About this house rental
Charming house (95m2) renovated in 2018, located in the district of Rocabey in Saint-Malo, close to all amenities and enjoying a small walled garden facing south, and a private garage.
Although the rental is located in a quiet area, all amenities are easily accessible on foot to allow you to "forget" the car in the garage during the holidays. So, you will find:
- the Corsair City (Intra-Muros and its ramparts) at 1,4km and
- the large beach of Sillon and many restaurants 450m
- the TGV station and the media library at 600m
- Intermarché, a large market (2 times a week), the post office, the pharmacy, doctors about 200m
- a bakery and banks within 100m.
Three bus lines accessible to 200m serve the entire agglomeration.

- large living room with a living room (sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV, library), a dining room opening onto the other small garden facing south

As most properties in France , you pay for everything, which in most places, would be included. So beds were made and towels provided ( you pay for it on arrival). We had to sort out the daily tax and the electricity rate ( at 11:30 pm). We were so tired, all we wanted was to have a cup of tea. Three was none, but Françoise left us wit a bottle of cider and locally baked biscuits, which we devoured as soon as she left us. I did suggest to her that it would be nice to have a basic things in the house for people arriving from abroad. Françoise was very kind and tried hard to assist us, so we were happy with our stay. The house is old, but very homely with a small backyard , a shed at the back for (washing machine, freezer- not needed in Winter, plenty of bikes (no helmets) an extra outdoor toilet. It had 2 bedrooms + bathroom (1st floor) and a large bedroom and bathroom at the attic(2nd floor). The steps were very difficult to manage with a toddler and a 8 month old baby. Street parking was free and quite easy go find. There is a garage available around the corner to the house, but it's very difficult to get in and out, with a large vehicle. The toddler loved the church bells ringing. Françoise invited us to visit her hobby farm, so that the children could see some farm animals.

The house is tidy and nice as shown on the pictures. The location close to old town, the sea, stores and market is perfect. A wonderful choice to stay in pretty St. Malo!

The garden is lovely, but it could be difficult to find a big enough place to sit and enjoy the sunshine; there are no deckchairs, which might be a helpful addition. Mme Le Feuvre was very helpful and checked in to see if there was anything that we needed. She also gave us details of where to go locally, as well as further afield. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby and the beautiful beach is less than 10 minutes walk.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt!
Das Haus von Mme Lefeuvre hat viel Charme und ist gut ausgestattet. Aufgrund der guten Lage ist man schnell am Strand und auch in der Altstadt. Die Garage haben wir im März nicht benötigt, denn gegenüber ist ein kostenloser Parkplatz. Der Rocabey-Markt ist für Selbstkocher ein Paradies und in weniger als 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Der hübsche Garten ist ein zusätzliches Plus.
Die Kommunikation mit Mme Lefeuvre war sehr gut und sie hat uns herzlich empfangen. Wir konnten das Haus sogar etwas früher beziehen. Sie hat uns viele Tipps gegebenen.
Alle Betten sind nur 1,40 breit. Das war für 2 Personen ein bisschen schmal.
Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt bei strahlendem Sonnenschein und frühlingshaften Temperaturen.

Superbe situation !
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la situation de la maison, nous facilitant énormément la vie avec un enfant en bas-âge (proximité de la plage, des commerces, de la vieille ville, de l'arrêt de bus, ainsi que la facilité de stationnement). Françoise était facile à contacter, et elle est également compréhensive et dévouée. Nous n'avons manqué de rien pendant notre séjour. Nous avons pu profiter au maximum de notre séjour à Saint Malo.

Malgré le mauvais temps durant une partie de notre séjour, nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables à St-Malo. La location répondait à nos attente.
L'accueil de la propriétaire était très sympathique et elle nous a donné de bons conseils.

un petit coin de paradis
Cette maison est tout à fait conforme à l'annonce, spacieuse, au calme, joli petit jardin très verdoyant et fleuri et petit balcon ensoleillés jusqu' au soir. Proche toutes commodités et Saint Malo intra muros, de la plage du Sillon.
De plus , la propriétaire vous réserve un accueil chaleureux, donne beaucoup d'informations et de conseils de visites, et reste en contact pendant la durée du séjour . Un grand merci à elle.

Superbe séjour !!!
Merci à Françoise pour son accueil chaleureux. Le logement est propre, il est comme décrit dans l'annonce et très bien équipé. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de la proximité de la plage et de la cité corsaire grâce à nos grandes balades pédestres. Pas besoin de voiture tout peut se faire à pieds...
Enfin, un grand merci à Françoise pour ses petits cadeaux de bienvenue. Je vous le conseille vivement.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à saint Malo pour Noël. La maison est idéalement située à Saint Malo à deux pas de tout, notamment d’un marché très bien achalandé. La maison est très agréable, on s’y sent chez soi. Elle est très bien équipée et la propreté est impeccable. L’accueil de la propriétaire est aux petits soins. Je la remercie de nouveau. Tout est fait pour que les hôtes passent un agréable séjour.

Jolie maison malouine
Notre séjour a été très agréable. La maison est rénovée et très bien équipée. Elle est en plus parfaitement située, proche de la plage du Sillon et en centre-ville, avec tous les commerces à proximité. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Optimale Lage zum Bäcker, zum Supermarkt, zum Strand und zur Altstadt.
Das Haus ist sauber und modern ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts. Wir haben uns sofort heimisch gefühlt. Besonders schön ist der kleine Garten im Hinterhof, eine Oase der Ruhe.

Nous sommes très reconnaissants envers Madame Lefeuvre pour son accueil chaleureux et son attention toute particulière à ce que nous ne manquions de rien. La maison était très propre, bien aménagée et entretenue. La localisation est idéale car proche à pied de toutes commodités et surtout de la plage et de la vieille ville fortifiée. Nous remercions également Madame Lefeuvre pour la mise à disposition de vélos. Nous avons pu en profiter pour nous balader et mieux découvrir la ville. Le petit jardin était un plus car nous avons pu faire un barbecue, ce qui était bien agréable par ce temps. Nous n'avons pas utilisé le garage car nous avons trouvé facilement de la place à cette époque de l'année. Nous conseillons vivement cette location et n'hésiterons pas à y retourner avec plaisir !!

Nous avons passé deux semaines magnifiques dans la maison de Mme Lefeuvre.
Dès l'arrivée, nous nous sentons très bien accueilli : Kouign Amman et Cidre breton nous attendaient au frais. Charmante attention !!!
Mme Lefeuvre nous avait également préparé deux listes d'idées de visites avec notre chien ainsi que les incontournables de la région.
La maison est dans un quartier très calme de St Malo. De nombreux commerces et facilités sont à qq mètres de la maison (Intermarché, distributeurs d'argent, marché, boulangerie, etc...).
La maison et le jardin sont très très agréables.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié de pouvoir prendre tous nos repas dehors !!!
Nous avons bien profité également des vélos mis à disposition.
Je ne peux que vous recommander cette location !!! Vous ne serez pas déçus !

Maison fonctionnelle,agréable, bien entretenue,bien placée 3mn à pied des commerces du marché,7mn à pied de la mer 20mn d intra muros! Jardin sans vis à vis tres fleuri qui aux beaux jours doit etre tres agreable! Mme Lefeuvre nous accueille avec beaucoup de gentillesse et est très disponible.Cadeaux de bienvenue avec produits régionaux nous sont offerts!Rien ne manque dans cette maison bien entretenue!Tout est propre,l'ectroménager est neuf, tout est pensé pour le bien être de chaque vacancier! La literie est bonne.La seconde salle de bain prévue pour 2019 sera un véritable Plus pour cette jolie maison.J'oubliais de parler du garage fermé à côté de la maison qui est nécessaire à St Malo en période de vacances! Des velos tres bien entretenue sont mis à disposition et permettent de faire de grandes balades dans la région! Rapport qualité prix très très bon! On ne peut que recommander cette location très rare pour Saint Malo!
