Okay apartment but don’t book for more than 4 people!!

Nice balcony

Booked for 5 people, with 1 sleeping couch included but our fifth person had to sleep on a 155cm couch that was not unfoldable and the owner didn’t want to give us another apartment and was not ready to help us in any way . It also didn’t look like at the photos.

The location is so nice, take 2mins to the beach. Staff is helpful and responsive.

One of 02 restrooms is quite old. The refrigerator is not cool anymore, ants in it.

The apartment is in the great location. Also interior is nice and comfy. Staffs are also very comfortable and friendly.

Most of the things were ok. You need to hold your elevator card always, do not loose.

Scammed by beautiful pictures

Dirty, needs repairs, and appliances are missing or unusable. Pictures advertised are fraudulent. We asked to refund the last two days after a few hours of our stay and was refused.

Excellent location and value for money. But the apartment was looking a little tired

The location of the apartment was fantastic and the building was modern and easy to access. The rooms were very comfortable and clean.

The apartment was a bit 'tatty' mould on the sealants in the bathrooms and kitchen, wallpaper peeling off in the bedroom and lots of marks on the walls.

Dirty, old, apartment with a view of the sea (but mainly the city)

The location was great. It was just by the beach and lots of stores and restaurants nearby

Unfortunately, the apartment was much older than it appears on the photos and there was a consistent mildew smell from the pipes. The bathroom was cleaned properly before we arrived and we had to sort out more bedding cleaning, towels and toiletries with the staff as they hadn’t arranged it. The apartment is advertised to accommodate up to 7 people, but there’s only 2 double beds and a sofa, so max is actually 5 people. Overall, we were really disappointed with this apartment. It was dirty and definitely not a “luxury” apartment of any kind.

Stay in Kim Phat Apartment

The location and view were the best. It was located very close to beach and the facilities were ok with washing machine , induction stove , refrigerator etc .

The utensils in the apartment were not enough and the beds cannot be called at double bed .

Good location; we found no luxury components - rather disappointing accommodation experience...

Location was fine.

We booked a 1 BR with terrace, which was not available when we arrived at the property. Communication with the staff was difficult, partially by phone with a 3rd party translator; office closed for lunchtime and in the evening no way to communicate with them after 7 p.m. They showed us three different 2 BR instead of the similar sized 1 BR with terrace. We were forced to settle on a 2BR. Confrimed in writing airport pick-up on arrival day which did not show up, Cleaning was promised to be carried out every second day - no cleaning proved at all, although we would have paid for. No Safety box in the room; bathrooms are too tiny, far below western standards. TV broadcasts only VN channels On departure day the electric power was off at 7.30 a.m. Not sure whether it was a general power cut or by standard operation policy. We booked the place for its location and terrace/balcony because I am smoker did not need/use the 2nd bedroom..
