This house was perfect - plenty of space, clean, everything you need for beach set up , bikes, fully stocked kitchen . The location was extremely convenient to bike or walk to the pool, shops and restaurants, beach, small local grocery , and rosemary beach area adjacent to the community . I can’t wait to go back here again

This property was very clean and accommodating for 10 of us. Plenary of hot water with towels for showering and adequate ac to keep us cool. Centrally located to beach and eats. We biked to our destinations. We appreciated the owners providing two bikes for our 7 and 9 aged boys with several adult bikes. Many thanks!!

Really nice location! Easy walk to Suncrest Beach square for dining and some shops as well as less then 10 minute walk to the ocean.
Lots of families. The area was very busy with teenagers at this time due to school break but wait times were reasonable and weather was beautiful.

Property was clean and the beds were comfortable. I’ve probably rented 4 or 5 homes in the Seacrest community over the past few years and this was one of my favorites. I was annoyed to find out that during the check in procedure you now have to go to the pool area to pick up wrist bands and parking passes. I mean who wants to wait in line after arriving? I guess I was just spoiled by the way they used to do it.

We had a great time and stay. Location was great- easy to walk to the pool and beach. Tram was also convenient but when it’s crowded, we were able to walk/bike. Layout of the house was perfect for our 2 families.

Very pleasant and nice area.
I would like to make a recommendation for the area and all areas like this. We flew to this destination and stopped at a store for our week's food needs. As with a typical trip, we had food left over (even unopened packages) and had to throw it away. Is there anyway for venues to have an area on the property that the left over unopened products could be donated to a local food bank? I hate to see so much food wasted. Thank you.

Fun trip. Beach was very crowded in public areas but you can rent chairs/umbrellas in the private areas and it allows you more space. Logistics ng to the beach can be challenging. Use the tram provided by the neighborhood. Great area and pool was awesome.

The house is very well located if you want to be near the action at Seacrest and Rosemary Beach. It’s easily walkable to the town centers of both, as well as to the Seacrest pool. The house sets up well for small or medium sized parties. Might be a little tight for larger parties, as the floor plan doesn’t have a dining room or indoor eating area (except the bar top). For our group, that was totally fine and the house was perfect - well kept, clean, bright, and comfortable.

The location of this property within seacrest is ideal. Close to the front and right near a tram stop. The home was a little “used” looking and it did not appear like the cleaner covered every aspect. But I communicated that with the property management and they did reply that they would pass that info on.

This was our first visit to 30A. We needed 4 bedrooms for 5 adults over 21..this house was perfect! And the location was close to everything as it was so close to the front of the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

Not bad but was looking for a better experience
We spent all of our time in Rosemary. Was hoping for a better beach experience. There were too many rules at Seacrest - no carts, no tents/umbrella. Certainly no one’s fault but the Red Tide/seaweed was way over the top
It certainly would have been better to have a dining table inside as sweating on the porch every meal got to be a bit much (being outside for drinks - no problem)
The listing needs to clearly state the rules of Seacrest. This was most misleading

Our stay
It was a lovely, quiet neighborhood with easily walkable shops and restaurants. The trolley stop on the corner to the beach and pool was excellent. The house had everything we needed and clean and comfortable.

The overall stay was nice as we were there for a wedding and not in the house much. However the house has a lot of deferred maintenance and needs a deep cleaning especially the bathrooms/showers.
Management never showed up to repair anything despite calls and texts.
Does not sleep 10 comfortably and amenities are beyond mediocre. Bring everything you need including hangers.
The bunk room has four short twins so if you’re tall you’re out of luck! Common areas are tight, living room can only sit 5 max and dining room is outside.
Never got to use the pool which is only open from 9-5. Definitely not a Super Host property.

Great for a long weekend
House was clean and nice inside, there were plenty of towels and everything worked great. Perfect for a longboard weekend trip with a group of friends. Minor gripe that the dishwasher tended to fall open if it wasn’t clicked all the way in but really no issues!

The property was clean. Couldn't really work outside fans well....there was no way to adjust the speed...which is helpful in the climate of the location (hot and humid). Access to the beach was weird, but once you figure out the golf tram service, then it's ok. The Beach is crowded...super crowded during peak season....it's almost better to pack the car and go to the public beach. Feels like a redneck riviera at Seacrest. The paddle boards were a Godsend. The golf cart was useful to take the family out for a ride, but pretty useless for most of the trip since parking anywhere in that area is complicated, and golf carts aren't allowed in many places. The interior decor or the house was very charming and the beds were comfortable. We slept great every night.

Overall great location & house but bathrooms were dirty with leftover items from previous tenants. Ants in master bath & musty smell in entire house that did not go away even with opening windows. Only bummer was washing machine wouldn’t work (put in work order but didn’t get fixed before we had to leave) so we had to make clothing choices to extend our wardrobe options and head home with suitcases full of dirty clothes but beyond that the house, decorations, amenities, and proximity to beach and retail at Seacrest & Rosemary couldn’t have been better. Just great!!!

The house was walking distance to shops and restaurants.
The house was very nice. However, it would have been helpful to have a hair dryer. I have rented houses/condos many times, and they always provide one. I had to drive to buy one.

Beautiful beach neighborhood
Gorgeous neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants, shops and beaches. Family loved riding bikes through nature trails and neighborhood. Great big community pool.

The house was very clean and had great space for all of us. Well equipped for everyone. Wish we had time to use the bikes! Suggestion for some mirrors in the bedrooms for getting dressed. We would stay here again!

Great time, Great loaction
We had two families with kids ranging from 4 to 18 staying in the house. It was a great location and very clean place to stay. Having the four bikes come with the house was also a big plus and were used a lot. Communication with the property management company was a little slow but everything did always get taken care of like it should have. We felt very secure and safe in our area and never had to worry about the kids being out. We would definitely stay here again.

Great for bigger family
This place was great for bigger families. The only thing that was missing was an inside dining area, luckily it was perfect weather to eat outside!

Few Amenities missing
The property was nice, but there were a few amenities missing. Having no beach towels was really inconvenient and not clearly stated, so we had to make a run to the store to purchase towels for everyone. Also when we called to request for additional toilet paper they stated we were responsible for purchasing our own after their supply ran out. With 8 girls in the house we needed a little more than provided. Also we had to call and request for more trash bags. The door lock was very loose and it made entering and locking the house very time consuming. We called the office once to report it and they didn’t seem to care much. Luckily it worked with some juggling and maneuvering, but it was cumbersome and made us a little uneasy concerning our safety.
We did enjoy the property and the space, there were just a few things missing in the amenities department as well as customer service.

Loved our Vacation at Flip Flops Optional
This is our second time to Seacrest Beach and also staying in the same area. First off this is our favorite vacation spot. As for the house, it was perfect for what we needed. Just the right amount of space, very beautifully decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy meals on the great table on the front porch. We did have a minor issue with an upstairs bathroom which was resolved very quickly. The bikes were great and a lot of fun to use to go exploring the area. Would highly recommend this house for familie visiting the area. We loved it!!

This was our first time renting in Seacrest Beach and we were very pleased with the quick response from property management from the initial booking to the resolution of a small maintenance issue. The property was in excellent clean condition, i received a response right away when I had a small issue in one of the bathrooms which was resolved first thing the next morning. We enjoyed the bikes that were available with the property and were pleased with how well equipped the house was from kitchen items to bathroom supplies and towels. I would absolutely recommend this rental and the property management company. Thank you for a great stay and will definitely come back!

Amazing Home in a Beachside Community!!
My wife and I drove up to the house and were immediately captured by how it surpassed our expectations - and that was before walking in the door. We arrived late. It was dark when we arrived but everything about it felt welcoming. Simply walking in & discovering the 'feel' of the house was fun.
I was struck by the a) overall impression that this was going to be an ideal Beach House during our weeklong stay and b) the detail of the layout and 'beach feel' everything about the decorating, the furniture, the amenities and the close proximity of a beautiful beach.
The beds were so comfortable and that made me feel like I was in a place where the owners paid great attention to detail. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep; there was no frantic looking for pans, spatulas or pots. The outdoor porches were a big hit for me => reading, doing nothing and simply taking in the beauty of the area.
We had need of maintenance on two small issues while we were there. The fire alarm kept beeping at first because it needed new batteries. And two of the toilets kept running after use. We placed a call and got help very quickly. The person who did the work was prompt and appropriate. He fixed everything so that those events probably won't occur for anyone else this season.
The bikes were fun for us and we enjoyed our rides on 30A. In addition, the hose next to the locked bike rack was easy to use for rinsing them off after a spin. The upstairs loft was my favorite spot for reading. It was the two of us and I could enjoy the privacy of that couch with great lighting and a beautiful view.
We highly recommend Borago Restaurant on Santa Rosa Beach. The meal, the service and the ambiance were perfect for a Valentine's Night out.
We caught both extremes of weather. Three days of rain caused flood conditions in the general area - no danger to us. And then the sun came out (in February) for the majority of the time and walks on the beach were exactly what I had been wanting to do for weeks.
Great for a family w/ lots of kids. The room w/ 4 beds - all bunked up reminded me of traveling w/ our 4 when they were younger. They would have loved it. Your kids will, too! I can recommend this to anyone. We were there to RELAX. But I could also see bringing my adult children and their kids. It's a Fun place with a feel of 'beachy elegance'.

We stayed at this Home for my sons Fall Break. We are not new to the Seacrest Beach area, we loved the close proximity this home had to the Villages of Seacrest as well as Rosemary Beach. The home looks to be proffesionally decorated, but more importantly, everything was very clean and well maintained. Loved the Master Suite on the first level. The only TINY draw back of this Home would be for people who have young children or people who enjoy dining in. There isn’t a breakfast or dining table, which posed as a problem for my family with a 1 year old. There are High Top bar stools for the counter. Overall, i would highly recommend this Home & the sans-table wouldn’t deter me from wanting to book this home again- it was lovely!
