!!

I don’t recall anything I didn’t like.

Very nice property and lovely room but only stayed one night due to park being closed.

Unfortunately we only stayed one night as our reason for visiting was to hike in GSMNP and it was closed so we did not stay . We would return at a future date

We didn’t like that our room was on the farthest end away from the pool and front desk. With no connecting hallway. We also would have really appreciated a hot tub to soak in after a very long day of walking.

Good location and convenient.

We wanted to be on the strip and it was the perfect location to walk everywhere you needed to go. The rooms were spacious and bathroom was adequate. Staff was nice.

There is nothing to do there except sleep. Margaritaville was next door and had two huge fire pit areas that you could sit at. We had a brook view. The shower still had some hair in it and one bed was decent the other bed was super uncomfortable. Breakfast wasn’t good but wasn’t horrible. For the amount of money you pay for a room you should have comfort, good food, and a great atmosphere.

Disappointing but it worked -- Its a fun town so we overlooked the hotel and had a great time!

The Hotel is okay. The location was pretty good as it was within walking distance to the main street and all the restaurants and store. The bed was comfortable which was a great thing.

The room was old and in need of an update. I paid extra for the view of the river/creek and it was pretty disappointing. What I saw mostly was just the building and street stuff the hotel backed into and not a pretty wilderness view. Good thing we didn't really stay in the room -- we were out at the park most all day. The room also smelled of old smoke -- not like someone had smoked recently but that it was in the carpet and walls and they keep trying to just use air freshener. The staff was lacking in directions to park -- we were very confused and saw cones blocking spaces all over. Breakfast was okay for a free breakfast but not what I want on vacation.

Fantastic place to stay, close to attractions!

Love everything about this property. We stay here every year when we come to Gatlinburg. Very clean, comfortable and location is close to downtown, you can walk to just about everywhere or take a trolley as the hub is located right across from pickup and drop off location.

Nothing I didn’t not like except this is the first year we didn’t get a room next to the river. But that’s it. Nothing really to complain about.

Parking ( the top lot parking gate could have been open instead of squeezing by on the side) Better variety at breakfast would have been a plus. Change it up every couple of days
