Not going back!

Breakfast and location

I reserved a queen bed and they have only full bed. The room is old and small. The air conditioning is good but they don't give you the control. It was cold all night.

Mejor relación ubicación, comodidad y precio.

la ubicación es una exquisitez una zona céntrica de la ciudad, a minutos caminando del Malecon de Santo Domingo, del metro, tiene supermercado serca, centros comerciales serca. en una zona muy segura. me toco hospedarme para el maratón de Santo Domingo y camine hasta el evento a 2 cuadras a las 04:30am sin ningún miedo.

no hay suficientes parqueos para la cantidad de habitaciones, algunas personas les tocara estacionar en la calle.

Very good located hotel, with a friendly staff ..

The property looked on the internet very new, but in reality it’s much older. Renovations here and there are needed. But it is very good located!

Old cranes, holes in the bathroom wall .. (But they keep it clean.) Broken tiles etc. Just not what you expect in a 2023 hotel.

Ok, but very far from perfect in all ways

Good location, reasonable price

Broken safety door chain, sharp not marked treshhold to the bathroom, no light bulb in the bed light, rooms are very small and need renovation. If you book for 3 persons with the breakfast, only 2 persons get it, if you late 5 min for the breakfast - you won’t get it.

The Perfect Place For Business Related Stays In Santo-Domingo

Everything about the location. I was able to find everything needed and expected in about 650 m radius by just walking: restaurants, café, supermarket, banks, mobile phone service provider... you name it. Looks also pretty safe and quiet. The place is very descent. My room wasn't fancy but pretty comfy. The personnel was very professional and caring. Room service was great. It's the perfect place for business related stays.

The only issue was the wifi signal. I stayed on the 5th floor where the wifi signal wasn't good. I was offered a room on the first floor with better signal but I chose tranquillity over it.

Bathroom was OK, enough space, clean, warm water. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Employees were nice and helpfull.

Wifi was poor, very ugly and old furniture, aircondition very dirty, noisy, without possibility to set up, dirty window. No very good place for turists.

Good quick stop for further travel from Santo Domingo

We took a quick stay at this hotel. The location is good if you need to travel further into the country through Santo Domingo. Breakfast is included, parking is available, is a safe stay.

Internet is not stable. Breakfast is for only 2 parties, and $10 for each other person also for kids. Hot water is not always available.

I was not too pleased.

The room was spacious. The area was very convenient.

The refrigerator is too small, and was dirty. The shower curtain is too short. The breakfast was terrible. They made me pay a $40+ dollars extra.

The staff very friendly and nice. We really love this place and God will we are planning to stay there next time. The only reason we wouldnt stay there is cause my family will feel a little offended.

The staff does not care about the guests. They are always on their phone. I am still waiting for a receipt for my paymen

The parking was inconvenient. At times they call me to move my car so that other guest can depart. Either I do that or leave my car key at the front desk the employees can move my car.

Breakfast is a joke and they bring in their own timing. At time they forget my order
