Great little boutique hotel in Zona Colonial

Lovely boutique hotel in the colonial district of Santo Domingo. Excellent room with large bathroom. Helpful staff, good breakfast.

Pleasant stay at the Colonial district

I enjoyed that it was good walking distance within the old colonial district and that the street was fairly quiet at night time

Perfect for an overnight in Santo Domingo

Great for a quick stop in Santo Domingo! We booked a small room, which turned out to be a very accurate description since there was barely space to go around the bed, but we didn't need anything else to spend the night. The location was perfect to walk around the colonial center and the hotel itself was very cute

The night manager didn't seem to happy to greet un at 11 pm, I do understand or would be happy about being woken up, however... he was the NIGHT manager... Nothing too bad though

The building was very nice. Good location.

The room was extremely small. The whole room (not including the bathroom) was occupied by the bed. We could not walk around it comfortably. The breakfast. It was very small, without choices: two toasts, two eggs, butter and mermelade, coffee or orange juice (not fresh). Additionally, you could not repeat if you were hungry. The staff was not friendly or helpful. Our bathroom did not have warm water, so that was a struggle and we had to wait a long time before being allowed to shower in another room.

Great location, lovely character building

Staff not friendly nor very helpful. Advertised airport shuttle but there is none. In room safe did not work, and no attempt by staff to fix or replace.

it is a joke not a 4* hotel. The smalest room I've ever seen. Same for the pool. A 9 sq m room, without windovs but extremely noisy. Bad breakfast and unfriendly staff.

Wonderful, quiet hotel in the Zona Colonial.

I liked everything. Lovely room in the historic Zona Colonial. With a wonderful balcony.

Good reception services but perhaps a more cordial breakfast would make the hotel truly perfect

Nice hotel for a few days

One room was very nice, very central location in Santo Domingo and very quiet.

The other room was very small. Internet didn't work in the whole hotel.

Good hotel if you will stay a couple of night as a tourist in the Zona Colonia of Santo Domingo.

The location is good if you are in Santo Domingo for tourism. The staff is nice and helpfull. The rooms and the whole Hotel is really clean.

The rooms are too tiny or they face the street without any time of noise reduction. The noise of the street is really unberable. Breakfast is... well, coffe, organge juice, bread and a couple of eggs in a pan. The booking included breakfast, but better to have breakfast somewehere else. And the staff was unable to provide a clear Invoice for our stay. Missing the basic information and it took them some days to get it done, really not reasonable.

Location is great. In a few minutes you walk to the old city centre. The employees are really friendly! Breakfast is bread with egg, coffee/tea and juice. Airco in the room. Recommending this beautiful boutique hotel!

Nice quite place. Excellent if you need concentration.

The place was good! it was clean, quiet and nice.

The staff was kind of apathetic. I felt they were doing me a favor instead of providing me a service, like if I was there for free. It was a weird vibe.

- Well located in the colonial zone - The person in charge of the preparation of the breakfast was very kind

- The arrival/check-in was not welcoming at all especially considering that we were the only ones in the structure at that moment - The bathroom is spacious but the water pressure in the shower is very low especially for the warm water - If you need a parking slot ask for specific indications in advance

Great hotel to stay for a weekend

The decoration of the hotel is superb! the architecture of the room and balcony resembles the Middle Ages in Hispaniola!

The hotel only offered egg and toast with coffee or juice for breakfast. I appreciate the comfort but felt disappointed about the few breakfast options. I would have liked to pick or cook my own breakfast in the hotel. The cleaning lady was asking me if I was traveling alone, had to lied to her to protect my safety.
