Very friendly host, everything you need and may expect and everything in good order. We stayed just one night.
Thank you for your hospitality. We'll come back.

I love the area, it is on the opposite side of the police department.
Everything was good and the staff as well

good location
single beds in room - very close together. kitchen very small. living area quite dirty. very dull and miserable atmosphere. staff not friendly

very good location, good value for money.
the bathrooms were a bit grimy.

Some parts were quite clean, but the most area's looked like they were not cleaned in years

was accidentally double charged, but the team was very helpful when refunding me after my stay.

Great location. It is just in the town centre. And It has comfortable beds. Love to talk with friendly staff here!

Good location, not too expensive. Clean facilities that did everything you’d want.
Took a long time for anyone to let me on arrival (which was within advertised checkin hours even if around dinner time). The walls/doors were thin, and I was able to hear every word of the call a European traveller was taking outside my room at 1am in the morning. To be fair he did move on when I came out and requested he be a little quieter. One of those backpackers around NZ that used to be a large house and every room has been converted into a bedroom (I was staying in what appeared to be an old porch).

Kitchen was wal equiped, good location.
Bathrooms are way below the standard. It comes across a bit cheap to charge 10 dollars for staying/storing your luggage after checkout and 5 dollars for security lockers. It's included in the price at so many other places and gives you a bad vibe.

great location, chilled vibe. very clean
bunk beds are a little squeaky

location was really good, had a nice outside area that was sheltered. kitchen was well equipped and clean and bathroom was also clean
we paid for a 6 bed dorm and got “upgraded” to a 2 bed private (at no extra cost) but it was a box and was ridiculously hot with a puny fan next to the bed. no way that room was big enough for 2, even though it was a bunk bed there was not enough floor space for 2 large rucksacks. you also had to pay for luggage storage after check out which we had not experienced elsewhere

Had own single bed as no bunk beds in dorm room. good central location and good kitchen facilities. parking for 6 cars available and free parking on the road after 6 or 7pm until 9am the next day. good value for money given the location.
Access to 2 bathrooms only one was tiny and the other massive. both could do with a spruce up. generally the hostel is old and that can be seen.

Location and price were great and what attracted me to this venue.
Didn't spend much time there other than to sleep.

central location and bigger room than expected
sound travels easily - not always quiet at night

The folks I met. Lots of wonderful folks to share a tad of time. Very conveniently located.
Nothing wrong with the place but it rained most of the time in Roturua.

Horrible. Single Room is in the lounge, which means there is no privacy for you. Even you paid extra. Room was very small, and due to other people who use lounge anytime you will be bothered with sleeping or resting. The property didn't listen to my complaints and what they did was ignoring. Worst accommodation ever. As well bathroom was super dirty. 최악임

located in a very central area close to the intercity bus stop, Polynesian spa, and lots of food options.
nothing of note. I only stayed one night and didn’t use the showers.

Check-in was quick and easy, excellent location right downtown. Facilities were clean and all kitchen equipment was provided. Nice guests and felt safe within the Hostel. Great general vibe from the Hostel.
I would have locked if lockers were provided to lock my items in my room.
