This guesthouse is in a great location, a very beautiful and calm place on a mountain. You can enjoy the breathtaking view from your window. It is also close to the Green Cape.
The hosts are very friendly, caring and kind, I was occasionally getting rides to the city/house from them.
Also they cook very delicious food.

We loved our stay at Teya’s. It’s a great location, away from the hustle and bustle of Batumi. Teya came and met us to show us how to get to the house and was incredibly hospitable, offering to help us with whatever we needed, joining us for drinks and great conversation. The house is beautiful and accommodating with a breathtaking view of the sea and the city. We accidentally took her keys, but she was very understanding (sorry again!). Teya’s place is truly a gem, and we would gladly stay again and recommend it to anybody.

I liked everything, hospitable family!
beautiful room with a view of the sea and mountains, a cozy courtyard ✨💚
not a minus, but a note: be careful, the location is indicated not exactly on Booking.
in fact, the house is on a mountain, but that's even good.
The hosts met us and took us to the house.

The best people I've met in Georgia! The best view in Georgia! I fell in love with this peaceful place.
Just like everyone else, apparently, I booked this guesthouse for one day - and stayed as long as I could, for 5 days (and got lucky the owner had a room at the end of the season!)
You wake up to the best view in your life, of the mountains covered with lush tropical greens, the sea, and the city of Batumi on the horizon. While you're stretching and breathing in this amazing fresh air, sweet as honey (which can knock city people down for a day or two at first: I slept almost 2 days straight because I was also dog tired) - Tea is making you breakfast. You can eat it at the family table or outside, in the pergola wrapped in grapevines and decorative lights, which has the same breathtaking view (and a hammock). Your food will be delicious and healthy, with lots of fruits and veggies. If you want coffee, it will be delectable.
I've specifically selected this place for its vicinity to Green Cape. I don't like flat beaches, but Green Cape has a gravel beach, AND if you walk all the way to the right, you will see IT. A little paradise where the tropical greens of the Botanical garden, which is at the mountain top, come down almost all the way to the water, with little streams of water trickling down, and with some small cliffs in and near the water. You can see Batumi from the shore, and if you swim away a bit, you can view this amazing cape from the water.
There are 2 good cafes right at the beach; parking was 10 lari. It's actually a train station called "Botanical garden", the railway is between parking and the beach, but the trains don't come through often and won't bother you much.
Done swimming? Now it's about a 15-min drive back to the guesthouse up the mountain serpentine, but you can't just jump straight to the beach when you live so high up the mountain, right?

It was so an unexpected and incredible experience. The hosts are so charming, and the view is amazing. We also had so tasty dinner and got a ride to the railway station in the early morning. Many thanks!
it's a bit hard to find the guesthouse (even google couldn't help), but the communication with the host was so fast and great, so we were picked up and arrived with no problems.

This is the best location if you have a car and want to see few places in Adjaria. It's located near Batumi, which was an advantage for us. The place is quiet and really beautiful and by car, it is only about 10-15 minutes to Batumi. Also, Mtsvane Kontkhi has the best beach in this area. There is a little arbor outside the house, where you can eat breakfast or evening supper. Everything inside the house is clean and tidy, perfect for relaxation. The best part is the owners of this nice house. They are really friendly and hospitable. They made us great breakfasts and suppers. Teja is a great cooker, and the wine from Mr. Gienadij was the best I have tasted in Georgia. 100% recommendation.

Kind and courteous hosts who were willing to help
Beautiful views
Middle of nowhere...GPS is wrong. Not in the Botanical Gardens. Stuck up a mountain who knows where. Thank God my partner is Georgian- would never have found it otherwise.
Got lost several times. Even locals and taxi drivers couldn't find.
Communication- number on the website didn't work.
Not really a 'guest house', just a person's house. Daughter's stuff was in our room.

I liked to stay here. The family was nice and my absolute favourite was Charlie :) The room was spacious and clean. The meal was delicious.
It was on the top of the hill, you could reach it on narrow and bad roads, but the view was beautiful and the owner took you into the city or the beach for free. But it would be good to make it clear in the description where is the house exactly, because Google is wrong about it and things are not really in walking distance.
