Amazing, above and beyond!!

We stayed here for two nights and it was brilliant! The location was amazing, right in town so close to Taxim square. Such a quaint area with everything you need. The hotel, although only 3 star was super clean , the beds are big and comfy, the bathroom a perfect size with really good shower and plenty of hot water. I just really need to say also that the staff are absolutely amazing!! Really big shout out to Moe! My partner was taken ill and we needed some medication. This was a nightmare because it was a Sunday. Moe managed to arrange for a doctor to personally drive to the hotel and deliver exactly what we needed. We had another drama because the atm swallowed my card so I no cash to pay the doctor! Moe paid for the medication out of his own pocket and I managed to arrange a bank transfer to pay him back. He really went above and beyond to help us out! Thanks for an amazing stay guys, we will definitely be returning and will recommend you to everyone. I'll also do a review on booking.com. Thanks guys

If we’re being totally honest, the property was lovely and clean with great facilities but it’s looking a tad ‘tired’ here and there so would benefit in the near future of a little freshten up! Also the small kitchen area lacked in cutlery and glasses although 2 cups, stirrers, tea and coffee were provided. These issues really aren’t much and didn’t by any means detract from our amazing stay!!

Nice mini-hotel next to Taksim

Nice hotel, very close to Taksim. Authentic neighbourhood, where you can fill the vibe of the city. Very friendly stuff. Breakfast was rather fine.

The rooms needs some renovation.

This was my 3rd time in Istanbul and this was the worst due to the hotel

Nothing just the receptionist moroccan lady was so helpful and respectful

The cleanliness level was beyond awful, we found huge insects day 1 and day 2 during the stay and when we called the manager to make us a refund for the remaining days cause my mother had a phobia from insects and couldn’t sleep well the manager refused and said we can’t do anything go to booking to make the refund however we paid the full amount in cash to the hotel the day we arrived. The manager attitude was so disrespectful and doesn’t care about the cleanliness. Also the bed sheets wasn’t clean at all it had stains on it and not smelling well, the house keepers don’t clean the room properly they even destroys it more. They don’t have a man to carry your bags after 3 pm if you arrived to the hotel after 3 pm you carry all your bags by yourself. The breakfast was so average with no any change all days during our stay.

A small friendly value-for-money hotel in the back streets of Taksim near Beyoğlu area.

Clean hotel. Friendly staff. They let me have my room as soon as I arrived at 7.30 am despite check not being until 2 pm. A small friendly value-for-money hotel in the back streets of Taksim well located near the Beyoğlu area and convenient for getting to the major tourist sites around Sultanahmet etc. Hotel was v clean. Room cleaned every day. Excellent buffet breakfast that fueled me for days walking around the sights. Hotel was popular with Turkish tourists.

Room had signs of wear but the plus points out weighed these.

- Неплохое местоположение. - Чай/кофе на ресепшене. - Сломанный чайник заменили на сл.утро.

В бронировании специально просил поселить повыше, но: - Поселили в подвальном этаже -3. Рядом комната персонала. С учётом тонких входных дверей постоянно доносился шум от персонала. - При первом входе в комнату было обнаружено какое-то мелкое насекомое вроде таракана. После того, как убил его, больше насекомых вроде бы не наблюдалось. - Достаточно неприятный затхлый запах в комнате. - Разводы на потолке в душевой. Видимо, была протечка воды, которую не удосужились нормально исправить. - Из-за подвального этажа интернет не работал корректно, сим карта телефона тоже не ловила из-за этого. - Утром на завтраке мест на всех не всегда хватает.

Betaalbaar, schoon, en goede locatie..

De kamers zijn ruim, schoon, lekker bed, locatie is dichtbij Taksim 5 min lopen en 5 lopen waar de bus van de luchthaven je afzet. De straat waar het hotel gelegen Is wat rustig maar van alles voorzien qua winkels..

Ontbijt is simpel kleine ruimte om te eten en in mijn kamer kwam weinig daglicht…

Perfect Stay

Everything The friendly and helpful staff, special thanks to Özgür (Mustafa)! The location was perfect and close to taksim street. Mini markets, laundry, barbershop, small cafes were all walking distance. It’s NOT located on a hill. And the best part about it is that it’s in a quiet street and the rooms were soundproof. The bed was very comfortable. The shower had the perfect water pressure. It also had an elevator (which is a plus and a rare find). Breakfast was very good.

Very Quiet Stay

The staff: very efficient, friendly and helpful The location: very quiet neighborhood and close to everything (TAKSIM street, mini market, laundry …etc) Bed was very comfortable. Shower pressure was perfect. We had fresh towels every day.

Borderline OK, some areas needs urgent maintenance and attention to detail.

Fair price and in general ok but maybe it deserves fewer stars than they have... (between 7.5 - 8 would be more accurate). If you have the chance, is better to go to a hotel near the more touristic area (where the blue/red mosques are).

We didn't like the hotel location, the surroundings looked like an impoverished area of Istanbul, it was ok and we were safe but if you go in the wrong direction you might end up in a warzone where it does not feel good to walk at night... Also, the hotel receptionist tried to persuade me to give a good review by opening the booking app in front of him, which I refused. Some areas in the room need urgent maintenance, e.g. the shower.
