Fenomenal utsikt mot havna med flere gode sjømatrestauranter. Fin beliggenhet i gamlebyen som dannet et godt grunnlag for å spasere omkring. Veldig livlig strøk med lokalbefolkning og markedsplasser. Kort vei til supermarked.

Appartamento centrale e panoramico.

Posizione strategica: zona centrale con ristoranti e attrazioni turistiche e nel contempo con un bellissimo affaccio sulla marina con vista sul monte Pellegrino. Appartamento accogliente e fornito di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno di qualche giorno.

Perfect Location

Sebastiano was very helpful,including posting my wife’s jacket on to her.The location was key to the Marina,Marina Square, Cafes, Restaurants and Beach club.The property inside is clean,white & modern .All major tourist sites are within a mile.If you wish to travel the bus & train station is 20 minutes walk.🍷

Another enjoyable stay in this lovely apartment.

My third visit to Ci’ Cala House as it has become a favourite place to stay. The apartment is lovely and spacious, clean, well equipped and is situated near to the city centre close to many historic sights, restaurants and a supermarket. It also has lovely views of the harbour from the balcony. Our host Sebastiano was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I can highly recommend to stay here as you will be very well looked after and Palermo is a great city with so much to offer.

Highly recommended!

It was nice and clean, we had everything we needed and it was overall an amazing experience. The staff was welcoming, he helped and showed us different places to visit throughout our stay. The apartment was over all expitations and we for sure recommend it to people that wants to spend some time in Palermo!

Great location and close to many of the places we wanted to see and loved the view over the harbour! Also great service from Sebastian, who was very kind to assist with local restaurants with real good food.. he was a pleasure to deal with..

Had an amazing stay in Palermo at an amazing house. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Ci’Cala house is very clean and nice. Great view of the harbor from the window. Felt very safe. Sebastiano was very friendly and gave us lots of help on where to eat and visit. There are lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. All cathedrals are walking distance as well. We loved staying here.

I would recommend a shade for bedroom window so you can sleep in longer.

Location was ideal over looking the boat harbour. Accommodation excellent much better than we expected done to a high standard. Sebastiano was a great host he provided tea coffee and a big bowl of fruit, My wife left her backpack in the taxi and he kindly rang the taxi company and got it back for her. Thanks Sebastiano for all your help we had great stay

Sebastiano was very welcoming and the apartment was clean with lots of comfortable extras.

Brilliant location near the port and on one of the two main tourist roads. Good supermarket nearby. Good size for two. Provided lovely extras. wine, coffee pods, fruit, tarts.

Little noisy (traffic) on the port road. Should have booked the balcony apartment.

Beautiful views sitting on the balcony and a wonderful host

sebastiano is an exceptional host and his place is at the end of the main street overlooking the harbour. Great views from the balcony. easy walking to the Palermo cathedral, Teatro, Palatine chapel etc.

Highly recommended

Central location and close to bus/train station and attractions. Great host Sebastian giving us plenty of local suggestions to visit and restaurants. Host ensured heat was on for our arrival. Plenty of ammenties, also milk, wine and snacks left for us. Great view over looking the harbour and good sized apartment.

Fantastic Holiday!

Very comfortable apartment with balcony giving stunning view over yacht harbour across to mountains. Bed and sofa comfortable, heating worked well, cooking facilities good, italian only tv. Friendly and helpful host. Great location for exploring old Palermo from and 20 minute walk to station and 10 minutes to buses. Google Maps gives you bus times and routes when you click on the bus stops which was invaluable. Familia supermarket a couple of minutes away is great for food and wine. Ganci all day and Cala Pollo just across marina are good for cheap eats. We used the TheFork App and got 20/30% discounts on food at several restaurants. Trattoria Del Massimo was superb. Il Pipino Rosso and Balata Sicilian Experience were both very good. 101/803 bus to Mondello and there is a fantastic nature reserve walk to west of beach.

Some traffic noise as expected but it didn't bother us and it was entertaining watching the Italian driving from the balcony!

An outstanding stay in a clean, spacious, modern apartment with a breathtaking view of the harbour.

Sebastiano gave us clear instructions on how to access the apartment via whatsapp and met us with a friendly face. He was available throughout our stay to offer suggestions for eating and places to go to. Communication was great - Sebastiano was very helpful and made us feel very welcome. We had a wonderful stay in a lovely apartment and would highly recommend staying here. The location was perfect to visit all the sights of Palermo. The stunning Mondello beach was just a short taxi ride away and Cefalu was worth the train trip too. Many thanks Sebastiano for your kind hospitality.
