When we come the people are always sweet and so wonderful. The property itself was nice as always.
What was a miss this time was the cleanliness of the rooms. Normally everything is spot on. Unfortunately, our first room was dusty and the room they moved us to had dirty towels.

Nice room and bathroom
Valet parking
9.0 / 10.0
We like the location as much of downtown Charleston is accessible to walk. We also liked the style of the furnishings and efficient use of the space.
As most of Charleston downtown., the cost is very high relative to the size and amenities. Additionally, an extra $46 per day for valet parking is very painful.

very expensive parking- more than surrounding options- felt very much like hotel trying to run up the bill
the shower was among the worst I have ever experienced. Took forever to get hot water, and the low flow showerheads made taking a shower difficult and very frustrating.

Friendly staff, in particular Gabriel and Noah in valet services. There was another young guy who was terrific as well.
Shower wasn't great- poor water pressure/flow

Poor water pressure and mildew in the shower

Everything, modern room amenities, staff, service, and location.
Having a mini kitchen in the room was great.
Although the room was of a smaller size, it was very functional.
The cost was higher than anticipated due to the late booking.

Great location, beautiful hotel and great staff.
There were a few items broken when we arrived (elevator, lobby restroom and curtain in our room) but they seemed to be resolved fairly quickly.

The staff was friendly. In the room was nice.
I was not advised that there was a $40 per day valet charge for parking during the booking process.

The hotel was very modern and cool. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and I liked the large mirrors and shower in the bathroom. The location was also central to downtown and it was easy to walk to the King Street area.
I was expecting breakfast based on previous reviews, but there was no breakfast. There was no cleaning the rooms during our stay, and there wasn’t even shampoo and conditioner in the room. The room itself was very small with wall to wall furniture that wasn’t necessary. The parking was also $40 a night which is very high. The staff could also have been friendlier.

Good modern and large bedroom
Hotel is off city center. Other than the high quality bedrooms (although many don't have any views), hotel has very limited facilities equivalent to a 2-3 star hotel and reception staff is not equipped to help/advise guests
9.0 / 10.0
Good size room & bathroom, gym a good size & functional
10-15 min walk into beginning of historic area. In the heat it can be challenging! Bathroom products are not natural for those who care

Loved Hunter at front desk, Daniel at night, and the guy who recommended running the Cooper River Bridge.😊Great staff!
King bed seemed more like a queen.
