Magnificent views come with this family home. A short walk to town with its many wonderful restaurants, live music and clubs, turn the other way up the street and there are bush walks to the top of Bob's Peak and Ben Lomond.... there is so much to do... Queenstown is the ultimate holiday destination, whether bungi jumping, mountain biking and jet boating are your thing or chilling with a book, a wine and that view, there is something for everyone - all year round, young and old. Our house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of the rooms have a queen size bed, the third room has a double bed and a single bed. The sofa in the living room also pulls out to be a bed and you will find a fold out trundle bed and a porta-cot in the bedroom cupboard. A heat pump upstairs will keep you warm and cosy and all of the bedrooms have radiators and electric blankets. There is a full kitchen with all amenities and a BBQ on the back deck. Our house is 30 minutes from Coronet Peak ski resort and 45 from the iconic Remarkables, close to all amenities, supermarkets, restaurants and shops, Twin C is situated in a cut de sac at the bottom of Bob's Peak amongst some of the original baches of Queenstown. Biking and walking tracks to Ben Lomond start at the end of the road. Special conditions: Whereas it is a house for groups and it is a fun house in a fun place. It is not a house for partying all night in as it is in a residential area with neighbours who work 24/7 (and who we have to get on with!). So we ask that you respect this and keep noise down after 10pm. Pets and children are very welcome but please be aware the property is not fully fenced. Linen is included
