i love that the place is so spacious and comfortable. the staff are very nice too and accommodating. i recommend this to

staff was really nice. spacious and comfortable. very good for those who travel with family. beds are so comfortable.

hard to get a taxi plus, stairs is not for me especially when i am travelling with a toddler and senior citizen.

Very good

The owner is very accommodating and readily responds to querries..however the staff does not readily answer calls and text messages. The water in the shower needs more pressure.

Passable

The kitchen sink has a hole and so the water was flowing directly to the floor. Caretaker did not visit us at all during the stay. For 2 nights of staying the garbage stayed as well in the room. No toiletries were given. You are literally renting the room itself. That's it. No service at all. No lifts and our room was on 3rd floor. Nobody informed us that there is construction beside our room until midnight. The information was not provided upon making the booking.

overall stay is okay.

First time to visit Baguio. The location was bit difficult to find as not all locals knew the exact address. We drove around and been asking someone to give us a proper information as google can't give us the right direction. The person we contacted in the place also took time for us to response. We've been calling many times but not able to answer our calls. The interior of the house was refreshing, once you get inside you felt like you are in Europe as the design was very much looked like in Austria -a European style which was totally different ambiance or views compared to outside.

Would recommend to change the name- Affordable baguio name into a much easier one that tourists can easily locate the area.The house is quite good but it was a bit disappointing as we experience twice without a water running into the tap all over the house .The water problem was stopping our activity and cancelling our plans as we cannot go out the house without shower or even just washing our faces and brushed our teeth. And added my disappointment very early in the morning as I was in shower when suddenly that water went out.The house is still under construction and the workers were also noisy as they started around 6 am with a very loud music on also.

Superb

The accom is loft style and very stylish (rustic cabin vibes and very spacious.) Ate Vicky the care taker is super accomodating too.

Not a big factor for me, but the accom is on the 3rd floor and we have a pregnant friend so it was a bit exhausting for her, nonetheless we all liked the overall experience.

Our stay is ok.

The place is big. The bedrooms are big also. Internet was fast. The kitchen and dinning area are well equipped. They also provided us with towels and blankets. The owner and caretaker were accommodating.

Location was hard to locate exactly. It was at the end of a suburb. The place has a religious/worship place at the ground level so expect some band/singing in the middle of the day. No elevator, so you will need some strong legs to hustle and reach the pent house, located some 3 floors up. Floors were dirty during our stay, I just noticed when my baby daughter went barefoot :)
