Kiwi family bach, fully furnished 2 story home with uninterupted stunning view of Mountains and Lake. High speed unlimited internet. Air-conditioning/heat pump and log burner. Smart TV, can access your own Netflix account.. Walk across the road to the lake shore and walking track to Queenstown and Frankton. Bus stop 1 min walk away; 5 mins to Queenstown, 2 mins to Frankton. 1/2 an hour drive to Remarkables and Coronet ski fields. Two bedroom plus loft (3) bedrooms with King bed, Queen bed (in loft) 2 bed Bunk and 2 separate beds in large upstairs bedroom. Three toilets and two bathrooms with showers. Large clawfoot bath with full running hot and cold water on deck with stunning views. Open plan downstairs with kitchen/lounge/dining area. Second small lounge area with ladder to loft bed. Fabulous local art on walls. Lots of heaters for winter, 2 heatpumps and Logburner with wood supplied. Home is well set up with large plasma TV/DVD, For gaming there are two further TVs/DVDs in upstairs bedroom and smaller lounge. WiFi sound system. Childrens cot, highchair, pushchair and toys all available. Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven and cook top stove, microwave etc. Deck access from all doors, including French doors from main lounge. Wooden decks are childproof have large wooden table and chairs with great views and large gas barbque. Special conditions: Smokers outside only. Access to second story by carpeted stairs. Access to Loft bed by Wooden ladder (Not for the faint hearted - not suitable for young children or the elderly). This area is separated from main lounge by lockable door. The car park was occupied by another car permanently which prevented us from driving in and out of the property comfortably. This situation needs to be adressed

Very interesting home, spacious, comfortable, private and above all, a fantastic view. To top off our stay, it snowed on the mountains, which was a bonus to us from Australia. It was too windy and cold to use a great outdoor space, but the fireplace was wonderful and made it very cosy.

All as seen on the website. Very helpful with directions, services etc. Easy finding the place, near main roads in and out of area. Lovely views to lake and remarkables. Will pick this place again.

On arrival, we discovered that the cleaning agency had not cleaned the property. I spoke with Mark and a large contingent of cleaners turned up and in no time at all the place was cleaned and linen changed. We were really impressed. The property was well located and had everything we needed for a memorable holiday. Thank you Mark and Rae.

We came down for a wedding 4 adults 1 child, everything you required is within a 5 minute drive the marina across the road you can get lovely food, and sitting outside on the deck overlooking the lake absolutely stunning the house is plenty big enough, beds very comfy the owners have thought of everything highly recommend we all didn’t want to leave so for a family holiday you couldn’t get a better place so to the hosts a big high 5 thankyou

This house was ideal for our family as our 18 year old had his separate section in the ‘loft’ area. It is a large well equipped house close to the town centre . Queenstown is beautiful and well worth an extended stay - so much to do.
There is a lot of stuff in the house In cupboards/ on surfaces etc so it would have anything needed. Personally I prefer clear spaces but the house had a homely feel and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

The property is perfectly located between the town of Queenstown and the Queenstown airport - nothing was very far really, and the views from the house are stunning.
We were a group of 8 doing day trips out, and really enjoyed it. The house is well equipped and was great for our stay.

We were very impressed with our stay. The house was homely and very well equipped. Its location was close enough to town yet away enough to get out of the hustle and bustle.
Gorgeous views of lake and surrounding area. Would definitely love to stay there again.

Property is alright, rather quirky, driveway not ideal. The issue is the constant traffic noise. It’s above the main road into Queenstown and boy do you know it. Take earplugs. And be careful crossing the busy busy road.

The stay was one of the highlights of our trip! Amazing views from our stay and spacious space for all of us to enjoy during our time here. Warm, cozy and have all the amenities we need. Would recommend to anyone!

We spent a nice 4days here, the home was warm, clean and as described on the website. Easy access into Queenstown, surrounding entertainment is great and kids had fun playing hide and seek in the little cupboards etc… nice kitchen. Kids loved the toys in their bedroom, and the bath outside was a hit !

Perfect base for Ski holiday for 5 Adults. Central to the Ski fields and close to the airport and lake. Good wifi and range of options for the Tv- Bring your Netflix login. Loved the fire, but the property also has heat pumps.

We really loved staying at this house. The best thing was the bath on the deck - like a private hot tub looking at the mountains, lake and sunset. There was a great little brewery by the lake super close. A little bit of traffic noise as it's near the main road, but we really didn't notice after the first night. Would stay again and recommend to anyone.

The house is in a beautiful location, is centrally located and just a few minutes drive into Queenstown. The house had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay, there was just some confusion when we checked in about how to heat the house since it's early winter in Queenstown. The upstairs windows had been left open so the house was very cold and there weren't clear instructions on how to heat the house. Written instructions left in the unit for guests would be helpful in the future.
Once the heating issue was resolved we had a wonderful week stay in this unit, thank you so much.

Good location around 5mins drive from centre of Queenstown, nice lakeside walking path just over the road. Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and nice and warm property.
Two bathrooms were very handy with a family of teens.
Third bedroom could have been its own unit, which was perfect for our family with older kids, but the steep loft stairs/climb up to it wouldn't be suitable for young children or limited mobility.
We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay here again

As a return traveller to Queenstown we will definately be keeping this one in our favourites, it was perfect for our family of five. Location is great as we could walk along the tracks, play in the lake and visit the shops... With no car needed.
The houses honesty system worked well for us also.
The kids enjoyed the bath in the open air.
The crown is the view... And this house captured it...

We had a great stay in frankton. All was amazing with the property. The driveway was the most scariest driveway I’ve ever backed out of but I got used to it after a few tries! Great house, great views, great facilities.

We enjoyed our stay in this well-located home. The view to the lake from the deck and bedrooms is stunning! The great location meant we were close to the lake, CBD and roads to other towns in the area. We appreciated the privacy of the house and deck area. The interior and linen were clean. Our thanks to the hosts!
