It was a lovely hotel with super nice staff who catered to our needs perfectly!

Smiley and polite staff, excellent foods, great panorama, and several steps from the sea, hairdryer provided, complimentary birthday cake, great massage.

No sandals provided and there is no sandy beach but directly the sea.

great value for money

great location away from the noisey road in the north of town. staff are great and everything is clean great bathrooms. the villa are not enclosed so not complete privacy if that’s what you are after. currently Reno’s happening but it didn’t impact on our sty

How personnel try to help

bad broken air conditioner at room 113. the pool area is not really Safe, with electricity plugs right near water. the menu of the restaurant and the atmosphere there needs refreshment staff are nice and trying hard, but the menu is too ancient, no pictures and no languages. this drips down the whole level. plus I would add that all is made out of cheapest fruits than it was in 2020. level of food dropped down since I last time visited your hotel.

The rooms where spacious and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, easy walk to restaurants and local shops. The breakfast was nice and staff really attentive. We loved our stay ❤️

Perfect relaxation spot

Beautiful view, friendly and accommodating staff members. Very clean facilities. Massage therapist on site daily. The ladies were amazing! Very close to restaurants and shopping.

Candidasa is perfect for a relaxation spot - not much shopping if that is what you are after.

Superb

Fantastic staff, food, location, gardens and view. A lovely quiet spot in Candidasa where you can fall asleep to the sound of waves and cicadas. We loved the private pool and the spacious connecting rooms, we felt valued and blessed to be there. Wonderful masseur on site too. A good base for exploring the area - we used a local driver called Ketut Daging (Tony) who was a really decent fellow and thoughtfully took us all over (markets, temples, gardens, snorkelling..). We ate in the hotel which was really good and also at Vincents. We booked the Discovery Cottages less than a day before turning up (our trip to Komodo was cancelled due to the strike over increased park fees) so it felt like a rushed decision but we did not regret it.

Pleased to be supporting the hotel and staff as they recover from the pandemic, it must have been terrible. Would recommend that if possible they invest in a good old spruce up - a lick of paint, checking every socket or lamp, looking for signs of wear and tear.

Nice organized meeting at the reception. good breakfast.

Dirty walls, doors in the bath not fixed. Noisy. Dirty sea near the hotel's beach. No Wi Fi access for 1 day without any reason, air conditioning was too noisy and , completely couldn't keep the programmed temperature....
