Lovely 700 square foot casita five minutes from Old Town; 10 minutes from Downtown Albuquerque. Quiet end-of-street 1 acre property with one other home, beautiful landscaping and swimming pool. Beautifully furnished carpeted living room with adobe-style fireplace and sleeper sofa; Dining room seats 6 comfortably; large bedroom sleeps two and has additional sitting area.

Bathroom and kitchen are decorated with Saltillo tile floors and traditional Mexican tile countertops. Lovely patio off of kitchen is perfect for outdoor grilling or just enjoying the beautiful New Mexico sky.

We stayed at this lovely Casita with our pet and enjoyed our time there immensely. Property was located at the end of the road, quiet and safe with room for our dog to enjoy the outdoors. The hosts could not have been nicer or more accommodating. We look forward to another stay in the future.

This little casita in Albuquerque is really perfect! Beautifully furnished, in a fabulous location—quiet and private and a quick drive into Old Town—and the owners are just lovely. I had everything I needed, felt totally comfortable. Loved walking along the ditch and through the neighborhood, was close to the great shops and restaurants in Old Town, and an easy drive over to UNM. Owners were helpful and had great information. Loved it and can’t wait to go back!

I had a FABULOUS time at Jill and Marty's casita. Walking into the Casita was like coming home to the home I never knew I had! Marty and Jill provided everything needed for my stay. Most notably shower gel/lotion/shampoo in the bathroom and common staples in the kitchen like a full complement of spices, sugar, flour, coffee, tea and more. Location = 20 minutes or less to everything Comfort & Privacy = A+ Hosts = EXTRAORDINARY!!!

We had a wonderful time during our week here. Saw a lot of Albuquerque and traveled south to Bosque del Apache and north to Santa Fe. Got lots of information from the hosts, including great places to eat and things to see.

This was a quaint little home that was perfect for what we needed. It’s an older style space with lots of southwestern and native art. Each day I was finding a new small art piece I didn’t see before. But it has everything you need and the owners are very kind and accommodating. Home is also on a dead end street in a quiet neighborhood. Really enjoyed our stay while we were there! Thanks Jill and Marty!

So nice to have a small place with patio to myself. Also I have two little dogs and the ladies loved the dogs, let them run the yard and even babysat a couple of times. I am rebooking for a week in Sept. Great experience!

The property is perfect for two adults, and our doggie. The casita is very easy to maintain, the area is perfect and our 6 y o dog loved the yard to run in. The owners are delightful people to be around. We had a wonderful time.

No question! An excellent choice if you are in Albuequerque,NM. The owners Jill and Marty are the perfect hosts. The "Casasita' is a home away from home! We stayed a week, and truly regretted having to leave. This property is extremely conveniently located near Old Town Albuquerque for site seeing,numerous restaurants, and I-40 and I-25 Interstates are minutes away. This South Valley location at the Rio Grande park and trail is unbeatable. Do not make a mistake if there is availability do not miss this one in a lifetime stay.

Almost Perfect*

The Casita was wonderful. Jill and Marty were the perfect hosts. We really enjoyed using the pool. A great getaway for 2 people. *The only thing that wasn't perfect was the bed. In fact, it was terrible. It has an incredibly old metal spring mattress that is 20 years past it's prime. It pains me to mention this because we had such an incredibly wonderful time staying here. It has so much fun character and you truly feel at home.

The casita was charming! We loved the southwest decor! It felt secluded and private but was so close to our activities! We swam every day in the beautiful pool. Marty and Jill hit the perfect note of hospitality and friendliness. We will definitely stay again!

We had a conversation the day I arrived about my likes and interests and the next day I received a list of restaurants and activities tailored to my tastes. We had a wonderful stay. As advertised it is perfect for two. The neighborhood is quiet and Jill and Marty are very friendly. The Casita was nicely decorated for Christmas, indoor Christmas tree and exterior Christmas lights. The kitchen was stocked with goodies and all the utensils I needed to bake a ham for Christmas. My husband and I did not lack a thing. Jill and Marty made it feel like home!

We highly recommend this property. Jill and Marty are exceptional hosts ~ very kind and generous. They gave us great suggestions of things to do in NM and excellent directions to anywhere we wanted to go. The casita is comfortable, immaculate, and tastefully decorated. After only three days we found ourselves referring to it as “home”. Jill and Marty have it stocked with anything (and I mean anything) you could possibly need. The location is close to the airport, grocery stores and many local attractions. Don’t pass on this property ~ it truly is exceptional! Al and Nancy from PA.

The Casita was wonderful. The location was near major highways but also near Old Town. I've rented many homes but none have been as well equipped as this one. There were many supplies in the kitchen and bathroom. We even found a cooler in one room which we used to carry our lunch. The house is beautifully decorated in a southwestern theme. The owners are on site and are extremely helpful without being intrusive. The house was clean and comfortable. I would definitely return and would recommend the Casita to friends!

Jill and Marty looked after our every need while we stayed in their casita. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home in every way. From dining and shopping tips, to helping us navigate the amazing International Balloon Fiesta, they truly made our stay special. We'll be back! The Casita is located in a quiet neighborhood, but close to Old Town shops and restaurants, and just a short drive to Balloon Fiesta Park. Minutes from the airport, grocery shopping, and other services. It's a great place in a great location.
