Magnificent Seaview

The location is top. We had a straight unobstructed view of the ocean. The apartment was big enough for 5, super clean and light. The terrace is huge. We stayed 12 nights. Elena in the office was always helpful and quick to act when we had a request

There's a lot of roadwork which makes walking difficult at certain places. The owner was a bit grumpy, which felt a bit awkward

Bright and airy apartment. Very clean. Great location with lovely view over the sea. Plenty of restaurants and bars close by.

Brilliant setting overlooking the Med, terrific centrality to cafes and archaeological sites.

Location is superb except for the appalling traffic conditions that created blocked roads, one way streets everywhere, detours which were unhelpful and general chaos created by road changes maintainable. Impossible to easily access, going around in circles trying to return to the apartment, which was wonderfully located on a traffic free esplanade. Went around in circles for more than an hour due google maps not working

As above...also bed left something to be desired. Also no welcome pack of tea or coffee to start one off.

Perfect view , air conditioning, equipment, few meters to the sea ( I went to swim only in a swimming pants ). Everyday cleaning service - all was at should be.

One of The Best Apartment Hotels we have ever stayed at with the Best Balcony Sea Views !

The Receptionist Elena was very helpful and helped us in every possible way. She helped us book a taxi to our next destination and also provided us with additional equipment for cleaning, cooking, etc Paphinia Apartments are one of the best Sea Front Apartments we have ever stayed at. The Large Balconies offered a panoramic view of the Paphos Harbour and Marina Walk. The Rooms were spacious and well equipped. If we ever return to Paphos we are staying here !!!

The Microwave, Washer & Dryers are a bit dated but still work. Probably need an upgrade sooner or later. The Keys to the room were a bit cumbersome to open. Probably need to be upgraded to key cards. We were on the 2nd floor so it was a bit of a walk up as theres no lift but then the payoff is the beautiful view you get so make sure you dont have too much luggage when coming here.

Perfect location and comfortable stay

Perfect location, amazing view - we were lucky to be accommodated in the sea view apartment . The housekeeping staff was above all expectations. We received help in booking a return airport transfer - on time, on best prise. The apartments are near to all restaurants, sightseeing places and bus station.

The bathroom - the door was opening inside, touching the toilet and the fan was noisy.

Over the top

Just in front of the sea, like being directly on it

There's a very loud party boat going from and to the harbour, not paphinias responsibility, but loud disco music at inconvenient time

It is virtually impossible to use wi-fi. I have read the hosts' explanation of the poor signal in Kato Paphos, but I think it would be fair to write this openly in the description of the facility.

Well resourced apartment in perfect location.

Large studio with front sea view. Cleaner attended almost daily to see if we needed anything and bed was changed twice during our 12 day stay. Washing machine and tumble dryer allowed us to wash clothes. We were allowed to have a late check out for no extra cost.

Bed is not very comfortable. A mattress topper was provided. Lock on the door was tricky to open.

Perfect location. Beautiful views from huge balcony. Apartment has everything one needs from washing machine to microwave. Friendly staff and spotless.

the location is excellent convenient for restaurants and shops. a good supermarket a short walk away.

the mattress was extremely hard. having read earlier reviews we asked for and quickly received a mattress pad which helped a little. but it was still very uncomfortable.

Winter sun in Paphos

Fantastic location-everything as described. The apartment is huge with everything at hand. Supermarket, restaurants and amazing views! We will definitely return-even sorted late checkout without issue. Thank you Paphinia management and staff!

It was a really good stay and Paphos offers so much to see and do, would thoroughly recommend!

The location and view from balcony was absolutely superb. The apartment was very spacious and had all the facilities you required. Very close to the bars, restaurants, super markets and the bus station for exploring further. You could sit on the balcony for hours watching the world go by. The cleaner was very frequent with bedding and towel changes and emptying bins.

It was very late season we traveled and the sofa had seen better days and wasn't that comfortable although everything else was good and the bed was comfortable.

Wonderful stay in Paphos

Best views and location on the sea shore and very clean apartment. Main bus station very near, supermarket 2 minutes walk, easy to find and check in. The kitchen has everything you need. Lovely staff thank you very much Elena for your support. I will stay here again.

Except for the view, not quite luxury

Contact before arrival was very good. Beautiful views and great location. Staff dealt very quickly with our requests to replace a faulty lamp and stained bedding, provide a bath mat and bathroom door key. The mattress toppers made the beds comfortable for us. We really appreciated having a late check out.

The design of the bathroom meant it had no accessible ventilation. At the weekend, we twice found a pool of rain water that had blown under the front door. It's a pity that it seems previous guests have not been careful, because there are a number of marks on the walls that need attention. Many floor tiles are damaged. It needs a thorough clean, for example, the oven. We were on holiday and didn't want to report problems that should have been obvious. I have taken photographs to support all our comments.

Superbly located wonderful views.Staff were great and allowed us both early and late check in/out. Maria the cleaner was very good.

Only downside is that we had to climb into the bath tub to access the shower.
