Avoid at all costs. The property is unsafe. I was attacked around 23:00 on their premises. No security, no cameras. Someone came knocking at the glass door while I was sleeping. Usually at that time the staff was around making a lot of noise. Not at this time and for the first time they turned off the light in front of the door right right before the attack(when I went to sleep, 1h earlier the light was on). I woke up because of the knocking and opened the door thinking it is a neighbor. I still don't what was the issue, if it was a psychopath, a jealous boyfriend or a setup but the moment I opened the door he started making death threats on a low and calm voice. No one was around, and the guy threatened to kill me several times. Imagine being half asleep, all dark and a stranger threatening to kill you, no security, no camera, no hotel
staff. what is strange is that the reception was 1m away, on the corner of the villa where I was staying. After 10 minutes of trying to diffuse the situation and make sense of what was happening a girl came on the porch trying to get the guy to go, I can only assume she was with the girl from the reception until that moment. the moment she got on the porch I looked at her and guy attacked me, a life and death fight in the dark followed. I tried to get a hold on the guy and yelled for help. The guy was big, American, military type. Eventually he run away together with the girl, the receptionist came there, she didn't call for police, she didn't wake up the other staff or the owners of the villa. I ended up with a bruised eye, lip and a big concussion on the back of my head. Mostly I was scared for my life. Nothing made sense. I booked a flight to leave immediately from the island. I didn't sleep all night and around 6 am the NZ owner of the villas woke up and we discussed about the situation.

The location is perfect, it's in the city center. Just a few steps away from the bars and restaurants. The staff are nice and hospitable. The owner's very accommodating, had a chance to talk to her before we left.
Better internet connection. If you're travelling for business, then you might want to check other hotels. But if you're in the island to explore and be outdoors most of the time, this is okay. Besides, there are other places nearby that has stable internet connection.

Excellent location in the main tourist area so it was easy to walk to restaurants etc. Room was sizeable and very clean, with almost daily housekeeping.
Staff seemed a little absent and surprised by my arrival but were very friendly when they were there and responded via WhatsApp when they weren't.

Reception in the location was not that great. Obviously, it wasn’t the properties fault.

Cozy place, and you can be with your friends cause it's a big place.
I think the villa we got, the hot/cold water doesn't work. So it was very difficult to take a shower at night and early morning.

Great accommodation in Siargao. It feels like we're their family staying in their home. We love the probinsya feel staying there!
We just have to walk going to many restaurants and bars nearby.

The location is great, you can simply walk to famous places like Bravo, Warung for awesome meals or Coco Frio for those famous shakes! Loved the clean cozy room, very comfortable bed and the huge bathroom. There's also a gallon of drinking water ready in our balcony.
Not that it was a big deal but there was no one in the reception when we arrived, I guess the place is still recovering from the hurricane with the ongoing construction. We learned that it's a family-run business which was adorable. You'll get the value for your money for its comfortable rooms and really good location!

The property is located near the restaurants.
The property doesn't offer breakfast so it's hard for us to look for an open restaurant nearby in the morning.

The owner and staff are welcoming, the room is beautiful.
There is no wifi signal. However it is an island wide problem and not under the control of the owner
