Great value, lovely setting and good location

Lovely pool setting. Well equipped rooms. Good location, and i’d recommend exploring the area on foot rather than just the excursions that are promoted as the main beach is lovely. Good restaurants and bars nearby. Roof terrace was a great bonus at sunset! Staff were really lovely and helpful! Also really tasty pancakes for breakfast!

Ayu! La chica que nos recibió, no conocimos a nadie más simpática y dadá que ella, nos trató genial toda la estancia preocupándose por transportes, excursiones… Es una persona maravillosa de las que dan gusto conocer en viajes tan largos. Nos hizo sentir como en casa.

La isla de Nusa Penida está muy subdesarrollada en cuanto a Bali/Indonesia, de las ofertas hoteleras la consideramos la mejor en calidad-precio. Pero ya va en la isla, no en el hotel. No obstante, es parada obligatoria en un viaje a Indonesia.

good location

convenient location, friendly staff, Ayu can arrange island tour and snorkeling tour at a fair price, delicious food, wifi is good.

At 8:15am, some guests smoked and talked too loud at poolside, waked me up from the room upstairs. Not hotel's fault but better put a sign to alert the guests or staff should tell these people be considerate in public area. Furniture is a bit tired. TV not working.

Saka hotel nusa penida port for early trip home

Staff and pool was relaxing in the day time , food from resturant was good , well priced

No mention about the lack of the sleep you will get from the loud speakers at 12pm and 4am onwards on there bookings page , just a no refund policy as you will find out why ? was louder then a kuta night

Nice staff, but the overall feeling was not great

Very good location, close to the harbour and some nice restaurants. Very nice staff. Nice design of the outside space. The Free water in the room was really a nice surprise. The rooms are well equiped and have everything you need.

Some of the bedsheets were stained (even with blood). We had many ants in all the rooms (even in bed while sleeping). Some of the girls from the group heard the mosque, but some of us didn't, so it is a matter of how "sensitive" you are when sleeping. One room had mouldy walls.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff and good location

Beautiful hotel, delightful rooms and Ayu and the staff were amazing. Very friendly people always making you feel welcome and wanting to help you out. Bonus is that it is a 5 minute walk from shops, bars and restaurants but would recommend hiring a scooter to explore further which the hotel are happy to help with.

Noise from the Mosque was loud which isn’t any fault of the hotel (they even provided ear plugs) but worth noting if you are a light sleeper.

L'Ayu va ser particularment de molta ajuda: ens va trobar on alquil•lar la moto, on fer un tour per veure mantes i com organitzar els nostres dies. L'habitació era implacable. De les més acollidores del nostre viatge. L'esmorzar era molt bo. Molts restaurants a proximitat.

Centrally located, great deal

Centrally located and easy to walk to a few shops, restaurants and the harbor. The staff was excellent and welcoming. The room was comfortable. Beware of the mosque prayers at 4:30 am, but they didn't bother me. The hotel provides a big jug of water in the room, and the restaurant has good food for a reasonable price.

comfortable stay, perfec tot chill and not to far from the beach and harbour.

Huge room and bathroom with balcony which was lovely. Gorgeous swimming pool and Lounge area.

It was all great apart from the kettle in the room was unusable (it must if boiled milk at some point) I asked for it be changed but it didn’t ever get changed. it would of been nice ti have morning coffee on the balcony. service was friendly but can be a bit slow

Amazing!

Its amazing! The garden is full of beautiful flowers, the pool and the rooftop are great, the rooms are modern and spacious. Super central 2 min from the harbor. Big plus ! You have an own water dispenser in the room! Amazing

The only minus - its located next to a mosque so you wake up around 4.30 in the morning because of the ceremony. They offer ear plugs- with them its a lot better

gorgeous pool, nicest room we’ve had in Bali for very affordable price, clean kept and incredibly sweet + genuinely kind + welcoming staff- very helpful with any and all inquiries!

best value for money you can hope for! with this price I really didn’t expect the room to have very complete facilities even it’s own bottles of coffee and sugar. the bathroom is also spacious. everything is clean. there is also a pool and nice outdoor area.

Pretty place in a great location, helpful staff :)

Given that we were clueless about the area when we first arrived, it was great that the staff explained everything in detail and arranged all the transport for us. The hotel was as close to the harbour as you could get. It was very pretty, both the rooms and the pool area, very green and pleasant to sit in. Big shower with very good water pressure

The WiFi was ok outside in the pool area but not strong enough to use comfortably in the rooms.

extremely loud. there is a morning prayer at 4.15 and after that you can hear everything. not possible to sleep at all. rooms need some extra cleaning

Amazing stay! Great Hosts.

We had the most fantastic stay in Nusa Penida due to the hotel staff. Sam (the owner) went above and beyond the ensure we had the best time. He organised our ferry transfer to the island and picked us up from the port. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the rest of the staff who showed us to our rooms. The rooms were very clean and had excellent bathroom facilities. That evening the staff organised some scooters to arrive early in the morning for us to explore the island. In the morning, Sam sat down with us and a map and showed us where to visit and how long it would take to get to each location. I highly recommend staying with Sam and his staff as I guarantee you will have the best experience.

In terms of location, it was near the local mosque where they hold prayers 6 times a day with one around 4.30 am that always woke us up. However, they do provide earplugs for your convenience.

Excellent location, phenomenal service, perfect stay

Great central location, with comfortable rooms and great AC. The team handled our ferry bookings from Sanur, arranged our scooter rental (delivered to the hotel) and the team gave us an excellent recommendation for a diving school. The restaurant is also a hidden gem with a spotless kitchen.
