A perfect location and a pleasant experience.

The location was perfect, just opposite Teatro Massimo and in the centre of town. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The staff, in particular, Francesca and Christian, but the other staff too, were very friendly and helpful. They gave good advice re restaurants and where to find things in Palermo and booked taxi transfers. We stayed 2 nights then drove to Taormina and returned for another 2 nights. The hotel allowed us to leave our large suitcases with them which made our trip easier. Very impressed and would definitely book again!

There was no lift and I had torn a ligament in my knee. Only one flight of stairs though. The staff helped my husband to carry our luggage which was appreciated.

Hermoso hotel con finos y delicados detalles.

Todo! La ubicacion frente al Teatro Massimo!, super silencioso para dormir a pesar de estar en calle principal, Desayuno excelente, te sirven lo que quieras incluso huevos, fiambres, pasteleria muy rica, frutas , yogurt, etc…, El personal super amable, te ayudan con las valijas ya que la entrada tiene escaleras. Hotel super limpio, tipo boutique, de volver a Palermo reservaria de nuevo sin dudarlo en el Massimo Hotel!

Privileged location in Palermo

Location is great on via Maqueda just opposite Teatro Massimo, a lively area full of people, shops, bars and restaurants. Room and bathroom were comfortable and well equipped. Staff was attentive at all times.

There is no a breakfast area, so it is served in your own room. You should select the ingredients previously and it is served at the scheduled time. Booking rates it as a four-star hotel, but the outside board indicates a three-star one. I guess it needs a restyling to get more character or charm.

A well situated Hotel in Palermo

We recently spent two nights at the Massimo Plaza Hotel. We have previously stayed at the hotel and found that it was as good as ever. The situation of the hotel is excellent, in a pedestrian area and close to many restaurants and bars. It is also within walking distance of many of the sights in Palermo as well as the shopping area. We were impressed by the staff who were, without exception, friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable, which contributed to a wonderful stay. We hope to return again in the future.

Very good

Francesca and Christian were outstanding. Very professional and extremely helpful.

The hotel faces the Opera House which seems to gather a large crowd of people and extremely busy street for people to walk. The only issue we had was the noise. Even though the window glass is thick and cut down the noise factor, still very loud.

Perfect short break in a fantastic location with amazing restaurants and shops close by.

Amazing breakfast brought to our room every morning. Delicious pastries fresh coffee and juice. Friendly staff always ready to help. Hotel in a great location close to amazing restaurants and bars just perfect for a city break. Can’t wait to go back.
