Vacanze 2024 Brezza del Grecale

La posizione era ottima e con vista mare. Si possono raggiungere ristorante, panificio, farmacia a piedi. Lidi privati a pochi metri. Fermata del bus di fronte alla palazzina. Con ascensore e terrazza solarium all'ultimo piano. Con parcheggio privato su richiesta. Siamo stati benissimo!

La pulizia dell'appartamento era nella norma anche se la curerei un po di più...P.S. al posto del divano mettere un lettino singolo è molto più comodo e pratico secondo me.

прекрасное расположение, море и пляж в двух шагах, в 2-х минутах ходьбы булочная , кафе, ресторан. Номер просторный, светлый, на кухне все необходимое, паркинг для машины тут же.

Great stay in Trapani and the location of the apartment fitted our requirements perfectly.

Location was as described. We were able to walk into Trapani, but you will need to be reasonably fit. The rooms were very clean with a comfortable bed. The sofa bed in the lounge area was fairly comfortable to sit on in the evenings, but feel more could be done for out door seating to make the best use off the balcony/terrace area. Kitchen facilities are adequate, but missing a kettle. The roof terrace (weather permitting) as limited seating provided. Presume this would be rectified further into the hotter spring/summer days. Rooms were cleaned and bedding changed during the stay, which was a nice surprise.

The room safe did not work, presume the battery for inputting the code was flat. We did not mention this, but I'm certain they would have rectified this if we did. Great roof terrace to use if the wether permits, but limited seating would have been a problem if the apartments were full.

Апарт- отель с собственной парковкой, расположен на 2 линии от пляжа за дорогой которая ведет в Трапани вдоль моря. Апартамент просторный, с террасой, выходящей на море и дорогу;) До центра трапани и порта 5 минут на машине, через дорогу отличный песчаный пляж с пляжными кафе, шезлонгами и зонтиками, чуть дальше городской пляж. Рядом отличный ресторан сан гусумано - место обязательное к посещению ! Хорошее место для путешественников на авто!

По ночам из-за проходящей рядом дороги несколько шумновато, иногда в отеле мулине расположенном на 1 линии через дорогу поют караоке в ресторане до ночи;)

Box doccia da modificare: se non si fa attenzione alle ante si rischia di allagare il bagno. Cifra un po' esagerata per il parcheggio interno alla struttura scoperto a pagamento

Ottimo per una Vacanza a Trapani

Posizione perfetta fronte mare!! Monolocale vista mare con tutti i confort e un terrazzo comune sul quale puoi vedere un tramonto strepitoso ed anche, volendo, organizzarti per un aperitivo o un ultimo bicchiere di vino prima di andare a letto.!! Infissi insonorizzati che ti consentono di dormire alla grande e letto comodissimo.

Solo la stranezza di dover pagare il parcheggio interno alla struttura, mai capitato

This apartments has pros and cons, but we won't come back here.

Near the private beaches, good terrace. Staff tries to help and solve problems. Near the Erice cableway.

Load music from the front hotel. Load music and basses all night long, till 3-4 o’clock. If You want to rest, this hotel is not for You. We ordered Studio with 2 beds (it wast last room in this hotel) but when we arrive we saw only one bed. Staff ordered us to bring second bed, we didn’t wanted and wanted to get money back, but Alessandro told ot was impossible.:( So we get secind bed on a wheels, like from hospital and one morning my friend fall from it, cause its legs folded. Also there was old pan and no kettle, so to drink coffe we needed to boil water in a pot, but after our message Allesandro brought a new pan and kettle. Cleaning was only 1.5 time during a week. One time was changed bed sheets and 2 timea towels. Cleaner all the time forgoted to clean a trash bin. First floor studio (nr 12) doesn’t have balcony and You cannot see something, cause all the view is covered with curtain.

Generous space for parking Hotel and parking was gated; we felt safe Very clean and new appliances that worked Terrace was spacious and great sea view Bathroom updated and new

For a couple, a mattress pad and something to secure the two double beds would be helpful Some extra silverware would be great, although there was enough

Everything was amazing! 2 balconies which alowe you make a breakfasts and lunches on fresh air. Clean and comfortable bathroom with hot water. Speedy WiFi, youtube and tv. Handy kitchen with all necessary equipment on it. Nice and friendly english speaking personal. We choose this location because we wanted to stay far away from the city in calmed conditions and near the sea side. We totally got what we wanted. If you want to spend more active rest in the city with bars and restaurants i would suggest you choose another place in order to live inside the city, near the port or another hot spots.

Excellence is the right word to describe it! Spacious and very comfortable flats, fitted with everything you need, bus stops almost right in front, entrance to gorgeous beach 2 min away. And in case of question or problem, Alessandro will help you with efficiency and gentleness !

Perfect and a very happy stay.

Alessandro is the best and kindest host in the world. He was very helpful and answered every annoying question we had, gave us great tips where to go and so on. The accomodation was perfect; clean, spacy, comfortable. The beds were nice and soft. The balcony facing the hills was our favourite, very calming. The rooftop with deckchairs facing the sea was amazing. It's on the coast, a peaceful and pleasant location, close enough to the centre for sightseeing, but far enough to get away from the noise. We were very happy that we found this place, we would come back any time again.

We enjoy it

Room was really nice and stuff was really helpfull. Close to long, sandy beach (150m). Bus station to Trapani port, from You can go Palermo and other places, was 50m from hotel. Wiev from room balkony on 2nd floor was really great and even better from sunbath taras ( opened for everybody) on 3rd flooor. In other hotel across the street (directly next to the see) was every night a kind of music concert that we enjoy.

To go to the beach You have to croos the street and this is not a big problem, but this streat was really noisy even at night. That wasn't bother us at all, but for someone who need/like silence this will be somthing terrible. Also every night till around 22:00 on the other side od the street was concert live in hotel that was directly next to the sea and again, we enjoy it but for someone who need silence... Will be hard

Apartment Deluxe with sea view

Very satisfied with Apartment Deluxe - perfect sea view and also at the top of the building is a huge balcony for sunset watching or just relaxing. The staff was very nice and helpful all the time, much appreciated the attitude :). Recommend the location for spending time at the beach, going to the city or as a starting point for daily trips. Perfetto!

Great stay in a quiet area!

The apartment was great, spotless, and had toiletries. The ad says the accommodation is opposite the beach but you need to cross the road, this wasn't a problem for us at all, we spent only a few hours on the local beach as we drove to San Capo Lo Vito for most of the beach days. I would stay here again.

5 night stay

Alessandro was extremely helpful. We checked in quite late so he sent a video explaining how to get into the property which was very helpful. Location was good, a lovely restaurant nearby and easy bus links to the main town.

We stayed on the ground floor so could hear doors open and closing and the lifts which woke us up in the night

It was absolutely great stay! Danilo was a great manager and overall he was very helpful and made sure we had a comfortable stay. Sandy beach in front of you, great location between an Old town and Erice. Amazing stay, indeed. Lovely sunsents, great food and wine in the area, overall atmosphere. The rooms are very clean and modern. Beds are so comfortable. And the ocean breeze is everything. I think the area of Brezza di Grecale has the best beaches in Trapani - sandy and wide and quite long. Havent seen it anywhere else in Trapani like that. We also suggest take a boat day to Levanzo and Favignana islands. There are many companies offering a day on the boat visiting these islands. It was so enjoyable! We were also swimming on beautiful places nearby these islands and it was such a great visit. Yet, about the stay in Brezza di Grecale and the Trapani old town area - there is also a bus stop right in front of the hotel on the opposite side which takes you to the pedestrian zone, or you can just take a nice walk by the seaside to the Old town. It is absolutely safe area. We went hike uphill to Erice, is a must see town! And from Brezza di Grecale it is actually best spot to go from. No need for to take bus or taxi. Then to go uphill, which is 700m bellow sea level, you can take cableway or a hike. Either way it has breathtaking views and the town is uphill with old roman history. Very romantic! Everything you need from coffee to fresh seafood to bakery to supermarket is within reach from Brezza di Grecale. I have been traveling all over the world but Trapani is such a lovely place with sunny-mood locals and delicious fresh food. Simply, you have to visit! We also suggest to see Palermo, of course. We had the best pizza there, ever! And the history, locals and the speed of town is one of a kind.

Everything was great! We highly reccommend Brezza Di Grecale.

The proximity to the beach!

When entering the apartment it smelled a bit disgusting from the bathroom. Unfortunately the bad smell persisted for the next 4 days. The wifi is a disaster! First of all, the open networks are not secure and also have a poor WiFi.

Very good

A very clean apartment with a basic kitchen equipment. Close to a noisy road but if you had the windows closed it was quiet inside. Close to a private beach (on the other side of the road), a 10-minute walk to a free public beach. A five-minute drive to the centre of Trapani. A good place to stay if you are travelling by car and like sightseeing - there are a lot of places to visit there.

Air conditioning in the living room was loud and it was difficult to adjust the temperature. The kitchenette was small and the equipment was really basic (it is OK if you eat out every day but difficult to prepare a proper dinner). The uncomfortable sofa bed in the living room. Extra fee for a parking place :(
