Perfect stay for a few days

Beautiful, spacious and quite suite with huge bathroom. Private terrace with access to the pool. Delicious breakfast. Perfect location to reach everything on foot.

Het ontbijt was super! Vers brood (kwam niet vaak voor in Zuid-Afrika), fruit, verse eitjes, ... Goede restaurants op wandelafstand Kamers lijken groter dan op foto

Beautiful guest house, staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room is beautifully equipped with everything you will need. Close to the main road so very easy to get to the shops and resturaunts.

Gracious environment, friendly staff delicious coffee and breakkfast

The staff are very friendly, efficient and attentive. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable Breakfast fresh and a great variety AND WE WERE UPGRADED

Load shedding (not the fault of the establishment ) My family were kept awake by mosquitos

Overpriced for quality of accommodation

Great location, friendly staff, bathroom good

Garden and grounds unkept, furnishings tired, Tv small and old and didn’t work .. plug socket loose.. laundry room visible on entry, for the price paid the quality of furnishings were not up to scratch. Nothing in place to cover load shedding other than a torch

The Macaroon has it all great property, attentive staff, safe and convenient location.

The macaroon was lovely! The staff was very attentive and professional. Breakfast was incredible. Thank you Nadia, Luchrisha and staff for such a wonderful stay.

The location and the kitchen staff

Firstly, the card to welcome us was addressed to someone else. The aircon in the room was not working as well as the USB plugs. The manager was nowhere to be found for the 2 days.

Outstanding boutique hotel in Franschoek

Location was outstanding. We stayed in the suite, which was huge and looked in other rooms that were different sizes and different views but all looked very nice. Mostly, Nadia and the entire staff were all so nice and helpful. A great stay in Franschoek. Breakfast was also outstanding, such a nice buffet and cooked to order for us.

Perhaps another hook to hang towel in bathroom but nothing else comes to mind, it was all just so nice.

Charming guesthouse with great staff

Beautiful and charming guesthouse with very nice and loving staff. The manager was very nice to us and took care of dinner reservations in a very busy weekend. The breakfast was delicious and the location is great. Definitely recommend it.

A truly week of relaxation with no hassle on any front.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The staff were exceptional and Nadia could not be more helpful, she even printed off our travel documents. The room was first class as were the grounds and general areas. Very relaxing atmosphere and couldn't be closer to the dead centre of this wonderful town.

It has two dip pools but not enough room for a long swim. Other places we’ve stayed have had a reciprocal gym membership but this is very minor and personal to us…others may not mind.

comfortable room with everything you need. nice pool. good location. pretty garden.

inside of bedside table very dusty - hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. tv installed very messily with wires and plugs all on display - spoils the simple prettiness of rest of room.

Beautiful guesthouse in Franschhoek!

We loved our stay in this beautiful guesthouse in the center of Franschhoek! Location is perfect in walking distance from the shops and restaurants and close to the vineyards. Staff is friendly and breakfast was great!
