Easy stay for an early flight

Location to airport

No biscuits in the room. Nothing quick and easy to purchase, no scones or muffins for a quick snack to purchase.

Very enjoyable

Excellent location for its purpose next to the airport. Room was a good size and clean. Bar staff lady very helpful and the evening meal at rhe resturant excellent.

We are from out of Christchurch and had an early flight and found this hotel suited us and wee weren’t disappointed.

Good stay if you have an early morning flight to catch.

The location as it is near the airport as we have to take an early morning flight. And it has free shuttle service to the airport. The amenities in the toilet is great!

The shower head in the toilet is bad. The water flow is weak and it’s like showering with a stream of water.

Pleasant staff, close to the airport, good shuttle service. Ask for a garden facing room.

Nice staff, very helpful with returning the hire care and the shuttle to the airport; lovely waiter. Beautiful gardens. If you eat meat and fish, the restaurant had some good offerings and the meals were enjoyed by my travelling companions.

Room facing the car park cf other rooms looking out on lovely gardens. The car park outside our room was very noisy around 1 am with locals doing wheelies. Veg options limited in the restaurant. I had minestrone which was not particularly interesting and came with one slice of toast, no parmesan. Room expensive compared with other hotels in the area. Hotel is an older one which has a grand lobby but the rooms we stayed in were quite ordinary and dated. We found it commendable that all the accommodation in NZ where we stayed used small reusable glass milk bottles for tea and coffee and were disappointed to find the plastic one serve pods in use here.

It was well located and quiet and comfortable.

Convenient after flying in late. Very good shuttle service With polite and kind shuttle driver. Quiet. Comfortable beds.

shower over bath. - button that operates changeover from bath tap to shower broken so stuck on bath tap. Easy to stub toe on small lip between bathroom floor tiles and carpet .

Excellent hotel for transit

The room was of good size for 3 of us. Close to airport and free shuttles. Close to shopping mall and cafe, very convenient for getting supply before heading to ski.

Its excellen for 1 night stay.

Location. We arrived at late night. And the hotel is locate at opposite of airport and they have shuttle bus. Great.

Location was very convinent, very clean and staff was lovely. Alexa in the room was amazing to listen to music and set up and alarm.

Great place to stay while transitting in/out of CHCH.

Location - We walked the short distance from the airport to the hotel from choice - but they offer a pick up service free of charge. 24 hour reception - We arrived an hour later than planned at 2am - and the check in was easy and smooth. We were given a 11am check in free of charge - so much nicer not to rush the next am. Bed was comfortable, with basic tea/coffee facilities.

Location was awesome, right next to supermarket and great selection of food places. 24/7 airport shuttle accommodated our early morning flight with 3 kids.

The bathroom doors wouldn't close properly, not a major because we were with family.

Great for early morning starts at the airport and convenient location

Convieance of location for flying out early morning of airport and shuttle bus running 24hrs room pretty simple great location walk to the shops.

Bit pricey on the breakfast box but will admit Im glad I got it because airport facilities for any food was big lineups that early in the morning so I'm glad I got something . Bathroom dated ,Shower over a bath did not see on any photos if I knew would have booked elsewhere .

Great place to rest both before and after long flights.

Fabulous hotel, this was our second stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. The decor is lovely. The rooms are clean and of good size with great facilities. The restaurant serves great food. Handy to the Antarctic Centre and local shops and a short walk from Christchurch Airport. We were able to rest and felt revitalised from our short stay. Would be delighted to stay there again and thoroughly recommend the hotel.
