Jeanne was so helpful and made everything so easy. The apartment was quirky and fresh and in a superb area close to the airport tram stop.

The apartment with surprises.

Perfect location. Big apartments. A very responsive host, always ready to help at any moment and provides recommendations.

The apartment wasn't clean, the floor and the bathroom were dirty. There were hairs in the bathroom from previous guests. On the second day, we decided to take a shower in the upstairs bathroom. However, there was a leaking pipe, and water was pouring from the ceiling through the light fixture. Luckily, we were all in the apartment and noticed the water coming from the ceiling. We didn't use the bathroom again. A day later, we returned from the beach, but there was no water. The neighbors helped us turn the water back on as someone had shut it off. The neighbors also asked us not to use the upstairs bathroom. I believe this wasn't the first time the water had leaked.

Very good

Excellent location close to the harbour and in easy reach of bars and restaurants. A nice little balcony offers the opportunity to sit outside and enjoy a nice glass of wine or two! Overall an enjoyable stay and one I can recommend.

Rude host

Location

I had a terrible experience at this apartment rented on Booking. The host was extremely rude and unprofessional from the very beginning, trying to charge us extra even though we were supposed to arrive within the check-in time. When we arrived, she made baseless and offensive accusations against me and asked to talk to my partner instead; and even went as far as to call me stupid when I was trying to explain a problem with the Wi-Fi. It was a terrible way to start our trip, and I would advise anyone considering this apartment to look elsewhere.

Ideal location for exploring Nice, Monaco and surrounding countryside. Jean excellent host courteous, polite and full of useful local information. So much to do literally on the door step or within easy reach on reliable public transport. Description of property accurate. We intend to return and will recommend to friends.

A few small areas of the property were a bit tired but nothing major or significant.

Garibaldi square: excellent location!

The hostess was VERY friendly and VERY helpful! There was a kitchen and table to eat, so we really appreciated that. AC unit in the upstairs loft and living room was perfect! The location was great! Right next to the main line that goes to the airport and the Ebike tour office we went on. Garibaldi square is such a neat area to have dinner and walk around. There was plenty of space for our family of four and we would totally stay here again if came back to visit Marseilles.

Fabulous balcony apartment superbly located in Nice.

The apartment is wonderfully located making it really easy to get around Nice and the surrounding areas. The no 100 bus stop to Monaco, the No 2 tram to the airport and Nice marina (Port Lympia) are all very nearby. And the amazing array of small shops and restaurants in Old Nice and in Garibaldi Plaza mean that you don't have to go very far if you don't fancy cooking in the apartment. The apartment kitchen is however excellent with every appliance you'll need. The accommodation throughout was spotlessly clean, spacious, and with a lovely small balcony where you can eat and watch the hustle and bustle of life in a French city. Upon arrival and departure Jean met us as arranged, so collecting the keys and returning them couldn't have been simpler.

Nothing really. The apartment is on the third floor above a one way street that can be quite noisy at times. However we actually found this added to the atmosphere and ambience of living in the town particularly when sitting on the balcony. In any event due to the temperature in Nice you'll need to close the windows at night time to benefit from the air conditioning. The windows when shut do cut out virtually all noise - they were incredibly effective.

Lovely apartment in extremely convenient location.

Perfectly situated, two minutes walk from tram stop for airport, also short distance to beach and all amenities. Apartment has everything you need for a very comfortable stay and Jeanne is an excellent, very friendly host, always available to ensure you have a perfect holiday. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay visiting the Monaco historic grand prix.

The location is excellent the apartment is ideal for the old town and restaurants, resonably close to the sea front, trains and tram.

The air conditioning did not work to counter this we opened the balcony doors for ventilation there was a lot of road noise especially at the weekend. Only two mugs provided. Rubbish disposal is awful.

We had a fabulous time in Nice and Jean's apartment is superb!

The host Jean is so lovely and met us and took us up to the apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor which can be reached via a lift for taking baggage up. The apartment is beautiful, bright and spacious and everything is there that you need. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is plenty of space. The parental bedroom was huge with a lovely bathroom and very comfortable bed. The location of the apartment is fantastic as you are next to Garabaldi Square which is a great location to explore Nice. We look forward to staying in this apartment again when we next to return to Nice.

Exceptional

The location is quite convenient. The tram station is in 5 minutes. Jean was very helpful and caring during our vocation, always ready to answer messages and help with everything.

In order to get fresh bed sheets you have to pay or you can wash them in the washing machine for free.

The perfect stay in Nice

Our host Jean was brilliant. Always available & very friendly. The appartment is really nice. Lovely big bathroom with window. The kitchen is well equipped. You do not have to care about anything (beach towels, umbrella,...) The location at Place Garibaldi is wonderful and the building has an elevator (big advantage). I already stayed in well-known hotels like Negresco or La Perouse but I would chose La Garibaldi next time again because I felt welcome like home.

everything was absolutely perfect. Nothing to complain. Travelling with friends, I would prefer single bed covers instead of a big bed cover but this is standard in France.
