Great place to stay with friends and family

The location is perfect. You have many beaches within 30 40 minutes and the fontainahs within the perimeters. Well served breakfast and room services

Decent Stay. Gives old Goa touch.

Just a decent property. Many other properties of same type can be explored.

Restriction like no food after 9:30. Can not get food in room etc.

Perfect place to stay in Panjim

Extremely courteous staff The built and heritage feel of the hotel. Comfort, location.

The mini fridge in the room smelled really bad and even keeping water was a problem. The ants in the bathroom and the room. Some sheets very old and over-washed,hence coarse and we had to get them changed.

Disappointing.

This is a lovely historic building in a great location to explore Goa. tThe staff are very helpful and friendly.

There was building work going on to the roof. The place was dirty and dusty from this. The breakfast room was filthy and the breakfast selection poor. The room faced onto the main road and roadside construction and traffic noise woke us early. Likewise the builders started work early and created lots of noise. Awful nights sleep. We were not asked if we had any feedback about our stay.

perfect for short and long stay in Panaji

the room is very nice and the hotel is in the centre of Panaji. The hotel stuff is always available and friendly.

Very comfortable stay in a well located, clean and friendly hotel.

The Staff were very attentive and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the food in the restaurant was good and reasonably priced. The location of the hotel was good: close enough to walk into the main part of Panjim and about 10minutes walk from the bus station.

My room was next to the Verandah Restaurant. This wasn't a problem at night as the last orders were 9.30pm so it was quiet by 10.30pm. However, it could be a bit noisy in the afternoon if there were groups in the restaurant and one was trying to rest. Mostly it wasn't a problem because I was not there in the afternoon.

Very good

We liked everything about this property. It's well maintained clean and with positive vibes. Staff is very friendly and cheerful. I appreciate Eena and Prithi at reception for doing their job so nicely.

Nothing as such. I'm wondering if we get more options in breakfast. Though existing breakfast is also worth value.

SKIP, SKIP, SKIP! NOT WORTH IT!

No help even after we were promised a balcony room and paid in advance. As we paid for half board, a flimsy paper was thrust in front of our faces and we weren't allowed to order from the full menu. After beening screamed at, we left and therefore never ate at their restuarant. No-one came to cleam the rooms and since they are on the main street, it's always loud.
