some stains on bed runner, fault with sink outlet stopper…. had to report this twice but was successfully dealt with.

Attitude is everything

It's a spacious hotel, clean & in a good waterfront location, with outside seating,picnic tables, at the front...on site gym also.

I'm not sure if any bedrooms have the waterfront view? Ours overlooked the carpark... We stayed 1 night...the only constructive points I'll make is in reference to the breakfast experience the next am.. There was 1 woman taking orders, serving tables etc; including us there were 2other tables, 8 people in total, so not busy, at this time...she looked frustrated & this was definitely felt, no eye contact, no greeting, minimal communication with attitude....it looked as if the guests were ''annoying her', there was a long wait for breakfast, which was lukewarm, when served by her & the chef, he did apologize for the wait...they weren't busy?! I hope this is discussed with the woman, that the correct pleasant attitude is everything regardless of the circumstances, some refresher customer training is needed...also better staffing numbers maybe required as dirty tables were left until this 1 person got time to clear them... It doesn't compare, in this regard to the Caisleáin óir hotel, we stayed in the previous night ..very personable staff, excellent professional service & hot food very well presented!

Nice hotel with breakfast and bay view

Rooms are clean, bathroom big enough not to feel claustrophobic. The window opened, which is nice. Breakfast was great, even gluten free options with separate toaster. Very nice, thanks for that. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Bar with music at night. It was a very pleasant stay.

everything was really good.

very small detail. paid for the stay when we arrived. when we were leaving i left the room keys in the wallet (which had the room number on it naturally) on the reception desk as there were a few guests at the desk. the receptionist followed us out the door to ask what the room number was!! we felt a bit like we were tryin to do a runner😃 maybe there should be a box for returning keys or a note asking guests to be sure to speak to reception even when they have paid. as I said only a minor detail....everything else was top class👍👍 and thanks

Excellent facilities, comfy beds

Very comfortable beds, easy check in, great shower/water pressure. Restaurant was great for both for breakfast & dinner.

Would have preferred a king bed. There was a wedding in the ballroom which was a bit loud, even in our room.

We had a very warm welcome when we arrived, beautiful room and such an amazing location. Dungloe has so much to offer with fantastic views, beaches, places to eat and nice pubs.

Food was good both breakfast and dinner. Rooms were small but very comfortable and clean. Staff were all lovely and helpful. Lovely location.

The location and weather made my stay enjoyable

The location and staff were the best features of this hotel.

Breakfast was good but dinner menu average. The special on offer on our first night was turkey and ham and it was being offered again on the second night ... obviously a lot left over. Rooms were small
