Near bus stop to go for all famous places in kyoto. The staff is super nice and helpful
The place does not have elevator so it is quite hard to bring large suitcase up. The stair is quite small. The place is next to unesco temple so only 1 restaurant near the place

Nice staff. She explained really well of what i have to follow and give me some suggestions which i found pretty useful. I love the room. It is very cute and comfy. All equipments such as spoon, fork, scissors, kitchen zone such as stove and etc. i found it is very convenient! I enjoyed staying here so much. I got to explore many roads 💕 and i can walk to Kyoto station.
I would suggest in case there will be foreigners in the future, i think there were some culture differences that please let them know next time. Such as the water is drinkable and the toilet paper can flushed in the toilet and etc. - some of them are news to Japan so just suggestions :) i still like this place a lot

Nice to have our own space. (Paid) Washing machine upstairs. Fairly good area. Nice view from the rooftop.
Bed was really uncomfortable. We struggled to sleep.

Not far from the train station.
Quiet (likely due to the absence of neighbours during my stay).
The room includes a microwave, a stove with one burner, and a refrigerator.
The air conditioner is well-positioned by the side of the bed and operates quietly.
There is a coin-operated washing machine available, although you need to purchase washing powder.
The mattress on the bed is noticeably sagging and should be replaced.
There are no cooking essentials provided such as salt, sugar, vegetable oil, seasonings, tea, or sauces. The kitchen is equipped with only one pot and one pan, and the kettle is not electric but rather a regular one. The kitchen is very small. Therefore, it is unrealistic to expect to cook under such conditions.

The lady that welcomed us was very nice. The price is ok and it is well cleaned and good location.
The bed was very small and there was a dip in the middle so really hard to sleep. Also the walls were so thin you could hear people speak in the next appartement or sneeze and the metal door were really noisy. We stayed one night instead of 3 because of those reasons.

This apartment is close to Kyoto station ,and about 20~30min from the city center if you like to walk :)
If you have heavy luggage, using the bus would be easier (than the subway).
The building is a bit old, and the size is for a single japanese person from the 80's ,what means, the walls are so thin you can hear the voices next room, and the shower size is.......well, a separate shower with warm water (in the last minute of christmas) made me feel lucky. Good cost performance for the season.
Although the room is tiny with thin walls, the air conditioner was okay (in december). But warm socks might be good.
It has a kitchen space (and enough dishes). The staff was really kind. At first there was a pod but no lid, and when I asked for, the lady borrowed one from another room. If you like to cook, you can feel the difference using a gas stove or an electric one.
If you have issues with noises (highsensivity), or tendency towards cleanliness it might be an uncomfortable place, but when you spend your time almost outside and just stay for the night, with good earplugs, noise-canceling-headphones (own towels for the pillow) it might be possible.
Wi-Fi was okay :-)
For longer stays, they have a laundry-machine(200yen) and a dryer(100yen)in the top floor.
The cell phone you need to call the staff to check-in, is in the top (4th) floor.
If you are traveling alone, you need to carry your luggage up once. No elevator.
You have to bring your own towels.
No washlet-toiled XD

If you are looking for a calm place which is at least located 5-10 mins away by bus from the main Kyoto city station, I recommend it. The facility looks like not a hotel but offers a real mini apartment vibes for someone who wants to feel what it means to be a Japanese local. And though not as quite as new in comparison to other rental places, the price was a great offer especially for long stays for they also offer monthly/yearly basis. Just ask the landlord freely for he welcomes you inside your room when you arrive (there is no front desk by the way) with warmth as he was mesmerized that I can speak Japanese too, I think he can too speak in English as well so that would be less worry. Check out indeed was not a hassle for you just need to drop the keys at the entrance when the time arrives.
As I have said, it is quite not new and the not that spacious. I can honestly say it is I think suitable for solo travels and stay. But they can offer 2 guests or more I guess.

Really good air conditioner and the bed was really comfortable.
A few things were old. The faucets are hard to close completely and the pans are quite old. But nothing too bad.

The location is great. Near to Kyoto station, close to Honganji and other nice places. It's like a small cosy apartment, there is everything I need. I can even cook if I want!
The bathroom has a weak smell of the canalizations but nothing to really care about.
