We had the best time in island villa, staff were supper kind to us. Highly recommend. We will be back again and probably the best sunrise view on the island 🏝

good location. beachfront.
LOTS OF MOSQUITOS IN THE ROOM.
and the toilet/shower room have so many windows with curtains (made us uncomfortable while using it.
booked a van to pick is up upon arrival from the airport but it didnt arrive.
tried calling their number posted in booking.com but unfortunately its not the same number anymore. some other details in booking are not updated.
hoping you could have an alternative solution about the mosquitos

It’s clean and very beautiful. It’s located near restos, which is definitely a plus.

The pool and location. The jungle pathways were nice and tropical feel. Just the overall aesthetic of the resort was great!
I think the spa rooms could use some work. The rooms are only separated by curtains. It did not feel very private. Also the bedrooms (garden villa) are a bit dated. Our full length mirror was stained. I thought it just needed to be wiped down as it was smudged but when i wiped it myself i realized whatever was on it was not gunna come off. Our toilet seat was also loose. When you sat on it it would slide.

We really enjoyed our stay at Siargao Island Villas. The Villa was perfect for our family of five plus our nanny. I really liked how the room could be separated into two through the use of the partition. The beds were comfortable, air con worked well and the bathroom was spacious. I liked the amount of shade around the villa and the lush gardens which also added privacy. The food at the restaurant was good, the pool was nice and the beach off the back of the property was great for our kids. Free use of the paddle boards was also great. Location was convenient with easy access to other restaurants and shops. The tricycle ride to Cloud 9 and other areas was also easy. I would stay again.
A TV in the room would be handy, only for the kids, but not a big deal. There were a few ants in the bathroom as well but that is common for island accommodation in the Philippines!

Good location and nice facilities! Really enjoyed our stay.

Overall, the stay was okay! The front office staff had a somewhat unfriendly demeanor and seemed to act as though every question was too much to handle.
The rooms were definitely not worth the price/quality anymore. Especially in the bathroom, you could see that many things were outdated or dirty. The room's hygiene was not up to par.
The doors in the room also didn't close properly, which let a lot of mosquitoes in! However, when we reported this, the technical staff did address it! 👍🏼
The location was very pleasant, and the garden, pool, and restaurant were very beautiful. It was also beautifully situated by the beach.
The rest of the staff were quite friendly, and the massages we booked at the Spa were super!

Location was great at the beach walking distance to other bars restaurants. Bed was comfortable.breakfast was average
The room needed to be renovated the wash room toilet was often blocked no hot water in wash hand basin. Doors did not close properly and let in mosquitoes to the room

The property is along General Luna’s main road. It is also a few steps to the beach. The facilities (restaurant, massage etc) were really nice especially because Siargao can get rainy sometimes so there is an option to enjoy on the property itself. The houses were also very cute and comfortable.
It is a shame that the villas are well maintained/cleaned, but overall everything else is good 👍🏼

The property is centrally located and is right at the beach. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a spa in the property which was good. The bathrooms were also big and spacious, though there was no hair conditioner which I found odd.
The breakfast was quite bad, a lot of the food was unhealthy - either deep fried, too many sweet items, or curry based items. The omelette station was terrible, they made the flattest omelettes ever. Also, they clear breakfast at 9am which I thought was too early. I also found the restaurant staff - one woman in particular - quite rude. They run out of some brekky dishes but don’t replenish them. The housekeeping was also a bit underwhelming, our towels weren’t changed till the last day of our stay. Also, we got a ground floor room and whoever was on the upper floor was making so much noise, running around, thumping stuff and what not. The ceilings are thin so the noise carries.

the green garden and the pool area / beach front is stunning and absolutely beautiful! bed was very comfortable.
the room felt quiet old and the bathroom wasn’t super clean. Mold on the ceiling.
staff wasn’t so attentive.

-große geräumige Zimmer
-ausgewogenes FrĂĽhstĂĽck
-direkte Strandlage
-gutes Hotelrestaurant
-viele sĂĽĂźe Hunde
-Massagebereich

Super clean, friendly staff, beautiful view with pool, and our room was amazing too. Loved all the different options for the spa and the proximity to shops and places to eat.
Nothing, everything was great!

Me

Perfekte Lage, super freundliches Personal.

The service was pretty good, but that is common every where we travelled in the Philippines, I think everyone is nice
Definitely not worth the price, this was the most expensive accommodation we booked for our whole trip in the Philippines - as it it was our last stop we tried to book a nice, higher end style accommodation but were severely disappointed.
The breakfast is below average, the range of food on offer is minimal - some hostels we stayed at offered more.
The rooms were okay, but definitely not the standard which you would expect from how much was paid - the construction of the rooms is subpar so there is gaps in the doors for mosquito's.
If we had of paid half the amount, different story - overall disappointing.

The garden is lovely, as is the location by the beach. But most other things failed to impress.
Fresher coffee for breakfast (without having to pay extra), more towels by the pool (so they don't keep running out), staff who do what they say they will do, late check out for guests who have stayed as long as we did (5 nights), a wardrobe in the room (so it looks tidy), more reasonably priced airport transfers .... Everything seems to have a cost attached to it. Staff tend to say 'no' rather than 'yes'.

Great location
It’s noisy since our room is next to the road..

The picture-perfect views from the property and location on the beach is a drawcard. It is an ideal place to relax and unwind. The grounds are well maintained, and you are in a tropical garden.
Dislikes would be a little picky. The menu for lunch and dinner is limited. The smaller size of the property meant only a few rooms had ocean views, and the pool area being right off the dining area, whilst looking great was a bit impractical. Not really criticisms as such, however.

The staff

The location, the facilities, the room, they're all good for a leisure family travel.
The aircon drain was so noisy. On a peak hour, frequent power outages, the aircon and fans automatically restart, i could not sleep on the last night because the aircon drain was noisy of water gushing.
The breakfast egg counter was the slowest service ever. i can fry a sunny side up egg in two minutes but it took more than 20 minutes per day just waiting for my eggs. Do not use the egg shaper anymore, it slows the process. Or assign another staff to help during peak hours of breakfast. Seriously, I felt bad telling the staff how slow the cooking was.

Location is great. The villas are nice, comfy albeit a bit noisy since two parties stay in one villa (one on the bottom; one on the 1st floor). Depending on your neighbors you can have it quiet - or not.
Beach is just a few meters away. Awesome location.
The pool is relatively small and shallow if you prefer to swim and not to just splash.
If the hotel is full, the dining/breakfast area fills up fast and you may need to wait for a moment to get seated.
The buffet is small but good.

The location is great and i love that it is beachfront.
They did not inform us of brownouts. There were mosquitos in the room. The price is quite expensive, plus most of the dish in the restaurant is not available

Shower fixtures, light fixtures are nice. Indonesian breakfast is good. Friendly dogs. Staff are pleasant and helpful.
You will need to check that your AC and electric fan work properly. They may not owing to the power fluctuations in Siargao. But any issues the staff readily fix.

The service is unmatched. All of my questions answered, all my requests met. The room is beautiful. The balcony is even better. The bathroom is spacious. The pool is beautiful. The beach is breathtaking. Breakfast was delicious and changed every morning.
The location is also pretty spot on. It’s so close to Drunken Sushi which was our favorite.
If you’re looking for lounge chairs that you can adjust, they don’t offer that. I didn’t know how much I appreciated adjustable lounge chairs until I didn’t have the option.
