Needs improvement in the facilities.

Near to the restaurants and shops along General Luna . Staff were ok.

A lot 1. Water pressure in the shower is very low 2. Bidet is not functioning at all if water pressure is low 3. Wi-Fi was disconnected on our 3rd night then there is nobody in the reception to talked to. 4.They did not change our beddings all throughout our stay.

We loved our stay at Vivo. Definitely recommend

Amazing staff, home made ice cream was out of this world!

Close proximity to live music in the evenings ( we like to sleep earlier than most people )

Nice Pool. Nice looked after garden. Free drinking water. Spacious and beautiful rooms. Central location. Convenient to park a scooter. Many restaurants next door.

Great affordable comfortable stary in GL

Great accommodation right on tourist road. Pool is big and clean.

The room is basic, but comfortable. However, I did miss a fridge.

Exceptional

I highly recommend Vivo Inn. The room was very cozy with everything you need. The place was tidy and clean. The outside area is very pretty. You have access 24/7 to the pool and there are lots of tables to sit. All together a great price to quality ratio.

Overall stay was good. Maybe, the place is not ideal if you are planning to WFH due to slow internet connection

Nice pool and garden but too less hotel for the money

They have a nice pool and garden and an excellent air-con. (modern and super silent)

The bathroom has no window nor ventilator and stinks like mold and has mold traces on the bricks. The room has many plug sockets where you don’t need them and no working sockets where you need them (just one under the bed) internet was terrible slow.

pool was lovely they were doing place up when we arrived so hopefully a new bar

one night was a bit loud as some party came back to hotel but we stayed a week and no other noise issues

I like the environment it is nice and clean. Staffs are friendly and it is adjacent to any local stores. I like the fact that is a quiet place to stay. My English boyfriend finds it nice too. 😀😉

It would have been better if they provide shampoo, soap, and toothpaste. I think it is okay because a mini store is just across the road.

Safe and Good Location!

The location is fantastic. We had no issues during our stay. The staff is really nice and helpful.

We did face an issue with the bathroom but it was resolved quickly. Plus the property is doing some construction work. So i guess it will be better in the coming days.
