Had everything you need for a holiday. Well equipped kitchen, if you want to cook, and a really good shower, very important for us. Great situation at the top of a steep rise, fabulous views and so quiet. Certainly made our legs work walking up and down. Very conveniently situated for the High Street and beach.

Would have liked a blind on the back door. Felt exposed coming out of the bathroom as overlooked by the house above

lovely property, would visit again

beautiful apartment, lovely hosts, wonderful location, parking

- the overview on booking.com says that breakfast is provided but this wasn’t the case. we would have brought breakfast supplies if we hadn’t read this. worth updating the description. - property is situated above a garage with an electronic door. the owners were going in and out of the garage on Sunday morning from 8.30am which woke us up - one of our party was sleeping in the living room. throughout the night a security light was repeatedly going off which meant a pretty rubbish sleep.

Perfect, relaxing stay.

Property and location were perfect- just 5 minutes walk to town and beach. Our stay at Garden studios was very positive -the host was very welcoming and the property was comfortable, clean and modern with an amazing view. I would definitely recommend it and would hope to return again sometime.

Excellent, relaxing, quiet break.

No food available because of Covid. Accomodation very nice and spacious and bright. 5 minute walk to town/seafront. Hosts friendly. TV good. Cooking facilities very good, and even sufficient toilet rolls to last the stay which makes a pleasant change !

Not prepared to nitpick because it was first class accomodation. Because of the short steep climb up to the accommodation, it would be sensible to contact the owners before booking if a potential guest has a disability.

Excellent location and a very comfortable apartment

Small Velux window in the bathroom needs a blind put up, has an ironing board but no iron could be found. Outside lights did not work which would be handy when coming back at night. Light switch outside of the bathroom needs looking at as a couple of time the lights never came on when using the switch. Light in the bedroom (spot furthest away by window and wardrobe) intermittently went out.

Quality accommodation well placed for a quiet break.

Lovely light airy clean comfortable and quiet space tucked away above the village. Furnished and equipped to a high standard, we found everything we needed and would very happily stay again. Really nice host and delicious complementary welcome cake much appreciated.

Perfect little stay

Owner was lovely and very welcoming! We could tell they had put in a lot of effort to make it a perfect stay and was very tidy! The bed was super comfy and there is a lovely view from the big windows/doors aswell! Wish we could have stayed longer! 10/10 :)

Best place ever.

This is a fab place, everything you need , spotless, great shower and Bath. Plenty of room in fact a lot more than expected. The host was amazing so kind and we arrive to home made cake.

Absolutely nothing , but to be very picky a suitcase stand may have been useful but as we were there for just two days, I chose not to put my clothes in the very ample wardrobes. This is by no means a complaint or an issue, just thought it would be good as there was so much free space. Maybe it was there and I missed it. Quite possible that not known for looking well in other folks homes
