A lovely 3 night Break !

The apartment was central , had everything we needed for a short stay .

I think the property could do with a new bed / mattress and pillows . Its very soft . Apart from that the apartment was lovely and cosy .

Nice flat but some issues need tweaking.

The location was excellent. The TV choices very good and wi-fi worked well. On the whole the flat was very comfortable.

Firstly and foremost the description of the bed was inaccurate. It is NOT a large double bed, merely a standard 4 foot 6 inch bed. We would not have booked this property had this been correct. Whilst having a walk-in shower is a bonus the lack of an anti-slip rubber mat was worrying and somewhat dangerous.. In addition a decent wet room floor squeegee would have been more than useful to get the wet room/toilet area remotely dry after use. The mop provided was well past it's sell buy date! One of the bedside lamps was missing a bulb, which it having been left plugged in could have been considered life threatening. A bit of checking from the cleaners would not come amiss.

Very good, ideal for a couple that don’t want to stay in a hotel

Perfect location , convenient for everything in ambleside Parking space outside is very valuable in ambleside The property was very central but at the same time it was in a very quiet spot There are many walks in the area from the doorstep

The bed was quite soft and could probably do with replacing

Really enjoyed our stay.

The location of the property and being able to park was really excellent. When we contacted the owner about a couple of issues he came round inside a couple hour’s to sort them out.

Not being able to access the property on arrival until 4pm seemed ridiculous when we had to check out at 10am. We have rented numerous properties and never had to wait until 4 o’clock to access them.A 6 hour turnaround to clean the property is unbelievable.

what an absolute Gem of a find.Lovely decor,very tastefully decor comfy bed,loved the extras,sky,flasks,torches,Alexa ,games,books ,parking,ideal location .Dog friendly too .Will highly recommend .V helpful hosts too 10/10

only 1 tiny thing bedroom tv no signal but bed so comfy so slept well

Comfortable and relaxing

Location in the middle of Ambleside is convenient for shops, restaurants and public transport. Flat is well equipped and cosy. The kitchen enabled easy cooking of full meals and a washing machine.

Cupboard in the bedroom was difficult to access as part of the shelving was hidden in the alcove. The cupboard could be moved to allow access to the shelves and move the full length mirror to the wall opposite.

Nice place, but late check in.

Great location in the middle of town, free parking outside the house. Lovely and clean Free tea and coffee and oat milk. Good selection of games and books.

Late check in time at 16:00 when booking.com has a drop down to let you select a check in time. Whybhave that if its not possible to choose? Half of the day is gone already by the time we were allowed in and you don't find this out till you've booked and paid! This is an all to common trait that is creeping in to holiday let business. Early check out at 10am and we were even asked via text if we wouldn't mind striping the beds in the morning. Come on you're a holiday let, we shouldn't have to lift a finger when we're paying to stay there. Double bed and pillows are uncomfortable, if you're over 6ft and a big man it's just no good.

Pin code provided so it was very easy to access. Lovely cottage in a very central location. Would defintely recommend and return again.

Nothing to dislike. A dishwasher would have benefited us more over the washing machine but appreciate there is limited space.

Brilliant place to stay and explore the surroundings

Great location in the centre of Ambleside. It was spotlessly clean with a comfy bed, decent towels and everything I needed. The property is in excellent condition with quality appliances and kitchenware. I loved staying here. I had to phone the hosts a couple of times because I was an idiot who forgot how to use the door, but they were very patient and helpful!

Perfect accommodation for a couple right in the heart of Ambleside.

Easy Reach lives up to its name being right in the heart of Ambleside which is great for getting to the shops, pubs and local restaurants. The decor is charming and thoughtfully laid out; perfect for a couple. There were some lovely touches, such as tea, coffee & coffee machine and milk provided. The accommodation was spotlessly clean. We were able to self cater as well as eat out, as all the appropriate cooking utensils were available. Parking for a small car was also a bonus.

Good location. Good facilities. For the money I thought was very reasonable.

Nothing really. Did wonder if busier whether passing traffic night be noisy, but was ok.

Had a lovely break. The cottage is ideal for 2 people and couldn't be in a better position.

Perfect location, in the centre of the town but quiet.

The bathroom is starting to look tired. There are cracked tiles and the grout and sealant needs replacing in places.

Good central location for a short stay

The location was very central close to walks bars restaurants and shops. The blinds were good to give privacy as its a busy spot. Free parking onsite was great but do have to watch for people blocking you in. Very comfy bed. Milk tea and coffee supplied Doi Intanon the thai restaurant was amazing as was Bar Es Apple pie bakery was fantastic for takeaway treats

The bathroom incredibly slippy once shower is used and sadly shower was completely cold last night my partner had showered first not sure if hot water had ran out or it was a fault. Frying pan unusable handle just spins. Heating especially this weekend during the storms could have been warmer. Seemed to be alot of reminders both on the let me stay tablet and sent direct over checkout last thing you want to see when you first get up ! Washing machine supplied but nowhere to dry washing.
