This charming Cape home enjoys a bayside location in Eastham, on a quiet cut de sac. This three bedroom (2 queen and one full) 2 bath single family residence is beautifully landscaped. Newly renovated master bathroom, with large walk in shower boasts two shower heads so shower with a buddy. There are 20 foot cathedral ceilings in the light filled living room with a fireplace, open floor plan, a large 50" flat screen TV & DVD player, WiFi and ceiling fans, Central air condition.The kitchen has stainless steel appliances with ample counter space and equipment to prepare fabulous summer meals.The dining room accommodates 8 with a charming bay window and window seat on one side and sliders which open to the deck on the other. Down a hallway off the kitchen you will find a new full bathroom,with a walk-in shower.A queen bedroom and separate den which has a full size sleep sofa, flat screen TV and VCR. A full size washer and dryer is located in the basement. A Weber gas grill is on rear deck, with a new outdoor shower, and a sumptuous garden view. 10 minutes from Nauset Light and Coast Guard Beaches in Eastham and one street away from the Cape Cod Rail Trail, this year-round home is well-loved and well-kept. This was our first stay in this property and we were very happy with the accommodations. It was clean, cozy, had all we needed and the beds were so comfortable! Would definitely come back!!

This was a nice home base from which to explore Cape Cod. The home was clean and comfortable. The garden is nicely landscaped with beautiful flowers and plants. The check in and check out processes are the easiest we have ever encountered. We did have an issue with the linens and towels. These essential items were not included. The issue wasn't so much that they were not included, the issue is that no explicit mention was made in the general listing that they were not included. We have rented vacation homes over 25 times over the years and this is the first time that linens and towels were not included. Not providing these essential items is an exception that should be clearly communicated upfront. It is very annoying to find out after a long and tiring journey that linens and towels are not provided. It is frustrating to begin what is supposed to be a relaxing vacation trying to find where to purchase these essential items in a totally unfamiliar place.

I was here to visit the oldest cemeteries. Little did I know at the time of booking, the oldest was right up the street! Three of my Mayflower ancestors' graves are there, plus many other ancestors. It was a wonderful way to start!

We have been coming to the Cape for many years. Judys house was perfect. It was described accurately and very clean. The house location is convenient to reach all the parts of the Cape that interest us! Being a quick 10 minute ride to the National Seashore is a plus. Judy was a great host and we will definitely stay here the next time we come to the Cape!

This was our second stay at Judy’s house in Eastham, we booked for longer this time, and we look forward to coming back again. The house was spacious for the four of us, it was clean, comfortable, and the A/C was great during the heat wave. The kitchen has plenty of equipment to make full meals in. We made good use of the garage to store our bikes and beach gear. We enjoyed many meals on the back porch, with the beautiful gardens and abundant birds. The house is on a quiet side street, convenient to ocean and bay beaches and Nickerson State Park. Judy was great to work with.

Booked this home for Hydrangea Week and it didn’t disappoint. The gardens are beautiful. Judith has cultivated a tiny oasis with plenty of outdoor areas to enjoy her blooms.
The home is lovely, well equipped and just perfect for our first family vacation in six years! Its proximity to our favorite Cape towns and beaches was perfect.

Comfy, Conveniently Located Cape
Stunning landscaping welcomes you as soon as you pull into the driveway. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time in the backyard admiring the flowers and relaxing in the Adirondack chairs around the firepit. This comfy Cape is inviting and homey. We felt comfortable in the space as soon as we walked in. We found most everything we needed with ease and were able to prepare meals, do laundry and relax during our week's stay. This property is conveniently located providing access to numerous beaches, points of interest, shopping and restaurants. Its central location also makes day trips to Lower Cape or Mid Cape towns a breeze. The host/property owner was very responsive and accommodating. Look not further. From the moment we walked in we were at ease. The house was clean and cozy. We enjoyed the firepit at night with all the stars, and the garden in the day. Nice to have laundry onsite, and a very kind and responsive host. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful property/great location
The house and grounds were very nice. We loved the decor! The beds were comfortable and the central air was great! It was nice having the outdoor shower to rinse off the sand from the beach. The grill worked great and we also enjoyed making s'mores using the outdoor firepit! The first day the coffee maker died and we contacted the owner and she came by and replaced it with a new one that day. It is close to shopping and our favorite beach, Coast Guard Beach. The neighborhood was quiet so it was easy to relax. I would definitely return!

Beautiful house, great location
We had a great stay at this house and can’t wait to go back! The house was clean, large and sunny, excellent A/C, nice gardens, a fire pit, and it is in a very quiet and private location at the end of the street. We loved the outdoor shower, it was a great way to clean up after the beach. The house was conveniently located to bayside and ocean beaches, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, Nickerson State Park, and much more. The house has a garage that we used to keep our bikes and beach gear in, which was super helpful. Owner was kind and responsive, check in/out were easy. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Stay in Eastham
Judith was warm and welcoming. Promptly answered all questions quickly. Even messaged us house was ready earlier than advertised. You can tell Judith has made upgrades. I'm hoping she puts hardwood flooring in upstairs. Loved the new A/C units and upstairs bath. The kitchen is well equipped. She has good beach chairs in the garage, a boogie and float board.. The house quiet and comfortable with everything we needed. Especially loved having morning coffee and breakfast outside on the deck overlooking Judith's beautiful gardens. We loved watching the birds and hawks. Judith even had the fire pit ready although we didn't get a chance to use it. We would stay again. Perfect for one or two couples. Close to our favorite beaches! Thank you for sharing your home Judith!!

What a lovely home for our stay on the Cape! Extremely clean, comfortable and welcoming; will return for a longer stay here. It's very well cared for and put together with brand new A/C splits (brilliant during two 95 degree days), a kitchen equipped with plenty of everything (says the cook!), from Roman shades to a gardener's garden, it's an easy place to settle right into upon arrival. Not at all fussy, well laid-out, we felt immediately relaxed, and in "vacation mode", opening sliders to have drinks on the deck. Park-like setting backyard, it's at the end of a street near conservation land filled with birds. Close to the bike trail - a quick 15 minute ride to downtown Orleans (market) or, 15 minute ride the other way, to the National Seashore, Herring Pond, bike rental, deli. Judith, the host who lives in the area, was very kind responding to our local questions on text. Great house, lovely vacation. Thank you!

There are also some beach toys and beach chairs in the garage for guest use. We appreciated having these to take to Great Pond Beach, which is only a few minutes drive from the house.
As others have noted, the house is on a quiet cul-de-sac and conveniently located to Orleans and Outer Cape attractions.
Judith promptly responded to all my inquiries and clearly cared that our stay was a good one. If we return to the Cape, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect for our Family
This property was wonderful! The home is immaculately kept and well equipped. It is located at the end of a quiet cul-de sac in Eastham with quick access to all of the outer cape. It is a short (.75) ride to the cape cod rail trail (we love to bike); and less than an hour to Provincetown, not to mention about 5 minutes from the Orleans Rotary and downtown Orleans/Brewster with some great retail. The property itself is spacious with a gorgeous living area and open dining area; with a loft and master bedroom upstairs. Everything you need is there, including washer and dryer and well-equipped kitchen. The backyard is beautifully landscaped and great place to enjoy an afternoon reading or dozing. The owner was in regular contact with us about checking in and was available to us for any concerns we might have, particularly given the regulations under COVID-19. This is a wonderful place for a vacation.

Perfect for family
We had a great stay at the house. It's well kept and had most of what you need. We had a problem with the reservation for the first night, but Judith booked 2 hotel rooms for us for the first nite. She was very apologetic and felt so bad for the error. Our vacation got better the next day. My only wish was a larger deck or patio and a outdoor table for six. It's a great location and on a dead end street. Perfect location for us. We ill be back.

Property in deplorable condition. Broken glass. Stains on sheets and bedspreads. Mold on air conditioner. Filthy and worn carpet. Worst of all, two family members had dozens of bug bites. Stay as far away as possible. Owner was completely negligent.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful home
What a BEAUTIFUL, comfortable home and what a great vacation. Do not hesitate to stay in this lovely spot. I've never seen such a beautiful home garden as their backyard, complete with an awesome grill, a fire pit, and a lovely deck table and chairs. Outdoor shower too! The home itself is absolutely beautiful and zen-like, so accommodating, the beds are super comfortable, the AC is easy. We were thrilled. Easy driving access to bayside and oceanside beaches and the bike path, easy 25 min drive to PTown. One note: Bring your own bath towels, those were not provided, but linens were and are lovely. Wonderful stay, I hope we can rent there again next year!

The property was well kept. It was beautiful with all the natural flowers. Nice outdoor shower after going to the beach. It was conveniently located to all the activities we wanted to do (biking on the rail trail, kayaking in the Nauset Bay and Salt Pond Bay), Ocean fishing in Truro. Overall a nice house in a good location
Nice comfortable, well equipped vacation home. There was a small mix-up the first day of our rental but Judith addressed it promptly and professionally and made sure we were taken care of. Location was convenient to beaches, shopping and down town Eatham and Orleans restaurants. Would stay again next time we are in that area of the cape.

Charming Cape home only minutes from ocean
We stay at the Outer Cape every year, and this house was very nice. Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated, this house has a brand new master bathroom and outdoor shower! But be aware, it does not have a full-sized bed as advertised. It has a pullout double chair, which would be fine for one child to sleep on. However, there are no shades in that room, and the sun is bright in the morning. So we couldn’t put anyone in that room. A more accurate description, and some shades, would have given this house five stars. Only minutes to Nauset Beach and the commercial area of Orleans.

Lovely home with Cape Cod charm and many amenities
Located on a quiet cut de sac, this beautiful home was spotless and nicely decorated. Its bright interior had a good layout with the living room open to the dining room and a well-equipped kitchen with updated appliances. The beds were quite comfortable; pretty first floor bedroom was across from a hall bath (stall shower). The spacious second floor master included a newly-renovated ensuite bathroom (walk-in shower). We shared with another couple and each felt we had privacy. We didn't need to use the den as a bedroom (pullout sofa) but appreciated having an alternate sitting area. All rooms had window ACs; these units and the many ceiling fans provided welcome cooling during our week's stay. The outside matched the interior, with beautifully designed gardens, a deck with table and chairs, fire pit and other seating. The owner was lovely to deal with and responsive to our questions and needs. We have been renting at the Cape for many years and would highly recommend this property - and look forward to returning next summer.
