My husband and I stayed for almost 7 weeks in total. We really appreciated all of the ammenities in the suite, including an abundance of linens and towels, and lots of utensils in the kitchen. The location was perfect for us since it gave us destinations to walk to in town each day, plus there are also nearby restaurants, a smaller grocery store for essentials, great snorkeling access and sandy "beach" area right on the property. There is also a marina within walking distance for divers. The staff were friendly and efficient, and any issues that we communicated were addressed quickly. The only criticism that I have is the the dining chairs and balcony chairs are quite worn and could use a refresh - the owners have indicated that some renovations are being planned so hopefully these items will be addressed for future. All said, we definitely feel that we received good value for our money and would stay again without hesitation.

The location and the staff at Suites Turquesa were/are amazing. Tania who manages the property for the owner was/is also amazing. The apartment itself was good. Maybe getting a little tired. Unfortunately we had a few things happen during our stay that impacted our 12 days in the room. We lost a morning cleaning up a flood from the living room AC unit then had to wait a couple of days to get it fixed. Also we blew a breaker when we used the supplied hair dryer that was on the same breaker as the fridge. Bad news was that it happened in the evening and the owners had the access locked to the breaker panel. We were on our way out but ended up sitting around waiting on electricians who ultimately had to break into the locked closet where the fuse panel was located. 2 hours later and an evening lost. Total drag! Of course things happen which the owners told us in no uncertain terms and the best they could do for us was thank us for our patience and say they were sorry. Maybe a little compensation of a dinner out or something like that would have been a better approach? After all we are on vacation for 12 days and not renting the unit to oversee repairs. Also before we left and paid the 2nd instalment I was charged an extra 3 days at $200 US a night before I left and thankfully I caught this! Again unfortunately I’m Canadian and by the time they refunded me the $600 US I lost $50 Canadian in currency exchange.

We spent a week at Tito’s and had a wonderful time. The location is so close to many beach restaurants, town and anything you would want to see. Just as good is the pool, lounge area. The snorkelling off the condo is amazing - be sure to bring your gear!

Property was clean, had everything we needed and more, owners were very responsive, and on site staff was helpful and friendly! Location was perfect and a quick walk to restaurants and shopping but much quieter than the larger resorts which we wanted. People we met on site were return visitors. The snorkeling was amazing! We saw a sea turtle, manta ray, stingrays, eels, and many beautiful fish! La Moninas was our go to restaurant for great food and drinks which was a short walk. This made our Anniversary one to remember!

We spent a wonderful week at Tito's Paradise. The location can't be beat - a gorgeous view of the ocean, close to town but not right in the center, and easy access to all points on the island. The accomodations were very comfortable and the place was fully stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the serene vibe - no parties, loud guests or kids. It was very relaxing and we have already booked our next trip! The owners Spela and Alex were exceptional in their communication, always readily available to answer questions, give recommendations and handle any issues (which we didn't have any). We can't wait to return!

I booked this condo months ahead of time for 3/27/24 to 4/04/24, paying the required deposit upfront and the remaining amount a few weeks before arrival. We arrived late that day due to snow storms at our departure airport. Once we arrived at the condo, the host representative was waiting for us; she could not have been nicer, greeting us with a smile. My wife is Spanish, so communication was not an issue. We entered the building, so at this point of my review, I want to make it clear of no fault to the owners. I realized this was not a single side-by-side condo but several multi-level condos stacked. After leaving the lobby, we went down a un lighted stairway once inside I was disappointed; what was displayed on the VRBO site in brilliant colors now seemed black and white; I literally had no phone reception, I tried to connect to the WiFi 5.0, and 2.4 nither my phone or my wife's phone would not connect. Being that I have work while on vacation, this became a problem. I asked the host rep if she could drop us off at a restaurant on her way since she needed to go. while there, my phone had full coverage, and I decided this was not what I signed up for over the next seven days. I made reservations elsewhere on the island, notifying the host rep of our decision; by now, she had contacted the management to fix the internet issue by moving a router from the main office to our condo to see if that would help; we went back dropped off the keys and left.I have not asked for a refund

Grout lines dirty, upper shower lever didn’t work, busted out latch on utility door, house keeping left bag of dirty linens in the condo and crooked art on the wall

It was a great location. Walking distance from town. With a kitchen set up. Snorkeling during the day and listening and watching to the water in the balcony at night.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo but it is a bit smaller than we had anticipated plus it is a bit worn. But it was clean and comfortable. The onsite staff was excellent and always around and willing to help and answer questions. The pool and "beach" area are nice and the onsite snorkeling was excellent. The location is great because you are in a quiet area in the north end but also close to town - about a 10 - 15 minute walk. We enjoyed Hemingways and La Monina Beach Restaurant which were less than a 5 minute walk.

The place was beautiful and clean and right on the water with good snorkeling. It is a great location if you have transportation but might be a smidge far to walk everywhere. You might need a taxi to go to the harbor or downtown if you don't like walking a ton, but you are away from all the cruise ship rush and traffic, which is really nice. If you go further north there is the best key lime pie I have ever had at The Key Lime Factory.
The pool is nice, and you can watch the sunset from the pool or at the water. Not quite visible from the room in November. Drinking water was provided, which was nice to have.
The main downside was the bed, pillows and couch were not the most comfortable. We didn't spend any time on the couch (who goes to Cozumel to sit inside?!) but a more comfortable bed and pillows would have been nice. There was also a NW wind (I guess is fairly uncommon) during our whole stay which caused a constant whirring noise from the sliding door in the bedroom. I ended up putting a towel at the bottom of the door, and that fixed the noise.
We only got to enjoy the water one day due to the wind causing big waves, but it was nice. We saw puffer fish, spotted stingrays, star fish, an eel and more right off the property.
Tania was great to work with and quick to respond to any questions we had. All in all if (when) we come back to Cozumel, we will be looking to book here at Tito's again!

We love staying in this area when we go to Cozumel since it’s nice and close to the touristy area as well as the main town where all the cheap local eateries are located. It’s nice and tucked out of the way of all the craziness and it’s right on the ocean with some fantastic snorkeling! We think the snorkeling in this area beats the snorkeling in the rest of the “best spots” on the island, as reviewed by others online.
The property itself was fantastic. Our host met us at the property on arrival and gave us the keys and a quick tour of the area. The kitchen area had dishes, pots, pans, glasses, supplied drinking water and a blender for making margaritas (which was my girlfriends favorite). There was a decent amount of hot water for taking showers. Not unlimited but enough to take a 10-15 minute shower. There were 2 patios overlooking the pool area which were both very nice.
The thing we enjoyed the most about this property was the decorated shells, trinkets and entries in the visitor book that others had made from their stays at the property. It was super neat seeing how much others enjoyed themselves at the property. If you look in the shower and see the largest sand dollar you’ve ever seen tucked away in the nook that was our addition from our trip.
Anyway, we hope you enjoy your stay at the property as much as we did. Some suggestions for CHEAP, DELICIOUS local eateries to check out are Rafas restaurant, taqueria el pique and Doña Chelys. Enjoy!

Hubs and I spent a wonderful 3 nights here to celebrate my birthday. We love to snorkel and relax on the beach - and this place is absolutely MADE for that! We also loved the pool with the gorgeous view and the lovely on site staff. The condo itself is situated with beautiful views of the water and enough room on the balconies to enjoy coffee or wine before bed. Comfortable king sized bed with two AC units that kept us nice and cool. We will be back again soon - we now have a new favorite place for a relaxing getaway.

My wife and I enjoyed our week at Tito's. We've been to Cozumel many times and this was our first time staying at Tito's Paradise. Good communication prior to and while we were there. The oceanfront location provided the opportunity for snorkeling - and better snorkeling that all other places we've stayed.

Tito’s Paradise was exactly as described. The unit was exactly what we expected. We did rent a car which made accessing the downtown area quick and easy. And by having a car we were able to visit several locations which would have been harder to get to by taxi. We could have also navigated the island by walking and taxis. The ocean in front of the Tito’s Paradise was easy to access via a ladder directly into the water and the grounds and pool were well kept.

I live in Cozumel but booked Tito’s Paradise for a weekend treat to myself. The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning and the water was clear blue and perfect for snorkeling. The outdoor lounge area was much bigger than I was expecting with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The apartment was super cute and clean. The kitchen was nicely equipped, the a/c was cold and the bed was super comfy. Checking in was simple and all communication with the owners was quick. I would definitely recommend this rental and will likely book again.

This is a cozy condo in a small and quiet building. The pool and "beach" area were never crowded. Great snorkeling right off the rock wall with easy access. Also convenient to food and shopping down the road a few minutes. This is a great place for a couple to stay!

Tito’s Paradise was everting that was advertised. The condo had everything we needed. It was furnished with comforts of home. There is house keeping every 2 days to keep things nice. Perfect place for watching the most beautiful sunsets. Great access for snorkeling and swimming. We hope to be back there soon! This place is a secret treasure.

We loved this condo for the location, comfortable accommodations and oceanfront amenities. You are close enough to walk into town or the restaurants just 7min walk south. The snorkeling right from the property was the best we have seen anywhere on the island. The complex was safe and quiet and the people were friendly. We would absolutely stay at Tito’s Paradise again!

We had a wonderful week’s vacation at Tito’s Paradise. The suite is small, but very functional, clean, and everything works as it should. Communication with the hosts, and Tania the local coordinator, were very good. The on-site staff are very nice and answered questions about the suite, local area etc. The hotel grounds and amenities are excellent. All the common areas are spotlessly clean, the swimming pool was our favorite spot for watching the amazing sunsets. We picked the North hotel zone for the snorkeling and it was awesome. Suites Turquesa has two ladders for easy access into the ocean and there were always empty lounge shares with an umbrella for our towels, shoes etc. The current ran from north to south while we were there. Our favorite snorkel was drifting south with the current to Hemingways, there were always lots of fish along “the wall” and some coral scattered about as well. We got out of the water using Hemingways boardwalk, put on our shirts and shoes (used a dry bag/back pack) and then bought a drink or two while sitting in one of their easy chairs down by the water edge. We walked back from there in about 10 minutes. We enjoyed walking to the marina in the morning (a few blocks north) usually saw some green parrots. We walked into town a couple times, but taxis are always passing by so easy to flag one down. It normally cost $5 or $6 plus tip. Lots of good restaurants in town. We loved our stay and highly recommend Tito's paradise.

We have stayed at various condos at Suites Turquesa and will return. The beach area is wonderful and we love to just jump in to snorkel or cool off. It is quiet and all of the guests are fun to visit with. The local is great too and it is easy to get anywhere from ST. Highly recommend.

Wonderful location on the island. Amazing snorkeling right out the back door with clean pool & beach. Calm area between 2 big tourist areas with good, cheap restaurants close by. Long walk to nearest grocery store was kind of a bummer & kitchen could have used a cart or island for the toaster oven & toaster & the deck chairs were decomposing. Otherwise, great place to spend a week in Cozumel

Upon arrival there was construction going on that was not disclosed in the review. However, after talking with Alejandro we were able to be moved to enjoy a nice relaxing stay.
This is about a 15 min walk into town and removed enough from the noise. My girlfriend and I enjoyed reading by the pool, and snorkeling directly off the "dock."
The host was very kind and helpful in helping us with our initial issue, and I cannot stress how accommodating he was. We will be back because of his service!

Great Location
We have been staying on the North shore in this specific area for over 25 years. This year we stayed for 3 weeks (first 2 at Cantamar). We thought we would give Suites Turquesa a try for our 3rd week. No doubt this area has some of the best snorkeling from shore on the Island. The Limestone wall between the Marina and the Government pier is teaming with tropical fish and more. The building itself has been renovated a few years back. The grounds and rooms are clean and some units are bright, if you pick the right one. Some tucked back with little outdoor space. Not lavish by any means. The pool was not up to par on this trip so we couldn't use it, but hopefully they got it fixed. Eloisa was a PURE PLEASURE to deal with and made check in and out a breeze. Her kindness and friendly personality was a highlight of our stay. The pool/sand area could use a few more chairs but comfortable on a whole. We're in the water most of the time so not a huge issue. We come to snorkel - oh and dine out - which is an easy mile walk to the plaza.
