Very cheap, clean room, strategic location.

Very, very affordable. Clean room & facilities. Strategic location as it near city centre, we can just go to nearby attractions by just walking.

Few meal choices for breakfast but for it's affordable price, its enough.

apa apa pun, bilik okay.

ingatkan ada balcony tapi just ada tingkap. bilik agak luas sbb hujung sekali.

masa nak check in, kami nak buka pintu bilik tak boleh. turun kaunter dia suruh try lagi. mmg try tak boleh juga. (depa ingat kita 1st time guna kad bilik ke) emm. then turun lagi bgtahu mmg takleh. staf naik dan dia try mmag takleh. then turun balik amik kunci lain dan dia tukar another bilik tingkt lain. masa tu penat sgt ingat boleh trus golek2 tengok2 tersadai lama juga kat luar bilik

Good

Seri Costa Hotel : I like : - Attractive room with Teak Furniture. - Close to insteresting places to visit. - Close to many dining restaurants - Close to places for shopping.

I do not like : - Dim lights -Toilet sitting old vision -The Teak Wood Cupboard is very large and the room space becomes small and compact.

The best place to stay in the heart of the city.

The location is perfect for me and my family as it is in the heart of the city. Every thing just within reach and a walk away. Many attraction just around the corner. Surely we will come again to this hotel.

I can't remember what I didn't like at this location. Just perfect.

Great location, but need improvement

Location is great. You can just walk to any main attractions. Parking is ample but don't forget to display the parking coupon. Room is comfortable and nicely decorated, and the jacuzzi is a nice feature that you can't find even in more expensive hotels nearby. We will come again but some issues need major improvement.

It has potential but there are several issues with the maintenance of the hotel. We had to change room due to air-conditioning issue. And we were relocated to another floor that apparently still undergoing renovation, where the hallway was a bit dark and very dusty. We also had issue with clogged bathroom drain. Had to be careful while taking shower so we dont flood the bathroom. Breakfast was also not up to expectations. Good local food but need more variety (we could not find any coffee or tea, settled with just drinking water). For a hotel in great location and nice amenities, we hope that in the near future these can all be finally solved. We still recommended the hotel to our friends but we hope there will be serious improvement soon.
