Everything was as described when booking. Really good value for accomodation in this location. We used the room only for sleeping, spending all day out and for that reason I have nothing to complain. Thumbs up for changing towels daily, but it was quite necessary as we were in a little bit damper room in basement.
Sink in bathroom could be a bit bigger and little spoons for cups would be useful. But all these things are only small things in a big world.

The location was excellent.
Bathroom had a musty smell and shower tray had mould around it. Because of this we didn’t shower. The bed mattress was very uncomfortable the outside edge had been flattened think it needs replaced.

The location was great, close to Kings cross train station
The room was tiny, and poorly maintained with dirt marks on walls. The bathroom was so small it was difficult to turn around in it. Overall it’s perfect for a quick one night stay but what I was disappointed with was the price of it. Way overpriced for what you get.

Prime location and reception staff lovely
Damp on all the walls, ants on the floor, heating on full wack and unable to turn off or down. Windows jammed shut so couldn’t open them. Sadly felt like I needed to wash on leaving the premises. My children woke up feeling chesty. Didn’t dare shower incase the steam heated the room further. It smelt on entering and the floor needed a good hoover. Would not stop there again if paid to. The rooms did not look like the pictures advertised. No fixtures on light fittings etc if we hadn’t have to to the room after a long day sight seeing with 2 tired children I would have looked for somewhere else to stay defo not worth £161 for a night.

Location
Everything else. This place was not clean.

Location was great and room was serviced regularly.
Room and shower were a little too small for my liking and I did have one night an ant infestation. Shower could have been a little cleaner.

Location, staff were nice.
Cold. No heating.

I did not like the fact that the cleaners did not clean the room. They just put new towels and left. When we first arrived the room was already dirty. There was hair on the floor. We had an incident where I dropped a drink on the floor and I asked the receptionist if maybe someone could come and clean the floor. He said that there was no one and gave me a broom instead. Firstly, how can I wipe coke from the floor with a broom? Secondly, you do not give your guests brooms/buckets, etc to clean their rooms. It is not appropriate.

Cheap, but for the quality definitely not cheap enough. The only other benefit was that the shower water was very hot, helpful given how horrendously cold the rest of the room was.
To start with outside the room absolutely stank of pure sewage, and both mornings I came out to clutter filling the hall. All property doors slam very loudly and throughout the night so light sleepers be aware.
The room was absolutely freezing cold, a heater and radiator was provided but the radiator did not come on once during my two day stay, and the heater only turned on for maybe five minutes at a time, and at one point during the night began randomly sparking. Safe to say that was unplugged quickly.
There was mould in the shower and bath tiles, the shower itself is ridiculously small and the shower does not stay upright no matter how you angle it, hence I had to shower holding the shower at the correct angle.
Room itself was extremely outdated, with the wallpaper was peeling off the walls in places, and my bedding was stained.
The room had a door leading to an enclosed area to the rear, which I’m glad I checked as it WAS NOT LOCKED when I entered the room.

The hotel is very conveniently located a few minutes away from St Pancras Station. I was allowed to leave my suitcase at the reception after checkout and collect it later in the day, which I really appreciated. The staff was friendly and helpful.
My room was very noisy, as the central heating system was located just behind the wall! The bed was right against it, and I could feel all the vibrations. There were no vacancies, so I couldn't get a different room, but the staff kindly turned off the heating after 1am, so I could get some sleep.

They added an extra heater in the room to compensate for how cold it got without asking. It was one of the coldest times of the year with snow and ice, so it was quite a relief. Bathrom was very clean.

The location was great, tea was included and the stuff was very friendly and helpful.
The price was pretty high (150€) for what is was. The bathroom was dirty, sometimes we didn’t have water at all and the waste pipes were obviously clogged.

Staff more or less friendly.
I had to leave the hotel after I found bed bugs in my bed and spiders on the floor! I knew it would be a rather cheap hotel, but there was no way I could have stayed for the night. Reception staff told me immediately that I would not get a refund - before apologising for the uncomfortable room...

Proximity to kings cross station & tubes
Room was too hot as heating on all the time didn't have the option to turn it off & the window wouldn't open

Very close to St Pancreas station so perfect location for the Eurostar. A good hotel to stay in for one night.
The bathroom smelt bad and there were signs of damage on the walls etc. The walls are extremely thin so you can clearly hear other guests in their rooms and people walking up and down the stairs.

Very close to train station for Eurostar. Friendly check in staff. Value for money. Felt safe.
Room that we had had a fair bit of mould in bathroom and the room was very small for 3 people.

Good location
Pillows thin, showers nearly broken

Was happy
3.0
The location was just where I needed, useful for Eurostar.
Very tired and very dated basic room.Did not feel like a hotel room, there was nothing attractive about the room and I spent as little time in it as possible.
Bed against wall, no side table, no chair in room.
NO HAIR DRYER
No hooks on door to hang coats etc and nowhere other than the floor to put things.
Two small sachets of cheap shower gel provided in bathroom. Sink very slow to drain.
Sheets felt tacky & slightly damp. Bed and pillows not comfortable.
