Bardzo dobre śniadania. Wspaniałe widoki z balkonu na miasto i okolicę.

Really nice place with a great view on top of La Spezia. The whole place was very beautiful with lots of plants and several cats and dogs. Very quiet during the night. Breakfast is served to the room every day and was delicious.
There were a lot of mosquitos, therefore we couldn't open the windows during the night - having some mosquito nets inside the windows would help I guess.

The view from the room was absolutely spectacular, so much so that I could have spent my entire holiday on it. The room itself was lovely, exceptionally clean and the bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Breakfast was brought to the room each morning which was great and the owners of the accommodation were extremely helpful and kind. It has been my favourite holiday to date.
There was nothing at all I didn't like.

I loved the quiet location in the hills above La Spezia. Super nice family and room was clean, had AC as it was crazy hot and close to 5 Terre, Porto Venere. You would want a car to access I would think. And the breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in many year’s traveling.
Nothing really.

This place is located on the top floor of someone's private house. This was not an issue though. We had a big room, with a balcony that had a lovely view over La Spezia. Breakfast was served on a tray in the morning with a variety of options, which you could to take into your room and eat on the balcony. They also accommodated for gluten free options. There is parking on the property, which was nice. We loved that the property was secluded from tourist areas and that we could come back and just relax in piece. Bear in mind that the owners have a lot of animals walking around the garden (dogs, cats, etc.) in case you are scared or allergic - all animals were lovely though!
Whilst the location is lovely there is not a lot of restaurants around, and walking down to the town is quite far. For the two nights we stayed we went to the same local restaurant, which was about a 15 minutes walk up on the mountain. The restaurant was lovely (with a splendid view) and we really enjoyed the ham and cheese platter and the pizzas (even gluten free). The host (as well as the restaurant staff in the area) do not speak much english, however this was not an issue as we worked around it.

Comfortable stay at this clean property with lovely view of La Spezia and surrounding hills. Very welcoming host and enjoyable breakfast. Easy to travel to Porto Venere, which is very beautiful and for boat trips. La Spezia is friendly city with lots of good places to eat.

Beautiful location, was able to get to Cinque Terre easily to start our hike early. Patrizia was so welcoming and we enjoyed her gardens and animals. great stay!

The room had the best view - a view to La Spezia via balcony. Breakfast was served in balcony - together with the view - best memories. Patrizia was super accomodating and welcoming, big thanks! Parking on spot in the facility, great rooms
Just take notice to walk 1h to La Spezia and it is high walk up/down the hill

Great view, comfortable if you travel by car, free parking, clean room, a nice and hospitable host.
The heating system was not working, so the floor was too cold in March. The A/C heated the air, but the floor remained cold.

We booked one night here at the last minute to fill in a spare night we had on our travels. It was great. Most of the places we had stayed at quite hard beds - which is not my preference. Here, the mattress was softer and much more comfortable with lovely, cosy bedding. The shower was hot and had a good water flow. The breakfast was excellent. Patrizia went the extra mile and made us some eggs and bacon to go with the traditional Italian offerings, which was lovely. The views from the property were spectacular. I'm also an animal lover so having the cats and dogs around was a bonus for us. The little kitten came down for cuddles and to share breakfast and Molly the dog was a giant sook. It made me feel more at home having them around.
It was a little far out of town for us. Normally we would book something where we can walk and explore near restaurants and bars. Although, this didn't really matter to us as it was nice to have a quiet night for rest and relaxation.

We felt welcomed immediately. Everyone is warm and smiling. The view is stunning at each different time of the day and night.

The place had a fantastic view. But to top it the owner of the place was super helpful and kind. We didn't have a car and she went extra mile to drop us to the nearest train station (which was far) and made sure we were comfortable through out. Definitely going to come back.

Very welcoming hosts. Patrizia waited for us the check-in late at night and made us breakfast in the morning. The view from the balcony over La Spezia is amazing. Very close to Cinque terre and many beautiful places
With the house on the mountain and near the wilderness, there were insects outside that will always try to get in.

Breakfast was excellent, room had a nice view. hosts were very friendly and helpful giving us details about parking in the city, getting the train to Cinque Terre, and recommended an excellent restaurant for dinner. adequate for a one night stay and very close to Cinque Terre.
It was a little far out from the city, you definitely needed a car to get there and to get down to the city for restaurants. Also located in an area where you couldn’t really walk around.

Villa Patrizia is a place to stay if you want authentic Italian country experience. It is situated on the mountain just outside La Specia. The view is wonderful and so is the nature feeling - lots of birds, dogs and cats. You wake up by the sounds of singing cocks and ringing church bells. The host Patrizia is very nice and attentive. She serves great breakfast - asks what you would like to eat and tries to answer all your questions. The villa is more like a family country house - it's clean and simple. We came by car so everything was good. If you travel by train or bus, this place is not for you because it is can be reached quite difficult then. We enjoyed staying there.
Nothing. We went to a country house and received a country house with a nice host, good food and great view. It is not a hotel, so if you have expectations like that, then probably it is not a choice for you.

Breakfast on the balcony with the view was spectacular!

Breakfast was v good, the family who run the place very kind and friendly, we had language problems. We were not aware that a car was essential, so we had to hire one
, we hadn’t planned on having to drive, so the holiday wasn’t as restful as we had expected
Because of the distance from the airport, we had to stay at a hotel in Pisa for two nights in order to get the flight home ,so the car hire and the hotel almost doubled the cost of the holiday

Great location, overlooking the city. Close to the city, 5-10 minutes by car. Free parking at the property.
Breakfast was good, freshly made by host each morning. Loved the croissants.
Cats! Friendly cats!
