Не плохо,но надо исправить косяки .

Хороший , дорогой ремонт,большой номер,все работает почти ,красивое здание ,удобная парковка ,быстрое бронирование .

Не работает освещение при входе, постоянно моргает ,грязный пол в душе ,бойлер стоит в комнате в шкафу рядом с кроватью и шумно работает,посредственное белье которого едва закрыть площадь кровати так же как и наматрастник который не добавляет удобства .

Nice staff

No telephone in room, that's make me if I want something, I have to go down by stairs as no elevator and difficult to communicate with staff as they don't speak good English.

Friendly Staff but would call it Spa hotel if not included..

The Staff was friendly and helpful.

My reservation included a microwave in my room and a bike. the microwave wasn't there and the bikes are not really roadsafe, since they don't have any lights on them. one out of two wasn't working and they don't give you a lock to safe it Also I was told, I have to pay extra 4000 som (more then the price for my deluxe room) to use the spa area.. I would understand extra fees for massages for example but to use the sauna, haman or pool - this I expect to be free for use if I book a spa hotel. my room didn't get cleaned a single time during my stay. last but not least - my booking included a ocean view.. not that I expected it in a country with no ocean ;-)

Good location, very kind and positive stuff - helped me with lots of favors. Comfortable facilities.

Maybe I was unlucky or the walls are thin, but I had very noisy neighbors from both sides, I could hear them talking and shouting)

Good value for money. Not far away for city center. Friendly, helpful and flexible personel. Great place to enjoy pool and sauna after some activitoes in KGZ nature or after long flight. Recommend.

This hotel appears contemporary and pristine and can be viewed in a positive way in some respects. On the surface the rooms are well equipped e.g. the bathroom has separate glass enclosure for the shower, bed robes are supplied. One of the least expensive options in Bishkek, however it is a 29 minute walk to Chuy Avenue (city centre).

The bed provided an adequate level of comfort but the entire experience here was let down in general by the distinct lack of hotel cleaning service (see below). The carpets are well worn and in dire condition- desperately need cleaning. The nearest powerpoint requires an extension cord to be useable and the voltage supply is such that recharging a device seems to take days. Although there is a light switch near the bed, lighting is weak overall. Noise from neighbouring rooms televisions easily penetrate I stayed for over a week in a standard double room and yet the room was serviced just one time. Incredibly I had to leave overflowing rubbish bins outside the room in the hope that it would be collected. Luckily it was wintertime and no wildlife to attract.

it’s nice and clean, so you can stay there, but don’t forget to tell everything to the stuff in advance

the room was clean, and I was offered tea when I asked for it.

shower drain was bad, and they didn’t tell me that I have to order breakfast in advance so I didn’t have it. the view was not good as well

Big room, small breakfast, broken stuff but nice staff

– Good location. About 15-20 minutes walking from the center of the city – Service is ok, pleasant and nice staff – Big room – Bed is comfortable

– Breakfast costs 400kgs and it's not big at all for that price: sausage, fried egg, yoghurt, tea or coffee – Broken window-lock mechanism, it can't be closed, there is always small gap and wind is blowing (room number 6) – Broken shower holder (room number 6) – You will hear conversations and any sounds from the neighbour's room – From your windows you will look at some kind of clothing factory – Loud refrigerator

Good location, super clean and well designed room, free bottles of water

The shower is not fixed on the wall and you need to take it the whole time of your shower. The water gets cold after 10 min shower! So not good for 2 poeple to take a shower back to back. The lightning of the room was too low and the room was a bit dark at night. Breakfast was about 5 usd per person which was too simple and was not worth at all...

Budget-friendly, but do not expect any high end treatment.

One lady was very sweet and one spoke a bit English. Comfy beds, working AC. Close to a gas station where coffee could be bought. Internet connection was also good.

The rooms are not soundproof at all, especially in the bathroom. Spa area is outdated, steam sauna did not work - worn and tired. There are literally NO PLUGS in the rooms, especially close to the bed. We were away for three days and the rooms were not cleaned. Apparently the room service was only upon request (was not informed about it beforehand). Breakfast was poor, no milk for coffee. One staff member seemed to hate her job. Broken showers.
