Very nice, friendly and helpful staff! We could leave our luggage for two days in the Hotel and go hiking into the mountains! We are so thankful for that!

Location clean and welcoming
Expect it to be noisy as it's central and has a very popular bar. Parking can be tricky

loved the central location. rooms recently been renovated, very clean. we had a room overlooking the square which was a lovely view, thought it would be noisy but was very quiet! manager was very welcoming, told us interesting facts about the hotel
the areas outside the rooms could do with a refresh, strong smell of cigarettes through staircase.

Conveniently close to where our friends lived. Friendly owner and locals . Excellent value for money.
3 flights of stairs to our rooms. Not too much of a problem for us but could be for older or less mobile people. Curtains need a good shake out as they were dusty and the plants on the stairs need cleaning . Minor points but just a housekeeping note. Otherwise everything was very clean. The bathroom facilities functioned better than those in the 4 star hotel we stayed in afterwards in Sorrento.

Perfect central location close to everything. Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful- great bar downstairs!

Free wifi and free breakfast were advertised but there was no wifi and the breakfast was only 1 croissant and a small coffee. The walls were thin and you could hear the other guests as well as music from the bar down stairs until early hours of the morning. Not particularly clean and the bed was uncomfortable.

The noise from the bar under the bedrooms .I think all the young of the town meet there .the music is very loud garage rave music and went onto 2 in the morning on Friday, and 4 in the morning on Saturday therefore very little sleep was had .breakfast just a pastry and 1 cup of coffee(small) internet didn’t work in rooms like the advert says and the toiletries were sachets of body wash no shampoo or conditioner .beauty rooms what spa rooms
5.0
The amazing friendly staff.
The loud music in the bar next door up to 2 am and the continuation of that 'party' even after. The sound isolation is decent but it doesn't help.
